Gagaoolala and iQIYI have just uploaded the first five episodes with what look like readable subtitles. I’m gonna start it again from the beginning and hope that ends the confusion.

IMHO this is one of the best series of 2024. It’s great to see so many of the Pit Babe cast playing such contrasting roles. I have to split my personal award for the cheekiest face in Thai BL between Pon and Fourth, and my choice for most gorgeous newcomer goes to Kasama as Kluea.

I’m another fudanshi who isn’t making much headway with this storyline, but I’m happy to keep watching it until the climax, if you’ll pardon the expression. I only wish that somebody like Bible, who speaks flawless English, had written the subtitles for episode 4. On Dailymotion, they were a mostly unintelligible collection of random words that mainly left me none the wiser. Still, we’re getting the raunchiest NC scenes I’ve ever seen in any BL, with almost as much bare booty on display as a gay Bangkok sauna during Pride Month, so I ain’t complainin’.

Just finished watching episode 10 and loved every second of it. I rated Love Sea a 10 early in the season and see no reason to change. I suspect that many of those who found this one boring are yet to encounter their own true loves. I suggest you watch this again when you do. I’ve been deeply in love with my same-sex (male) partner for more than 8 years and legally married to him for half that time. We both relate strongly to the way Fort and Peat brought their characters to life. Along with Daou and Offroad in Century of Love they’re right up there among the very best actors currently working in Thai BLs.

Just finished watching this enjoyable, often very funny series. I liked everything about it, gave it a 10 and don’t understand its 7.8 rating on here at all. Out of a uniformly excellent cast, I’d like to single out Nokia. His portrayal of Almond often made me LOL and, as he’s only 20 now, I predict he’ll have a long and successful career. It was also great to see Seng again, and Best in a series that I could happily watch all the way through, light years away from the disastrous Check Out.

No prizes for guessing where that product was placed.

Century of Love is beyond doubt one of the absolute best series of 2024. It’s hit an ace in every department for me - acting, script, camerawork and direction. The members of the entire cast are all on top of their game. Daou and Offroad are both fantastic and have my personal vote for the best pairing in any Thai BL since Mile and Apo.

I fully agree that Meen and Frank paired together would be a ratings bonanza. The problem I have with Ping’s acting is that his double-glazed facial expression hardly ever changes. Whether someone’s telling him they like him or he’s being repeatedly kicked in the stomach, his eyes barely register the difference.

I’ve just finished watching this feelgood series and genuinely enjoyed everything about it, including the frequent, unintentionally funny English subtitles. The best one appeared in episode 12, when Fueang was telling Kor how much he was missing Krom, whom he thought was still working in America: “I’ve been pulling myself so hard” he said wistfully. Unknown to him, Krom was back home, so his sad lonely solos would soon be a thing of the past.

Four episodes so far, and I’m totally into this series. After being OK/watchable in Love in Translation, Daou and Offroad have matured into two of the hottest and best actors currently in BL. All those workouts at the gym have not been in vain! I’m currently rating this 10/10 and really hope the next 6 eps don’t change my mind.

Personally, I’d prefer it if Zen f*cked up and gorgeous, creepy Atom shifted his disgustingly horny attention onto Ryu, but I’m not overly hopeful.

The most disgusting thing to me about that scene was that they didn’t show it more explicitly.

Making desserts is just a cover for her main occupation, robbing foreign tourists at gunpoint.

My my, all this negativity about Atom being a creep. I’ve crushed on Frank ever since ‘Cause You’re My Boy. If Atom was stalking me I’d text him my daily location sheet early every morning. The lingering shot on his abs at the swimming-pool with Zen and the bedroom self-amusement cameo were two of the hottest scenes I’ve seen in any BL, ever. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to retire to my boudoir to bathe my fudanshi forehead with eau de cologne.

Frank, Meen and Ping in the same bed but no NC. What a waste!

I love Love Sea so far - a well-written, well-acted adult series and not a basketball in sight. Bliss!!

As a gay male, I enjoy the vast majority of GMMTV’s BL series as most of them are set in some parallel universe where same-sex relationships are not only accepted but encouraged by most of the straight characters. However, having the crowd at something as hetero/macho as a boxing match roaring approval and applauding as one of the fighters publicly sucks face with his boyfriend before getting into the ring is just too ludicrous for words. They’d be lucky to get out of there alive!
