There's this thing called "love at 1st sight" .. I've been there before.. And I think I did quite similar to the…
Definitely! that was just my opinion. I wrote this comment when I was starting to think he had no bottom line. Not sure how far you got, but when he kind of gave up (like at least gave her space) after the soccer field, I thought that showed that he knew when to stop, so my impression of ML went up after that
I guess you watch at dramacool or myasiantv then. Yes, they ripped the machine translated eps. after ep 25. Before…
and to explain more, the fansubs I feel like are only max a day late (as I'm typing now, today's eps posted 14 hrs ago have not been subed yet but yesterdays one was) ...which I think is fast for fansubs. and the translations are good too (some parts have explanations...not just idioms but cultural knowledge too) and I think they're pretty accurate...I've used them for the past 4 eps or so
Any romance, ML character is annoying ? & what about FL...
there is romance, imo ML is pretty annoying/has questionable behavior towards FL at first but it gets good...at least for a bit....I'm still hoping he won't be such a simp by the end of the drama LOLLL but maybe its just his personality. FL has a good character, I'm liking her more and more
LOLLL I just started the 2nd ep its total chaos...exactly what you imagine a 2015 fantasy to be...storyline, job descriptions, character decisions, just these characters' general synthesis of information (connecting the dots of what they see and what they understand) makes no sense but at least it's entertaining for now
nnoooo I'm so upset...I thought we could avoid the "trust is broken because of lies regarding position/power" trope. It was going so well when he was preparing to admit it at the soccer field. I guess we'll see what happens in tomorrow's ep
this is a really good drama: good production and acting. but ngl, if I saw the ML in real life I would classify him as a creep. Chasing a girl through her mom, he didn't quit his job because he realized he could see her once in a while and befriend her mom, continuously sending text messages even when she doesn't reply, his voice is shaky when she talks to him, he asks for a picture of her just so he can look at her, she keeps rejecting him and putting him down but he still thinks she is a goddess. wth is this. And he's good at serving others and being humble, but if he suffers enough, he bursts. There's more specific situations but I don't want to spoil Forget a manipulative overbearing CEO. A spineless creep is disturbing too.
I do like how he's a good friend and how he genuinely befriends the aunties. But I can't imagine anything good coming out of a romance where he is in his life. I'm waiting for him to grow a spine and act more normal...which honestly will take a while. Meanwhile, the witty comedy and realism of reality versus dreams makes it good enough to keep watching.
LOLL I tried to watch he compilation but this storyline is all over the place I like the camera quality and mostly good audio...but this drama is like reading the plot summary of a movie in Wikipedia...not very enjoyable/relaxing. So I ended up dropping 1/3 of the way even though its only 30 min LOLL
ep 24 & 25 my blood is fricken boiling from this side story...those unfilial grown-ass adult children stealing money from their own dad when their dad is such a good person
yah I'm definitely liking it more than I liked the poster (I thought it was going to be a melo-slice of life drama??) it is a bit slice of life, some light/irony/witty laughs. I don't think there's eng sub yet, which sucks because I'm not 1000% fluent. Soundtrack is fitting aight though, to set the mood of what is happening. I've only watched 2 eps. Pacing is great (although 2 eps don't say much)...if they keep it consistent, I can see it go for 40 eps I also like the set up of the ML being kind and righteous (and his own business owner) and the FL being bossy and righteous (and not the CEO).
It's here on YouTube *without* subs: https://youtu.be/7eNGg5DYVMo and when I commented on the trailer on this…
subs on this link are not that good tbh (as of now)...lots of things missing. but if you understand at least a bit of Chinese, its good enough thanks for the post though!
yah...low budget web dramas used to have posters that look like low budget web dramas looks like they shifted the budget for actors and writing to cinematography
Now for a spoiler: The one thing I didn't like about the story was this part in the last fourth of the drama when FL gets promoted to a director and on the path to be the head of the the branch if/when her boss moves away. FL is one of the newer hires (compared to TangYa and others who were teaching her how to evaluate companies when FL first got hired). It's nice to see that FL reached her goal in the end, but it just didn't seem realistic when there were other veterans there who didn't even have their own office. I guess in an investment world, it's about how successful your projects are, but still, it didn't seem right. But at the end, after FL doesn't decide to take the position, TangYa is set to become the head of the branch, which I think should've been the first choice. Everything else in the story made sense to me, just this one bit that was ehhh
I know I am asking for spoiler but I read on Youtube that the FL and ML wont end up together in a romantically…
honestly, early on I was watching a bunch of those summary vids/spoilers (Chinese voice overs of scenes cut from already released eps) and it really didn't help bc I just had these spoilers that were going on in the back of my head that may not have even been true (it would've been alright if it was actually true)
Because his last girlfriend dump him for an rich guy like the ML .
I'm thinking that too...let's see how far it goes it's just a bad situation bc FL actually told him that she wasn't 100% and he said its ok...so he kindof just put himself in a bad situation where he's putting a lot of effort in and expecting results that might not happen
