Getting more and more frustrated -- i feel so sad for Qiushui -- esp his own real brothers and sister - don't believe him at all in the most critical times of trying to protect Xiao's sect. Had the Power Gang turn them against each other - and ruin him instead. Like seriously, fail - they believe the liar - Sword dude - fairness, what fairness - it's power controlling everything and lying in their faces continuously. I don't know if Qiushui can survive this all - or does he have to see everyone cares for - die around him?!?
To be honest - it's not Qiushui that's naive anymore -- it's his brothers - both of them failed him very badly - and continues to do so! Selfish - blind, dumb and ridiculous! Talk about being the future leader if you can't even tell who is evil and who is good! He definitely doesn't deserve to be a leader at all - to let his brother suffer that badly is the worst of the worst -- I feel like Qiushui needs to cut ties with his real brothers - with the amount of trying to talk real sense into their brains is useless - it's like hitting the brick wall. I wanna slap the two brothers (real) of his a million times over or just let them suffer/die instead. Or, Qiushui should just die and see if he can return back to his own world instead - they're useless -- and easily manipulated and become traitors in the process too.
I just have a feeling that the whole Xiao sect of Qiushui's family will fall and all will die because of the dream that Qiushui kept on having. All this running around - feels like Qiushui is constantly being outnumbered and framed by the Power Gang -- for the stupidest and ridiculous reasons. Like he's being targeted constantly and punished for the wrong reasons - will Qiushui's life get any better or will he crash and burn - lose completely in the end and die?! Why bother being in the storybook - if his life is constantly miserable and everything is going wrong for him? I don't see a happy ending to this story/drama at all - at this rate and speed...sigh.

What a sad drama - almost most of the time, the two main leads were rarely together in the story - what's the use of them being main leads - but aren't together. Only towards the end, does he realizes that he remember her - cares about her and loves her?!?
In the process of finding her, he gets into a car accident - bled a lot lying on the road - then the scene cuts to him in the wild searching for her -- haha, he find the spot where she is - he touches the icy area and melts - she comes back alive -- I guess there are time skips in this story - they look at each other - she smiles, flies off and he just remains unflustered by it all - a strolls off - huh?!? Ok, lame ending.
Only realized that one of the viewers here subbed it and at the end wrote: "In the novel/book -- he goes and chases after her..." meaning we can assume that they actually got back together again - happy ever after?!?

Ya, so I can't believe that the Empress LV can wander around freely in Qi country - causing problems without anyone noticing the problems behind her?? Like ultimate fail -- literally the country is falling apart b/c of her and the 3rd Prince -- the Emperor is clueless and getting poisoned by the 3rd Prince's so-called special pills. Then 2nd Prince dies - caused by the 3rd Prince having someone to blame the death on to the 4th Prince - who is pure innocent/naive at times. Then we got the Meng family which is another evil greedy - noble family wanting power and crap.
In all of this - the only person that's really taking action to protect the country is Chancellor Shen Zai Ye -- yet that's why in many ways the trailers are showing him to be the target - to be taken down - so that the Empress LV and the 3rd Prince can rule over the country of Qi -- which is insane!
The 3rd Prince is insanely obsessed with Empress LV - I honestly don't see any love b/w the 2 of them at the moment either. Literally the 3rd Prince is just doing the dirty work for the Empress LV just to please her -- and expect the end result that they will be together. Sigh. What a mentally insane person he is. Blind by everything of the so-called "love obsession" of his. He's literally ruining his own country - by his own hands. Lame.
Now, I do hope the FL will come to her senses soon - to help fight together with Chancellor Shen Zai Ye - to protect not only just him from being the target - but the country of Qi. Otherwise, it will be a tough battle going forward -- again - she's literally the weakness/pawn (a chess piece) of Shen Zai Ye -- b/c the Empress LV is using her brother to lure her away from Qi and forcing Shen Zai Ye to come to their country - to be a target to kill/take down. Cause the Empress LV doesn't like him either. Therefore, the 2 definitely need to work together - or else neither of them will survive or win the battles that needs to be battle properly.
Whether or not the 2 leads will ever be together romantically once again - is hard to see - but I do hope that they will work together as a team to take down all the evil people that's trying to ruin the Qi country - which includes the Meng family, Empress LV and 3rd Prince -- and protect the country together - even if the King/Emperor isn't capable of doing so.
This drama gives another 'Kill Me, Love Me' feel. Exciting in the first half, and went south after that..
yup totally - already can see it -- especially the part where the FL is poisoned (like KMLM) is too. But this time not by the ML, but by the Empress of Baiyuen - Empress LV. Let's just hope that she doesn't die in this one (the FL) and can be truly saved from the poison itself with the help of ML.

So, of course at that time, the ML attacked her- because he didn't know who she was at that time, nor how she ended up where he was too. Remember she was being chased by wolves - and he was being attacked left and right by others from his country. The 2 collided hence the rough confrontation.
As well, the ML can't trust anyone around him, after what happened to his father when he was young. The FL's background was unclear too when she came to Qi, forced by the Empress LV - poisoned by her and being controlled by her too. Therefore, of course the ML's action went the way it went for a long time.
The two lack trust with one another - partly do the fact, she's trying to stay alive/survive b/c her brother is held captive by Empress LV. One wrong move, her life is on the line. At the same time, the ML has a lot to deal with too as a Chancellor of Qi, the noble families have their agendas of wanting to take him down - as he was at that time investigating the "fake money" that's be circulating around the Qi country and people (esp men) being held as captives - working illegal for a mine that makes those "fake money".
The two eventually had a fake marriage turned real - b/c he realizes the FL has the strength and power that works well with him to over throw the others in his harem. It wasn't a clean way of doing so, but in the process he fell in love with her. So did she. But even so, they still have there distrust - b/c the FL didn't tell him the truth about her background - or even discuss with him the poison she had in her.
Only when she fell over the cliff - after she wanted divorce - in that risky plan of her and his (without discussion between the two of them) - did he found out the full truth of her background.
Although, now that she is alive and well, they still have their conflicts and own agendas to deal with. But the ML regrets many things and wants to do anything to support her - despite her choice of fighting such a huge battle on her own. Had they sat down and really opened up to each other - the misunderstandings won't happened - then they can work together better to take down those evil people faster - rather than get attacked by these evil people all the time.
Shang Guan He is alive cause he is the love interest for Song Yi Ting. They wouldn’t kill him eraly. But i hope…

Thankfully Qingtao is saved and can live again - looks like Shen Zai Ye's assistant likes her a lot - constantly worrying about her - when she was rescued and bleeding almost to death after being stabbed by the evil people and thrown into the waters.
I really feel sad for the Scholar Li, he had to die unfairly and unjustly b/c of the Meng idiots stealing other people's hardwork and killing him in the process. I feel sad later when the 4th Prince will find out the truth -- and others going to blame him for his death probably. Sigh. Greediness and selfish people from the noble families are definitely the worst of the worst!
When will the 2 leads ever be together again properly for once?!? Towards the end of the whole drama, in the last 5 mins or less kinda story will really piss me off if that happens! Sigh. I will hate the film director if they did do that.
I still don't exactly like Song Yi Meng -- still after Nan Heng unmasked saves her -- she goes and stabs him -- and continues to hate him. But I still hope that she'll change soon otherwise her stubbornness will make this story really boring.

(trailer for ep 25). Chu Gui Hong is getting more annoying and still think he is right -- when he's not -- selfish and wants him dead! Never once does he even care to look for the real truth of anything -- he is the worst!
Nan Heng's uncle isn't any better either nor the king/his father.
Ep 26 trailer -- he's being chased with Song Yi Meng by his side for a moment -- not sure why there are people after her - when he pointed out an escape route - she runs away faster the speed of a bullet leaving him to deal with those bad people who are after her - even though he is injured. Sigh -- like seriously?!?
As for Shaungguan -- I hope he is alive and safe. Not dead, rescued by the Nightwalkers and Song Yi Ting.
