Strangely, I'm rooting for Yena's possible character arc and development once she sees her father's misdeeds and decides to rebel against him if the writers end up going in that direction. I'm not sure how strong her infatuation for Nam Shin is, but if all goes well, she can become an ally.
Really? I don't really watch her stuff so I don't know. What type of characters did she use to play? But I think…
Most of the time, she played minor or supporting characters asides from a few outliers. Have you watched Circle? I felt like in that drama, that was her strongest performance thus far because her personal charm and wit transcended onscreen very well. But you're right! I do hope she can succeed in maneuvering around this character's negative facets in ways that won't make people irritable as seen from comments below.
It seems I am one of the few people who are happy with the main couple, but I get the reason why every one is…
You're right. I don't particularly mind the main couple. They're cute, dare I say. And I think because Joy has minimal experience with acting, her scenes with Do Hwan come off a little dull at times. However, she's gradually getting better and I praise her for progress.
Ahh, I'm so excited to see the relationship between Se Joo and Soo Ji further develop. The latest episode really…
You can see it on Soo Ji's face after he punched the man at the club, she was registering that perhaps, it's plausible he could potentially be more than just a brotherly figure friend compared to Shi Hyun whom she already sees as a man but terrified of being in a relationship with.
Ahh, I'm so excited to see the relationship between Se Joo and Soo Ji further develop. The latest episode really established my definite opinion. Rooting for them. As for the main couple, I think I'm warming up to them a bit.
This was surely a wonderful drama, I had so much fun watching all the characters bloom. I'll be sure to watch the spinoff to see more of Saiko and Otaro.
I kind of ship Soo Ji and Se Joo more? Plus, Gayoung and Minjae's dynamic and chemistry outside the drama is phenomenal, I hope it transcends onscreen.
Jesus, the comments here are frightening. Anyways, I don't compare books and tv/film adaptations, period. And as someone who has read the novel, I was honestly just curious to see how the story would unfold with this cast. It's too early for me to form an opinion but I am really liking Moon Ga Young.
Even though the plotline and acting may seem subpar to some people, this drama is definitely going on my favorites list... and there's merely 3 episodes left. Just, wow.
