In the middle of 11 ep. Are they gonna make this minor date an ajumma? Their interaction makes me uncomfortable.…
CWJ drew a clear line when she asked him to address her formally in public. She knows he's still a teenager and treats him like one.

Title Revenant Spoiler
So, why Mokdan was replaced by the not-kid-not-yet-an adult second person? Kuddos to the screenwriter, each episode…
She wasn't a "second child" - Det. MC mentioned it while riding in the cab to the station in episode 8. He died because he saw the name of the girl who became the vengeful spirit.

Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter. There are many weird things about that drama but they were cute there
I'm one of the few people on this planet who liked that drama, lol!

Does anyone remember who's Nam Kook and Yeo Na? Wook mentioned they were hit w/ a car by Lee Dong Min's men. I…
From what I remember in S1:

Joon Ho's grandmother was looking for her grandchild (she didn't know the gender) after her daughter died, as she didn't have any other heir. Lee Dong Min was her employee and wanted to take over the business, so he found out the child was handed over to an orphanage and began killing the children from the orphanage after he narrowed down the possibilities based on the child's age. Nam Wook (car accident), Yeon Na (stuffed in a suitcase and dumped in the ocean) and another guy were all from that hit list.

It later turned out that Joon Ho was also adopted and he was the heir. His adoptive mother was employed at the orphanage and had adopted him soon after he was handed over, and no one else knew about it at the time. Joon Ho found out about it towards the end of the series, around episode 14/15.

Wook and Joon Ho then teamed up (Joon Ho was initially skeptical about Wook's ghosty stuff) and caught Lee Dong Min, but his team of gangsters managed to escape in the final episode.

Someone not as dense as me, please share some thoughts:How could Il Yong touch and have a convo with Alice's mom?…
>Was the mom also dead and in another "village"?

Yes. In episode 1, Il Yong was able to visit Thomas in a different "world" or "village" - so he can freely move between them.

>Wasn't Il Yong's mom dead too?

He said she was in the latest episode. He still could be Wook's cousin or nephew, who knows?

I don't understand the ending. Could someone, please, explain it to me? When he met the FL at the end, who's he?…
There should be a rule that if a webtoon/novel is adapted - the kdrama should follow the source 100% and not throw in a "creative" change. Ep16 completely wiped out DJ's entire life in this tragic mess of a show. I'm still pissed. UGH.

I'll miss Thomas, but the first episode was good and the new ghost guy seems to have an interesting background.…
I have a feeling the new young guy ll Yong may not have a heroic past like Thomas. IY may be looking for redemption until his body is found. That's the vibe I got, since he's going out of his way to help Wook find people.

there are SO many kids in this village! it's sad. i'm very curious about ilyong's story. why is he able to go…
He could be a former member of the group of thugs who abduct and kill people. Maybe that's why he knows so much about them and is keeping track of them.

do I need to watch S1 before S2?
Yes, the four main characters had backstories and character arcs in Season 1 that will not be explained in detail in Season 2. You may not understand certain references in S2 if you skip S1.

Reads comments here and realize if maybe only me love this sequel more than first season 🤣
I like it just fine and look forward to new eps of the second season, but don't think it can be compared to the first season in terms of pacing and plot. The two series have completely different storylines.

i still dont get why yall hate the fl
I have nothing against her character in the drama. It's just that in terms of acting ability, she's kinda bland, and compared to Gong Seung Yeon, she's not that expressive and doesn't have much screen presence.

Episode 5 lacked action scenes compared to episode 4. But still, it was a good episode. We are going deep inside…
>>The most pathetic character of this drama is father-in-law/detective in the present lifetime. What happened to him? He was such a cool general 600 years ago

As shown in Episode 3 or 4, when he as a child, his little sister was killed by (presumably) the Bulgasal, and he was traumatized by it. Later he met SW in hospital when she was recovering after her mother's and sister's deaths, and when she mentioned “Bulgasal” it visibly triggered Dan Geuk. In episode 5, his former colleague says he resigned from the force because of that unsolved case, implying his obsession with hunting the killer drove him over the edge.

Life hasn't been kind to Dan Geuk in this particular reincarnation, so I'm not surprised he turned out to be a gruff, alcoholic ex-detective. Since he has no memories of being a “cool general” I find his behaviour and reactions to be quite normal.
