I know some have said the ML shouldn't be throwing himself after the FL considering what she did, but I disagree.…
She never lied and told him she was the other girl. He assumed she was someone else. She even tried to tell him the truth once she realized he made a false assumption about her identity and he didn’t believe her. Most people missed those parts of the drama because it was in the after credit scenes. But she never lied about her identity, that was his mistake, not hers. She just gave up trying to convince him she wasn’t the girl he thought she was. To be fair, he had tremendous guilt over the girl that died because she gave up the chance to be adopted so he could be adopted in her place. It saved his life but she ended up dying and that traumatized him. I don’t think he was mentally or emotionally capable of admitting to or dealing with her death. And that’s why he couldn’t accept the female leads explanation that she wasn’t the other girl. But she didn’t lie about who she was. She did make other mistakes though, like not notifying him of his son’s birth. So she wasn’t perfect. I agree that not everything was the male leads fault. I think they both made mistakes along the way.

I’m blown away at the quality of this drama. It’s not just the acting (which is phenomenal) but it’s a high end production they obviously put a lot of money into. The mood lighting, the set, the wardrobe and the music created such amazing ambiance in every scene. Whoever produced and directed this knew exactly what they were doing. I’m so tired of FL’s wearing oversized or quirky clothing that looks awful on them or there being bright light coming through the windows when it’s supposedly evening time. Or the music doesn’t match the mood. But this drama is absolutely perfect in those areas, and Lusi’s wardrobe is 10/10. I heard she personally chose her wardrobe and you can tell because everything looked amazing on her.

I was afraid to watch this drama with all the comments about how terrible the FL was for lying about her identity…
I know some have said the ML shouldn't be throwing himself after the FL considering what she did, but I disagree. Her numerous rejections of him were justified since he had hurt her so bad. Who would go back to an ex that never let you explain what really happened? Who would want to be with someone that claimed to love you, yet kicked you out and told you they hated you and never wanted to see you again? And who would want to be with someone that openly confessed that they were harassing you and causing you problems because they wanted revenge on you over a past misunderstanding? The ML had to work hard to earn back the FL's trust and rightly so.
On The Love You Give Me Oct 22, 2025
I was afraid to watch this drama with all the comments about how terrible the FL was for lying about her identity and not telling the ML about his child. Did we watch the same drama? She never lied about her identity, he assumed she was another girl. And she told him her real name and identity yet he refused to believe it saying she must have been adopted. As for her not telling him about the child, she was several months along before she realized she was pregnant. And by then the ML was out of the country having heart surgery. She didn't know if he had survived the surgery. Plus he was staunchly against having a child since his heart condition is genetic so she knew he would push her to not have the baby. She also feared that once he found out about his son he might take him from her. So she had valid reasons for her decision. So once I understood why she did what she did, I loved the drama and was rooting for her.

Title Only for Love Spoiler
They are in a “friends with benefits” type of relationship where they sleep together but there’s no strings…
That’s the storyline for the second couple, not the main couple. The main couple has a friends to enemies type of relationship. But the second lead couple are the best friends of the main lead couple. It’s the pretty woman with the short hair and the son of the wealthy man that has the horses they’re always riding.

hi I just want to ask how long is their breakup era?
It’s not very long, maybe a couple of episodes.

Title Only for Love Spoiler
Can anyone tell what's the story of second lead couple here? Who falls first etc
They are in a “friends with benefits” type of relationship where they sleep together but there’s no strings attached. He’s a playboy and doesn’t want to settle down in a serious relationship. She has been hurt in the past and wants to focus on her career. He falls for her first but she falls pretty hard for him right afterwards. But he used to be a big playboy so she assumes he’s still a player and pushes him away a lot. He’s persistent in his pursuit of her though. It’s a pretty good love story.

If you are thinking about watching this drama, please do. It’s excellent! Many trolls have surfaced bashing it for no good reason. They just don’t want this drama to get the top spot and knock their favorite dramas from the top spot. There’s lots of haters when dramas this good pop up.

Trolls have made it here even though the drama finished airing in 2023.😂Please ignore them.🙏🏽
Trolls are here because this drama is on its way to being one of the top rated dramas on this app. And some people loyal to other dramas are fighting to keep their favorites at the top. The drama is excellent, ignore the trolls.

Amazing review, i am loving this lakhorn so much!
It’s a rare gem amongst all of the not so great lakhorns. I’ve rewatched it a couple of times because I enjoyed it so much.

this review pretty much summarised all of my thoughts, it really felt like a fusion of kdrama and cdrama. this…
Thanks I’m glad you agree. It could have been a really top notch drama if it didn’t have the breakup. Or if the breakup was brief and they worked things out. It was still good, just not ground breaking or amazing.

I had this on my watch list. I was really looking forward to it too. I’m so glad I waited to watch it. I was wondering why it went from an 8.5 to a 6.9 so fast. Now I know. I strongly dislike love triangles because they’ve been done so much and are so cliché. Especially ones where they drag it out till the very end. I was hoping this wouldn’t be too bad of a love triangle. I hoped it would be one of those where it’s clear who she’s really in love with and who she is starting to see as just a good friend. So there’s no shock or heartache when she makes her choice. But no, it’s dragged out for the whole drama. And everyone is so angry, shocked, and hurt that they are bombing it in the reviews. Maybe this will help them to see that intense love triangles that constantly goes back and forth till the very end of the drama is not what audiences want.

This was the first time I’ve seen Yang Yang in anything and he was amazing. I’d like to watch more of his…
My favorite drama of his was Love o2o but it changed this year when You Are My Glory came out. You Are My Glory is just awesome. And it doesn’t have anything to do with video games like Love o2o so you should like it. He’s also great in Kings Avatar, it even got a second season because it was so good but it’s about gaming. I would still recommend it. So if you’re totally against gaming dramas my first choice would be You Are My Glory. (I have a pretty good spoiler free review of it.) Followed by Whirlwind Girl. But if you’re open to something with a little bit of gaming I’d highly recommend Love o2o. They meet online in a gaming community and start developing their own company making games that are less sexist and more interesting for both guys and girls. Even though it’s about gaming it’s not boring or irritating and there’s tons going on outside of the gaming theme.

With so many comments saying it was great except for the last episode, I was hesitant to watch it. I hate investing a lot of time into a drama only to have the final episode ruin it all. For those of you sitting on the fence about this, here’s my take on this subject. It wasn’t as bad as many have claimed in the comment section. The main characters are all addressed and have satisfying endings. I was happy with how everything turned out for everyone. But my main complaint is that a lot of time is spent on some unnecessary angst that’s thrown in at the last minute for no apparent reason. It’s the last episode so you want some sweet moments, to see how everything turns out for everyone, even the minor characters. You want all of the loose ends tied up in a pretty little bow. You want to have some meaningful touching moments, not unnecessary angst just to hype things up. The angst would have been okay if there had been another episode or two. The fact that it happened in the last episode taking time away from those last sweet touching moments between your favorite characters is what I have a problem with. So the last episode isn’t really bad and it didn’t ruin it for me. There was actually a lot of great things happening that you’ll really like, I just think we all got a bit irritated by the amount of time spent on unnecessary angst. But if you’re hesitant to watch because of the comments about the final episode like I was, don’t let that hold you back. I’m glad I went ahead and watched it because it was a great drama.

Can you recommend some other drama also like this may be in any language where male lead gets the girl after female…
I just remembered another drama that’s really good that I think you’ll like. It’s called Before We Get Married. The main leads are engaged to other people. But they start falling for each other. The male lead realizes his fiancé isn’t right for him and immediately ends the relationship. But the female lead tries to make her relationship with the second lead work. He’s all wrong for her and doesn't treat her right but she stays loyal to him. In the meantime the main leads are very physically attached to each other and have tons of sparks between them but she denies her feelings for the male lead. Throughout the drama she’s with the wrong man, the second lead, as the main male lead pursues her. He works really hard to get her to see the second male leads true colors. It’s an interesting and very spicy romance drama.

I also liked Love Is Sweet. The male lead has loved the female lead since they were kids. They were separated by a misunderstanding then reunited as adults. Theres a second male lead that pursues her really hard. She continues to misunderstand the male lead but he’s persistent.

Review Crazy Love
I agree with everything except this, "In a mature drama with older actors that aren’t new to dating or relationships…
To clarify, I would completely agree with your analysis if these two had never dated or been in serious relationships. It would make sense that it would all be new to them and they would be very shy and innocent. Lots of Asian dramas have people in their 30’s and 40’s that have never even been kissed. But in this particular drama both leads admitted to having been in past relationships. Dating wasn’t new or scary to them. They’d been there and done that so to speak. So for them to act so shy and innocent didn’t seem very realistic at all to me. Asian dramas have progressed so much in this area and I was disappointed in their decision romance wise. If their romance had been more mature and passionate it would have been a perfect 10 for me. But that’s just my take on things we all have our own opinions and I respect that. I appreciate your input. Thanks for checking out my review.

Overall I’d say this is a really good drama that I’ll probably rewatch at some point. The comedy is very good,…
After finishing the drama and going to bed I stayed awake contemplating why so many characters did such outlandish things that were so out of character for them. Then it hit me that they all had one thing in common, they were all doing it out of love for someone. But the male lead showed us how pitiful your life can become when you distance yourself from everyone emotionally and shut down all emotions. His life with love was painful and quite chaotic. But his life without love was a nightmare. I loved how he had an epiphany and turned his life around. Gotta love that character growth.
