The preview for next week is making me emotional seeing how Mokha and Kiho are again in the same roles they were 15 years ago. Mokha singing, Kiho recording. Except now Mokha will be on a stage in front of hundreds and Kiho is one of the lead producers of a famous network.
I'm not sure about the father not recognizing that he has another son. When Woohak enters his house, you can see…
I thought this too but remember how someone (Daewoong i think) said Kiho had become unrecognizable after he ran away and grew up? I imagine it's the same idea with Woohak, Bad Dad only saw him as a teen and not as an adult so he doesnt know what he looks like, that's if he even thinks he's alive. Plus Woohak probably had his name changed as well so the whole family could stay in hiding.
I can't be the only one who feels that park eun bin can't seem to snap out of her woo young woo role. She's acting…
I noticed that a little too. I guess she's trying to play into the fact that Mokha is still mentally a 16 year old since she never had social interaction or education in those 15 years. But yeah, some of her WYW acting has rubbed off into Mokha.

Good point, but idk it still wouldn't make sense why he'd only put Kiho's name in the life insurance. Wouldn't Woohak also be a "bad son" then because he stayed with his mother instead of leaving with him? He's not purposely seeking out the two other family members when they undoubtedly got on his bad side too.
I think after today's episode it's pretty much 100% confirmed that Bogeol is Kiho. In the family picture the boy next to Kiho looks older than him, so that obviously has to be Woohak. Bogeol knew Mokha would be at the station, and said the exact same words Kiho told Mokha.
Luckily they don't seem to be dragging the Kiho situation that much since almost everything was revealed today. We just need the final story that connects all the events together. After seeing the comments, I think what happened was that all 4 of them lived in Seoul together in that apartment, and the father started getting very violent, leaving the mother with the limp and Woohak with the head injury. I think the mum then runs away with Woohak to get him help and Kiho offers to stay behind & hold back the father so they can escape, and then is forced to move to Chunsam island with him for some reason. Afterwards, Kiho gets enough money to leave Chunsam and return to his family.
The father doesn't seem to recognize that he has another son. For the life insurance thing, he only put Kiho. And he's so intent on finding Kiho, no one else. This makes me think that when they lived in Seoul, the father hit Woohak so hard that he believed he died. That makes the most sense atm. He thought he killed someone, so he takes his only remaining son and runs away to Chunsam island.
shoidl i watch this im not a huge park boyoung fan
i'm not really a big pby fan either after her previous works and that was lowkey one of the reasons i hesitated starting this but she's actually fine in here to me. she suits this type of character a lot.
on ep5 and for once the romance/love triangle (of the main leads) is my least favorite part of this drama, but at least it's not a big part of it. i like the second couple more but even they aren't really giving me butterflies or anything because of the doctor's inability to take a no
I don't believe one of their goals was to make us feel uncomfortable at all.
well mental health can be uncomfortable for many, even if they do understand it. by showing us what mental illness/disorders is really like, they know we WILL inevitably be uncomfortable with it, at least initially. we may even be uncomfortable afterwards but that is the truth of psychiatry. it is not comfortable or relaxing.
I wonder how Bogeol is going to explain himself after ep4's ending and deflect the fact he's Kiho. Like how did he know where she was in the first place?
I think it probably goes one of two ways, either the dad is obsessed with the mom/son and is pursuing as a villain,…
Right now, I'm not seeing any moment within his scenes where it looks like Kiho's dad has changed for the better. With Kiho, he was pure evil and didn't have a second of hesitation or regret. He clearly just seems to be set on finding Kiho and hurting him again, even Kiho's friend could feel the same despite the dad's 'kind' words/behavior.
Curious to see how Kiho's dad will react when he sees Kiho. Meaning before he knows who he is. They said Kiho's face is completely unrecognizable but surely direct family would see the resemblance faster? Idk, I'm curious to see if the father doesn't recognize him at all from visuals or gets a suspicious feeling when looking at him
I don't get why people are saying kiho forgot everything. The 2 friends whom kiho's old friend contacted (the…
I might be wrong, but didn't they talk about trying to reach out to Mokha about Kiho? From what they said to each other, I don't recall them having direct contact with Kiho, just that they know he's in Seoul.
Kinda soon to say this since the drama only just began, but I hope they show us how 15 years of living ALONE on an island has impacted the way Mokha now lives her life. And not the typical 'doesnt understand technology' or whatever that happens a lot with timetravel characters. Like this is half of her life, 15 freaking years, where she went without human/social interaction, most people would quite literally go crazy. There has to be so many more mental/psychological impacts this has had on her, I really hope they explore that. Also I felt like the screentime we got of her life on the island was very short, hopefully they add in flashbacks or something. It's literally fifteen years of solo surviving on an isolated island I just feel like that should be incorporated into the story more, instead of just kinda leaving it there as a little quirk (they havent done this yet but from the trailers/previews/ep2 i have a feeling they will)
just a rec - watch the cdrama 'I Don't Want to Be Friends With You' if you like Twinkling Watermelon it's another drama where the main lead goes back in time to when their parents are teenagers and finds love on the way
