Duang With You is the best-acted, best-written, best-directed and most emotionally-affecting BL I’ve seen since Kinn Porsche in 2022. Teetee and Por are as close to perfect casting as it’s possible to achieve. I’d rate it a million out of ten if that was allowed. The repeat-watch begins NOW!!!!
I’d rather watch endless repeat screenings of each episode of this brilliant series than anything else on current release. Tee Tee and Por are either really in love with each other or two of the most talented actors I’ve ever seen in any BL ever, most probably both. For Domundi to follow Khemjira with this masterpiece and now Love Upon a Time as well is sheer planning genius. If I could rate DWY way beyond 10 out of 10, I would do it without hesitation. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I haven’t seen any director’s cuts from Oxin, there’s enough “adult” content for me in their YT versions. The trailer for their next offering (Hermoso Season 2) has just been posted. It’s the first one I’ve ever seen featuring a BJ. This time Oxin isn’t exercising restraint before the series has actually started!
I’ve just re-watched episode 8 for the second time, like I re-watch every new episode multiple times each week. All I want to say is that Tee Tee is the most entertaining and talented natural actor I’ve ever seen in any BL and that Por is simply perfect as Qin. Together they are, by far, my favorite pairing since 2022, when Mile and Apo had the same flawless impact on me in Kinn Porsche.

Waiting for Pooh to change his facial expression is like waiting for a bus that no-one’s told you has been cancelled - it’s never gonna happen. Contrast his all-purpose blank, botox style acting with Milk’s from Pit Babe 2 - every time he had a scene with Pavel he looked at him with unconditional lust, like he was undressing him with his eyes, incredibly hot to watch. I’ve somehow staggered through nine episodes of this one, but the prospect of slogging on for another four is simply too much. Dropped.
Teeteepormania has taken over Thailand. If you don’t believe me, just check out any reaction video where groups of Thai fans are watching episode 6, or the public screening with the cast there in person. If its second half is as good as the first, DWY is obviously going to be one of the biggest smash hits in BL history.
‘The Pixels’ sounds like the name of one of those all-female pop groups from the 1960’s. Maybe that’s why they keep turning up in such blurry black and white on YouTube.
I’ve just finished watching a YT video posted by Ryuyu, showing fans of the series in a theatre, with Teetee, Por and other cast members also present, watching episode 6 and reacting to the first kisses between Duang and Qin. The only other time I’ve heard any audience screaming that loud was in a 1960’s doco of the first visit to the U.S. by British band The Beatles.
I don’t think it’s entirely likely that I’m the only fudanshi rice-queen watching this one chiefly for the NC. I was going to whinge about the slow pace of the rest of the series until I noticed that it was apparently adapted from a novel written by a hamster. That explains everything.
Tee Tee is a huge, natural talent. He’s bringing Duang to life in one of the best acting performances I’ve ever seen in five years of watching BL’s. It’s only February but I’m already certain that this series will rate high up in my top ten for the whole of 2026. I LOVE IT!!!!
Toxin Films must seriously believe that all they have to do to keep an audience watching one of their series is to fill each episode with as many young, attractive, near-naked Pinoy guys as possible, get them to have simulated sex with each other at frequent intervals and no-one will care about the pointless rubbish being passed off as “the storyline”. That business model certainly works for me. I’m already looking forward to their next meaningless erotic masterpiece.
I know it’s maybe too early to say this, but I can’t help thinking that Duang with You could turn out to be the biggest hit series based in a Thai academic setting since My School President.
In this region, iQIYI is currently showing this series along with My Stubborn, Deep Night and Playboyy. I’m certainly getting my money’s worth out of this subscription!
This series is one of my happiest surprises of 2025. Winny and Satang are such natural performers that at times I completely forgot I was watching two highly talented young actors and not a real prince and his lover trying to find a way out of the emotional turmoil their relationship was causing. Everyone involved in That Summer can be really proud of what they’ve achieved. Special compliments to Neo, one of GMMTV’s most versatile performers, and to Gawin in that uniform outside the palace, easily stealing the title of Spunk of the Series from everyone else in it.
