Totally agree. If only it can happen. But in this drama she is way to selfish, impatient, stupid, has no brain at all. Like you said and I have said this before... She ridiculously stubborn and pathetic! Like honestly he put in 100000 % in this relationship of theirs. He sacrificed himself and did so much for her. She only has a mindset of a kid. Throw tantrums, think she's smart when she's not... And always get herself in trouble. 😤 Not once did she not needed any help. He keeps on rescuing her. Sadly he's too in love with her that he continues to love and protect her. But tbh, she really doesn't deserve him. Her heart is made of stone. Selfish, ego-centered and never thinking 🤔 of loving him once. Argh... So frustrated with her.

Our ML is suffering so much 😭
I agree with you too - his parents were killed b/c the so-called powerful greedy woman wants control over him - ML -- sadly it turned out to be the FL's brother - that lead to his parents death - possibly forced/demanded by the so-called authorities person - when in fact that evil powerful woman - brainwashed her (FL) brother to do all the bad stuff towards the ML's family.

Actually the FL's brother - regretted everything - when he lost his lover/ I think she committed suicide - by shooting herself - cause she's not a normal person either too. So, when she dies - b/c of the pact - her brother (FL's) can't live long either sadly. So, when he learned of the truth from the evil woman - he decides to exit/die in the worst way possible. The ML actually wanted to save him from the building collapsing on him - but the FL's brother refuses to leave and allowed himself to fall to his death. Sadly, the ML got blamed by it at first by the FL b/c she didn't know the whole truth behind it all - until - the ML's dragon saved her, took her to the hospital - had the FL's bro's friend give her the letter - that contain the truth coming from her brother - in regards to why he left/died the way he did.

But after reading the letter and visiting her brother's grave and his wife's -- the FL is really stupid and stubborn - yes, she realizes the mistakes her brother did was grave and for the fact that her brother killed the ML's parents - but does she really like don't even treat their relationship as a loving relationship at all? I mean - even before her brother died - he actually to him the truth, but at the same time accepted him (ML) to take care/love her. Yet, the result ended up the FL wanting to leave their relationship - she considered it only as a matter of convenience on a piece of paper/contract - and has no feelings towards him? Like seriously always pushing him way - always saying - I'm glad that we never made the "pact" with each other, etc. Like seriously girl - did you treat your marriage to him like a game? He (FL) really loves her - already let go of the fact that her brother killed his parents - and continues to love her. So, girl - why are you constantly making your relationship like a game and don't take it serious enough?

So many a times, I feel like saying to the FL - do you even have heart of love in your life ever?

In the latest episode (ep 30) - b/c he's not wanting her leave - for her safety (pretending to be mean to her) - she decides the fast way to leave him - by trying to end her life (may be -- was it accidental or not - still it was selfish of her to do such things and keeps on blaming him for it all. (after seeing the video - she still thinks the ML killed her brother and that he did it on purpose - like seriously - no the ML didn't do anything wrong - he did try to save the FL's brother - but it was the brother selfish way of leaving the FL - by dying - to atone for his wrong that he did to the ML's parents - at the same - too in love with his wife before her death, So, without her the FL's brother can't live long and so - he too, died as well - to be with her.

Now knowing all of this, the FL's actions are ridiculous and selfish. The ML really should move on from her - but he can't b/c he's deeply in love with her from the beginning till now. Yet, on the other-hand she doesn't seem to completely love him too much - and always seems to want to get away from him all the time. Honestly I feel like she doesn't deserve him at all - should be her lost.

I honestly if possible, wished to give the ML a enormous hug - b/c he deserves it. He's very patient with her and panics when she almost died - her making all the wrong moves all the time. How can the FL be so cruel and selfish towards him - especially when he needs someone to feel loved and care for - after learning about the truth of his parents death? Rather than comforting him, she rather run away - leave him b/c of the reality of what her brother did to his family. Plus when she saw that video - she has the stupidity to blame him for her brother's death - saying that the ML did it all - out of revenge? Like WTF - is her IQ so low that becomes so dumb suddenly? Wow. Really mad at the FL.

Yes the kiss scenes were great - but her character is making me so mad at her -really selfish and pathetic all the time. Her sense of logic is always thrown out the window. She never thinks properly about everything that is happening around her - never comes clean about everything - so much lack of communication b/w the 2 leads - causing so many misunderstandings between the two of them. sigh.

There's something I've been meaning to speak about regarding this series for a bit that I have found very troubling,…
Remember the ML is not completely a proper human - in ep 29, we see that he has a special dragon that's connected to him - so when the dragon rescued her from the rubbles - he told her that the dragon already chooses her - so no matter what - she's already connect with him - in that extent despite the fact they have made a pact yet. So, guess you have to think of this as a story beyond normal human beings in a relationship with one another - is like those dramas - where werewolves - or half werewolves/human have to mate/have a pact with one another too. In order to lead the group, etc. Luna and Alpha has to be together.

So, in this sense - this story is partial sci-fi story where the two aren't regular humans either too - He has Affinity B blood type and she (FL) has Affinity A type - they need to have a pact in order for him to live a normal life - otherwise he could turn crazy and kill others b/c his so-called blood type are dangerous/violent at times. That's why at the beginning of the story - those who had the B type went berserk unless they get injected a special injection to stop them for going haywire.

Therefore, forgot about thee logical sense of things here or what you think is a hidden message. To me - mainly is the concern of our future - humans can become test objects - that makes to have power to control others -- that whatever could possibly be create - could lead to big consequences of backfiring - and those test subjects/people - can go insane in the process and in order to stop them - is to make a special connect through a pact to save their lives - and life "a so-called" normal life again with the rest of humanity.

Title My Page in the 90s Spoiler
I didn’t expect to be this emotional in the last few episodes. I found myself crying whenever they cried, especially…
Spoiler:

I totally agree with you - I literally cried too and in a lot of ways - Gao Haiming realizes the fact that she couldn't stay and took all the energy and time to be together the last 24hrs of their time in his world. It was already hard on her when he had the car accident b/c he went to save her and then forgot who she was for a while. It took him jumping into the river - thinking she drown like his mom did (?) in the past - and so he rushes in even though he doesn't know how to swim - but despite that - it was what trigger him to regain his actual memories with her despite the others around them forgot that they were in a relationship or worked with him at his company - Letao. Before that, she (Lin Huan Er) - took the energy to take him to places they have been together - in order to jog his memories back - it wasn't easy - but luckily she didn't give up and he eventually got it back - after he almost drowning in the river. So, it was sweet to see they are able to be together again before her evitable departure - that the both don't want. He realizes that the pager she had on her - had special powers and remembers the time - when he was at the hospital and he over heard her yelling at the pager - that how can you be so cruel - to a person like that.

From that day onwards after he regained his memories once again - he somehow gain insights on everything around them both and treasure/does his best to trust her and supports/encourages her along the way - the two of them really put "treasuring one another" to the fullest - building/collecting sweet memories together. Gao Haiming - really pulls in all the stops to make their last 24 hrs be an unforgettable time together. Surprisingly, the love note/recipe he wrote to her - when he made those special wontons for her - was able to go back with her - in her real world/life of 2025. Despite the engagement ring didn't. But thankfully the memories that they took together with his digital camera stay with him and the pager too contain their special sweet memories together too.

What I really wished was that the "censorship" thing didn't force to cut the drama so much - it wasn't necessary - b/c the limit for drama - in terms of episodes allowed was 40. So, why cut so many out - leaving a lot of things unanswered/missing.

All throughout the last few episodes of the drama - from ep 20-24 I literally cried - not just for the two main leads - but also the 2nd leads too.

I like how despite the censorship, we were able to see the FL (Lin Huan Er) - get to see her best friend walking happily with her husband together hand-in-hand and Gao Haiming's assistant as well - before she eventually meets the ML in her world of 2025 too - and that the place they met up again - was the model airport museum that had contained all their memories there - plus the model planes they built together. I'm also glad that they got to meet again - in her world - rushing towards each other/hugging/greeting and kissing each other too. What I really wished was that they didn't have to cut out the other episodes that it was supposedly have - to show how he came to his world along with the others characters that she treasured the most together too. Plus how did her best friend Mengmeng's husband didn't die and were together again - and everything else. The way the so-called censorship forced the drama to cut out so much - to be honest wasn't necessary - especially like other said - 40 episodes was originally the max one drama could have - so why cut them out??

It definitely made the ending still somewhat really rushed with a lot of unproper - unanswered questions in the mind of the viewers watching it. I really wished there was more too it. To be able to see them together - live their lives in her world 2025 would have been great - and his turn to adapt to her world/lifestyle too.

Now I wished there was a part 2/season 2 too!!

Title My Page in the 90s Spoiler
Agreed I was crying when he was crying. I was just like who cut the onions in the room and then realized I was…
I cried for them both - when she had to deal with him losing his memories of her - after the car accident/reversal/erase memory thing caused by the annoying manipulative pager - system of hers that she had. It was a tough uphill battle at times when he couldn't exactly recall anything about her - but slowly/surely he did get some burst of memories of her here and there when they went around the places they used to visit/hangout/created memories together.

The biggest part that made me cry aside from the proposal scene - and eventual poof departure scene of hers. - I mean don't get me wrong - I cried a bucket full of tears there - when he was left alone by himself on the merry-go-round without her. It was very raw and emotional for me too.

Where I also cried was when he thought that she drown in the river - when he was talking to her over the phone - after he rushed over with his assistant from his company - during his birthday party there - so he just assumed she fell in and he jumped into the river - despite unable to swim and literally almost drown there, had she not jump in after him to rescue him instead. This part - eventually led to him recovering his memories and also allowed him to gain insight of what's bound to happen b/w the two of them. In his mind - he did have some mental preparedness of her inevitable departure - b/c he too realizes those around him are clueless/seem to not know they were in a relationship before or that she worked in another company before joining Letao -- him stating to his assistant - that he was the one who poached her from the Yunshao (?) advertising company and not what the assistant said - that she joined their department after the new years - from the marketing department in their company.

Honestly the fact that he knew before her inevitable departure - he did his best to make/create wonderful memories together and capture them before she was to leave without any notice to him on the merry-go-round. He was even smart enough to write a special love note to her unbeknownst to her until she returned to her world - of 2025 and stuck it in her jacket pocket - which at that time he said it was the "special wonton" recipe he got from their favorite wonton food stand at that time.

I liked LBL and I like this drama. I’m actually one of those that is not comparing the two because they are…
Same here - I love both of Chen Xingxu's dramas - their both different stories and should never be compared. Let's not bash each drama - that's being released - it's not fair to the actors - esp for Chen Xingxu - it's both of his works and he deserves to be praised -- not criticize by others for it. He has no control when each of them released - but give respect to each drama he starred in! I honestly don't get why people just come and complain about this drama - when you don't even bother to seriously watch it completely! Do not judge the drama by just the title or the storyline - which is currently still ongoing.

Give both dramas a break and the actor too. If he had no drama released - then you'll also complain - why Chen Xingxu has no drama to air...blah blah blah. Like seriously grow up. Give both dramas - due diligence and support too. Not bashing them.

Those who compare dramas - are totally immature viewers or just like to criticize everything to comes out on-screen - well then how about this - if you think the actors/actresses can't act -- then look act yourself - can you do too? I highly doubt it! So stop complaining - and just appreciate that there are dramas for the actors/actresses to be starring in.

Besides many actors/actresses have dramas be released back to back -- and it should be a good thing. If nothing - that means they aren't good enough for the screen anymore or have changed their direction of life - in terms of entertainment/career life.

Everyone worked hard and should deserve praise/care/support, etc. Not bash each of them, etc.

Love the two main leads - their sweetness is overloaded - yes, I get the fact that she can't tell truth - b/c if she does, she's getting punished really bad - and the fact the system doesn't tell what is it...it's hard for her to make any decent move on him too much. Plus, the fact she doesn't want to move forward with the relationship fast - again, it's b/c if she does -- she also might be forced back to her own timeline - which is the future - where she might not get to see him again - but even if she does - she's not sure if he will be the one that she had a relationship with. I'm glad based on ep 19 preview that she'll confess her feelings to Mr. Gao - but what will happen next after that - we're probably in for a wild ride I bet! Just hoping for a decent happy ending for the two of them - and not be a rushed one.

Aside from that -I really think her ex-b/f should be locked in jail forevermore/mental hospital jail! I can't believe that he kidnapped her sister (to try to ruin her) --- and in the process, since she doesn't comply to him - he wants to kill her twice, while she's trying to rescue her sister -- with the main lead too (Mr. Gao) -- her ex-b/f is insane/lost his mind. Blames everything on her...disgusting scumbag!

Then, we got the father of Mr. Gao) -- is another pathetic disgusting man ever! Threatening and being rude to her! Another horrible selfish father too!

Haha, lately in any cdramas - it's either the so-called mother/father that has selfish agendas - that will lead to forcing their kids into business marriages/alliances - just for personal gain financially - never caring if their kids' will like it or not -- or wants to. Manipulative jerks! Ego-centered parents - that are selfish and treats their kids like a product/pawn (chess piece) - should be locked in jail forevermore w/o parole - and pay hefty fine money back to their kids -- their companies should be taken over by their kids or the kids should bankrupt their so-called family business -- should also severe ties/cut ties with their toxic family members!

Replying to Vniverse Jan 26, 2026
Wait. What no episode until 28th? Wth. 🙂I patiently waited for 11 episodes to pile up and binged it to catch…
Reason why it's delayed possibly:

Wang Yuwen's studio issued an official statement on social media early January 25th, announcing the complete halt of all promotional activities for her new drama "My Page in The 90s" starring alongside Chen Xingxu.

The statement reads: "The publicity team we've been working with repeatedly showed unprofessional and careless behavior, and their actions exceeded the boundaries of normal collaboration: spreading malicious rumors about the artist without basis and trying to sow discord between us and our partner platforms. The drama's publicity team deliberately spread rumors about the actress without grounds. It's unacceptable to let this slide! However, the artist's wholehearted dedication was betrayed by the publicity team."

According to the studio's statement and further details, the publicity team's violations were egregious: Wang Yuwen posted two promotional posts per day as required, but was unfairly accused of "violating the unwritten rule of no more than three posts per day," and was deliberately claimed to have "planned the content herself," causing the platform to hold the artist's team accountable.

Simultaneously, the publicity team spread false info to partner platforms like Weibo and Youku, wrongly accusing Wang Yuwen of "deliberately sowing discord between platforms," and attempting to damage the artist's relationship with the platforms.

What's more shocking is the PR team had no direct contact with Wang Yuwen before personally defaming her, deliberately twisting the artist's collaboration efforts as "personal manipulation."

Two hours later, the drama's team issued an apology, saying the team involved in the dispute had been fired and their collaboration terminated. 😊

So far the drama is good - funny and hilarious at times -- plus some seriousness too.

Though I do feel sad that CXX - as the ML of the story - has to get stuck with a selfish father. In his other drama that I just finished watching LBL - he also has a so-called step-father/uncle (?) that's also greedy and selfish too. In this one, the ML is being force into business-marriage -- and someone he doesn't like at all. As well, again we see that we have a weak mother in the story too. Sigh.

Aside from that I do like the fun banter dynamics between these two main leads in the story. Can't wait to see more. As for the ML's assistant -- umm...he's a bit annoying tbh...

As for the ML's friend - (played by Kido Ma again) - I look forward to seeing where his character will go in the story - basing on the ending - trailer, we see that ML's friend gets into a relationship with the FL's friend too. Can't wait to see their story unfold too.

As for the so-called ML's fiance (arranged by his father) - she's really annoying and should get a life. I also don't exactly like her hairstyle too. :P Plus the jealous supervisor in the FL's company that she works for -- is a bit annoying too as well - and a thief - trying to steal the FL's hardwork.

As for the ML - at times he seems cold - but I have a feeling that he likes her bantering around -- as towards the end of ep 4 - when he was walking away from her - after the awkward - gluing incident b/w his shirt and Lin Huan Er's business jacket - he actually smirk smiled about it. So, I feel like he does somewhat has feelings for her.

Actually, before the FL entered into the book she was criticizing/discussing on her livestream - she happened to have met the ML - who at that time - didn't introduce his name - but was indirectly introduced by her boss to her - as the acquisition CEO of their livestream company. Because at the time she was angry that her livestream platform was cut and wants it to be restored immediately. At that time, she didn't really care about who was in the room b/c she was angry at her boss for cutting her off - when technically she didn't do anything wrong. Just that her boss didn't like her way of doing things/discussing about it. But one point to notice though - the ML was quick to address her directly as Lin Huan Er and wants her solo direct the livestream of hers to discuss her thoughts about the book - and the characters in the book too. After that discussion - while back doing livestream work - she suddenly felt pain and passed out -- and in the process got transmigrated into the book itself -- then is being force to do tasks - in order for her to return back to real world. Yet interestingly we see that the ML also is in the book too - whether or not he transmigrated into it too or not - we'll have to watch further along in the drama itself.

Can't wait to watch some more of it soon.
