I think CH need to get away from his sister business . It doesn't matter if he help her or not but one shouldn't…
He is invested, I agree, but I don't think he's manipulating her, or even trying to. He knows there are sides he only sees from the male contestants as a guy himself, plus Choa's work schedule means she isn't spending as much time with the contestants as the rest. Considering how incredibly close both siblings are, since they literally had no other family to rely on but themselves, they truly just want the best for each other. And by the way Choa responds, it seems like she is listening to what Cheolhyun says, but she's not completely making her decisions based off of his words. Like even with him encouraging something with Jungsub, she never really developed any romantic feelings for him and remained attracted to Yongwoo. Let's give these people some grace, I truly think Cheolhyun just wants the best for her and Choa knows that. She may consider what Cheolhyun says, but she will ultimately make her own decisions based off her own feelings.

Totally agree with your thoughts on the 'sibling sacrifice date phone'. Just to add that i really dont like this…
I agree, it's a shame we had so many dates lined up and it got cut down to one. But I think finding out who gave up their date for their sibling and who chose themselves gave each other some insight about how their future date was feeling about it, or at least some of their dynamics with their sibling. It might be a stretch but maybe some even felt relieved by not going on the date since it was the sisters that chose for each other. Hopefully we get a chance for dates where both sides actively want to do it.

[ep 8 thoughts, warning kinda long]
The thing with the sibling-sacrifice date is that FOUR people have to individually agree on one choice without talking to each other to make one date work. The probability of that is very low so it makes sense that only one couple 'survived' it. It heavily relies on how you feel, and how well you know your sibling and their choice. I like that even though Choa and Cheolhyun didn't really synchronize their choices, they both knew exactly how the other would respond in both rounds and still made a choice depending on their own feelings despite that.

Things have become a lot better after the siblings have been revealed. Everyone is a lot more comfortable in their own skin, and it's good that Yoonjae appeared now after the reveal because otherwise I think he would have struggled a lot more. At least now he can openly depend on the comfort of his sister's presence considering his awkward and shy personality. I had seen a couple comments about how Jiwon and Yoonjae wouldn't be a good fit in the group soley based off of first impressions, but I'm glad they proved yall wrong. They are fitting in really well, and they are both lovely, warmhearted people. From today's episode, a couple female contestants expressed how much they like Jiwon and honestly that says it all. She's a girl's girl, so you know she's a good person.

I think it was nice of them to introduce the 'none' option. A lot of times contestants would feel pressured to choose someone, even with no big feelings, just because they have to. This makes the texts a lot more authentic, because now the recipient knows "you didn't have to choose anyone but you still chose me". This opens up the possibility of more genuine romantic relationships to grow.
It was cute seeing all the sibling pairs have their one-on-one talks all in different areas of the house. That's one really good strong point about this dating show compared to others, you always have that one person you can rely on no matter what. You'll never feel isolated or lonely because you have your family there with you. And I'm glad Cheolhyun finally fixed his misunderstanding of Jungsub/Choa/Yongwoo lol, at least now he'll start helping out with the right couple.

I love Jaehyung, and I hope he actually comes out of this show with a love partner. I feel like his full potential…
From my eyes, it doesn't look like Jaehyung has much attraction to her at all, he's just thinking about the possibility. I wanna see how he'll be with Jiwon, since theyve both said the other reminds them of their ex.

Like the other commenter said, there's a contestant that starts becoming pretty controlling over her ex, to the point she starts arguing with him because he didn't listen to her instructions (which barely even made sense, since he had to make a decision based off his feelings not her words), and she basically says to another contestant's face that she doesn't like the fact her ex is interested her, making things very uncomfortable.

It's funny when panelist try to cover up JungSub's behaviour by saying things like he must've felt bad , he just…
But it's a tricky line because the panelists are all pretty well known people, most of them being celebs, and so they obviously have a lot of influence. They can't outwardly criticize the actions of the contestants, who are generally normal civillians. It would make sense if it was very outwardly crazy behavior like what we see in Transit Love 3, where the panelists have no choice BUT to criticize, but for Jungsub he hasn't quite done something that's THAT bad or worth calling out for. Him asking Choa to stay up was honestly not that bad it was just tense & awkward, but I think I do recall the panelists debating the whole scenario of Jungsub being jealous of Seseung's walk with Cheolhyun. They have to tread the line of not being too disrespectful and giving good critique because it could easily fuel hate towards the contestants.

The drama is so one sided tho bc Choa doesn’t even see Jungsub that way and he’s constantly trying to get…
That totally makes sense, I also get the feeling that he's genuinely interested in Choa romantically, but is still playing along with Seseung so she can be his 'backup' in case things don't work out with Choa. If you think about it in their perspective, there must be a sort of pressure to be coupled up with someone while on a dating show, and Jungsub must definitely be feeling that. That's why he's still stringing Seseung along, but it's just upsetting since a good amount contestants on this look like they are actually there to find genuine connections & have a good time, but that gets dampened by the others who are feeling threatened by the possibility of being 'alone' by the time the show ends :(

True, I don't think Choa will be bothered but I worry Cheolhyun may side with Jungsub too much and cause a problem between her and Yongwoo

Title My Sibling's Romance Spoiler
Cool how in Transit Love, after 'the reveal', a contestant's counterpart would find out who the CONTESTANT(ex) is sending a message to. But in My Sibling's Love, the counterpart would see WHO is sending a message to the contestant(sibling). It's an interesting twist, and it's an opportunity for the siblings to help with each other's love lives.

Chulhyun confuses me a bit, I thought we was super close with Yongwoo and would be extra thrilled after finding out his fav guy liked his sister, but he didn't react much. I appreciate him looking out for his sister, but I think he should figure out who his sister has feelings for first of all, rather than who likes his sister.

Funny how Cheolhyun is very enthusiastic about Jungsub but Jaehyung is a little wary of him. Things are gonna change up a lot now that they can openly observe their siblings and talk to them without hiding.

Wow this ep was really good, defo liked the second half more than the first but it was sooo good. Can't wait to see what kind of character Yoonjae is. I've seen a few comments about him not being a good addition, just like how ppl thought Jiwon wouldn't fit into the group in the beginning, but after all these introductions I have no doubt that they're lovely people too. Based from his limited screentime & behavior, Yoonjae seems like a really silly goofy guy, so I'm looking forward to more funny scenes in the house lol. Cant wait for next week!!!

Not enjoying the potential drama JS is causing between CA and SS, I liked this because of how drama free this show was compared to a certain ongoing dating show😭

They might do that in later seasons, plus siblings that are girl-girl and boy-boy. I think for now they're just doing the basic boy-girl siblings for s1 and see how things play out in terms of how well the show goes and how well the audience likes it.

It's pretty interesting how things turned out between Choa and Jungsub. In the beginning, both of them were interested in each other, but other people (Yongwoo & Seseung) were interested in them, and because of how the dates went, they ended up seeing the others more. Although Choa liked Jungsub more at first, the more she met Yongwoo, the more she started being romantically interested in him. But it went a different way for Jungsub. Although he also became interested in Seseung, it looks like he was still a little unsure about her. Seseung seemed a little too strong and too open about her feelings, which probably made him uncomfortable. But that mystery of Choa still stayed in his mind and he was more curious about her.

Like the panelists said, it's interesting how the dynamics changed during his date with Choa. He 'became' Seseung through his actions and his directness. I get the feeling that he is more interested in people that aren't as lively and open about their emotions, such as Choa, so then he can become the more proactive person instead. Unfortunately for him, at this point Choa's feelings have already changed paths and she likes someone else.
I think if they both went on a date sooner, there could've been a possibility of them becoming a thing, since they both initially were interested in each other. But now, I am completely rooting for Choa x Yongwoo. As for Seseung, I hope she finds someone else. Jungsub isn't as honest about his feelings to her as she is to him, and that will only hurt her in the long run. She needs someone that can effectively communicate their feelings.

Whoever thought of having them eat at that meat place is an absolute GENIUS omg I think that was my favorite part of ep6, tied with the funny siblings talking in the sibling room. That was just suchhhh a good idea, especially since this dating show involves your family a lot and having one of their mothers involve themselves too was such a genius idea. Have I mentioned how great of an idea that was yet? It would've been a 100% perfect scene if a certain someone introduced themselves but I get that the group was already overwhelmed with a lot of news in terms of rooming, new dates, and each other's feelings lol. Once again, genius thinking, whoever thought of that needs a raise.

this is the genre I'm missing in Cdramas😭😭 I'm a sucker of time slip/time travel/go back in time typa genres
you mightve already watched them but if you haven't I recommend Shining for One Thing and I Don't Want to Be Friends With You, both high school time travel cdramas that I absolutely adore
