Can someone explain the relationship between the king, Wanning, and Lord Cheng? They keep saying Lord Cheng is Wanning's brother but I thought the king was also Wanning's brother, is he not?
It was wholesome but we got clowned no new couple 😂
Yoonha & Yoonjae are still together. They may not have filmed a reaction video together but they are still posting each other on their Instagram accounts, that says it all
Kinda unsatisfying for Deukpal to have properly introduced himself to Sekyung and his gang friends only to continue living in Yihyun's body. The perfect ending would have been for Yihyun to return. After all, he was a bullied kid that had so many problems in his life, it makes sense that after those problems get fixed he returns because he actually has a shot at life now. Deukpal had already lived a long life, it was time for him to leave.
Did anyone else notice in the last episode how we got to see a little about Juyeon's inner turmoil, and her thinking there's something wrong with her to always get rejected, and she gets comforted by everyone except her brother? That just felt so wrong to me. The fact that she went up to people she just met 3 weeks ago to ask if she had any red flags instead of confiding in her brother who also supposedly acted as her father figure too, like …? Clearly this is something she has been struggling with for a while despite her cheerful exterior because she mentioned how she keeps getting rejected by the people she likes. Even Jaehyung noticed that self-doubt after the Truth Game and sought her out the next day to reaffirm AGAIN that there's nothing wrong with her. But her own brother, who was sat beside her as she asked that question, did nothing? Was he that preoccupied with letting everyone know about him and Jiwon?
Clearly an unpopular opinion here but I think the finale episode wrapped things up well. Kudos to the editors because I was either smiling my cheeks off or crying for the majority of the episode. Even if a certain endgame couple was not what I wanted, I am going to focus on the parts that I enjoyed. For a show that started getting quite messy the last few episodes, this finale really brought it back together and reminded me why I loved this dating show so much, especially through the moments of pure and lovely friendship among the cast, which we were kind of lacking recently. It was nice seeing the siblings bond, and some even got closer through this, and I am so happy for them. I wish the best for 9/10 of them, the other I will leave no comment but I am not going to ruthlessly hate either. Will absolutely be tuning in to a s2 if it ever happens.
I can't believe the ML's actor is 12 years younger than the FL's, watching it I thought he was the same age as her or even older. Somehow the age gap really doesn't show, whether it's the makeup/styling or the acting
It was a Triple link, with a high connection from I-na! He saved Da hae so she could save I-na, so I-na could…
Wow that's so cool, the way Ina's birth was not only his opening in the past to save Daehae, but also an escape for him to survive the fire. That even fixes the whole problem of Ina believing her birth was the cause of all the problems, when it actually saved Gwijoo's life. Thank you for explaining!
I knew it!! I knew there would be a time skip and he'd return from the past somehow! This drama's vibes just didn't give off a sad ending. Wish we got just a little more after he returned but hey I won't complain, glad everyone got their happy ending <3
Isn't it funny how this dating show of all, one that was especially promoted to be wholesome and family-centered, managed to have one of the most hated (if not THE most hated) participants in all of Korean dating show history. The hate seems to be even worse than it was for Singles Inferno 3's Gwanhee
One thing is I have noticed is that people like hating on character more than loving any character. It's like…
Agreed. It was a pretty intense episode, I felt like Yoonjae's interactions with Yunha, Choa and his existence pretty much was the only solace in the latest episode. Like a breath of fresh air among all the tension.
Basically the translation said "You siblings keep making me say yes" but a more accurate translation would be "you people keep making me say yes" which is a lot ruder response
