Okay, so Mon and Team… without spoiling, I’ll just say that I can’t believe how incredibly bored I was with episode 5. The first two pairings were also ridiculously cheesy or full of fan service, but this? Sigh. I just felt an uncomfortable cringe for the entirety of the episode. I loved Thurs and his over-the-top personality (the actor seems slated for the comedic relief since “YYY”). That’s about it. I hope there will be dramatic improvement for this pairing in the next episode.

I definitely remember Thank God it’s Friday. I watched the finale the same way you did.

As for “Soulmate”, I really didn’t feel like I gained much from it to complement the storyline. The first season/series “Roommate” was good enough without it. Just FYI in case you don’t want to bother. It’s only two episodes, though, so watch it if you want lol.

Totally understandable. I’ve felt so many times like international fans have been left in a lurch as far as getting subs for the finale episode of SO many series. Mainly Filipino series, but let’s not forget about Soulmate (ahem, 4 months almost?) Anyway, I feel your frustration :|

Episode 9: just wow. It had some of literally everything. I was happy, sad, confused, angry, and tense and everything else in between. Definitely the best episode of the series to date. The only thing I have to say is that the inclusion of the Tiffy/Tum storyline for just a brief second without any real effort to clear up anything there was frustrating to me. I’d have preferred them to be left out of the episode all together if that was all they were going to do with them. Other than that, I really enjoyed this episode. I was shocked at the runtime, but that hour and a half flew by quickly.

I find myself constantly saying “Why?!” over and over because I’m trying to 1) question myself over continuing this series, 2) figure out what the actual “main story” of the series is, and 3) feel sorry for the actors for being part of this travesty. The only constant I see is that Sai and Khel seem to like each other, Art hates Mack (but Mack’s feelings towards Art are unclear), and Win enjoys aggravating Aileen. Everything else is either seemingly unconnected, out of place, confusing, or outright unnecessary. I’m waiting for the day an episode airs where I feel like something has properly progressed and the series is headed in a singular direction.

Cheska, CHESKA- you need to take it down SEVERAL notches!

Let’s get one thing straight (lol) first- Max and Nat have had some major glow ups since “Why R U?”. They both look absolutely gorgeous now. That being said, where is the story in their “storyline”? It’s so thin it might as well not even be there. It appears it’s all about sexual chemistry and that’s all. And I’m not complaining. Since the start of the series, I figured out this wasn’t a series to be taken seriously or expect major wows. I’m in it for the LOLs and the Oooos... that’s about it ;)

Run and Games look so similar, it’s crazy. When I watched them in “With Love”, I found myself at times having to take a second to place who was in the scene, LOL.

I’m glad I’m not the only one thinking that. I think Tong is a good actor, but his age is obvious (not saying he looks old, but he definitely looks older than his supposed classmates). I find it really distracting.

Okay, I really want to know what the heck happened to Curt and Sid. In Part 1 of Episode 2, I was thinking that their chemistry was pretty good. They felt good, like a real authentic couple. Then Part 2, WHAM! It was a complete 180. They were so uncomfortable with each other since that shower scene, and then all that coded talk afterwards about changing their blog and “if their viewers knew the truth?”. I’m very curious to know what they are hiding, but I felt totally blindsided by this huge bomb in the middle of the episode.

I’m trying to figure out why I am still watching this. I know I really hate dropping shows, but... ugh. After episode 4, I just don’t know if I can keep going. Aside from the messy story, I just can’t get with the out of sync audio/visual issues. It makes it quite difficult to not be distracted.

This was such a good pilot episode! I love Phuwin so much, so I’m happy to see him in a lead role here. And Pond, what a little gorgeous young man! I feel almost creepy enjoying how handsome he is because he’s so young. But enough of that. Even if this isn’t a true “enemies-to-lovers” story (Mork doesn’t seem to have any issues with Pi), it’s close enough. I needed something light for my Fridays after ATOTS. Nice having Mix still on my Fridays, though LOL. I’m so excited. And my crazy Neo is here. He never stops me from rolling.

P.S., I’m not going to lie- I was definitely hurt that there’s no chance for a NeoPhuwin rematch since they are actual brothers in this series. SOB SOB SOB! My poor GordMorn heart :( lol

Yikes, I knew tidbits of the issues, but I never delved too much into it. That’s terrible :(

I figured out the scandal was related to Motive Village from “Motivation Village”, but I thought perhaps there was a scandal with a director and the lead actor. I think at this point, no one (fan-related) is willing to truly emotionally invest in the 2Moons franchise after all the disappointments. It was hard for most of us to get into 2Moons2 because of an all new cast, but then once a lot of us fell in love with them, look what happened. I’m not opposed to anyone willing to give 2Moons3 a try, but I refuse to get my hopes up.

Okay, watched first two episodes. I am really enjoying it so far. I like the concept of seeing the “ugly side” of the BL series industry. Since most of us here are probably also watching “Lovely Writer”, I feel like this will be the more serious of the two on the topic. But I’m glad it’s being tackled because, boy, some BL fans are so completely delusional that the production teams and developers for the series really have to take into account ALL the possible adverse events (e.g. posting on social media, being seen in public with the “wrong” person, body image, pay disparities, etc). I hope the series will continue on its current level. It is well done so far, in my opinion.

P.S., I want to know what real BL scandal this is based on, because I’m only human and curiosity is natural, LOL! But it’s not necessary.

Shou Yi could simply be doing things for Gao Shi De out of family obligation (he is his cousin, after all). And maybe, who knows? He might have some kind of ability in emotional attachment that he is not aware of having. There could be hope for him... and hopefully him and Yu Zhen Xuan.

I really hope if that’s the case, they will be the focus of season 3, with GSD/ZSY and their friends as side couples.

Thank you for saying what I was thinking. I really wanted the backstory between Nubsib and Gene, and it started out okay, but then it got super uncomfortable really quickly. The only part of episode 7 that is enjoyed was adult Nubsib and Gene talking and Nubsib taking the lead with their attraction to each other. I have been waiting to see how Gene would react to them kissing each other not under the guise of “practicing the script” or whatever other nonsense. He’s still his usual self, so that I loved. And Kao and Up really have good chemistry. I could feel the love Nubsib has for Gene the way he carried him to bed and laid him down and stared at him and caressed his face as he slept. That’s the extent of the positives for this episode. I really want to wipe the super uncomfortable vibe of the younger kids’ interactions from my memory.

Cheat is pretty OTT, for sure. I love the addition of supernatural elements in addition to the usual religious elements (Catholic guilt and such from Sister) in this BL. It didn’t hurt that it didn’t shy away from the sexiness. I hate watching a BL where the actors look like someone is holding a knife to their throat just so they can give their partner a simple peck. What a turnoff. See you elsewhere in the comments ;)
