yah I don't see anything controversial maybe it really was just a matter of fitting it in at least its not like some dramas that were pushed back 5 yrs T-T

they have some but Chu Li is a pretty understanding person (not all episodes have been aired yet tho so we'll see if something bigger comes)

Honestly the storyline is fit to be a short web series (its extremely predictable). But the production quality and actors is aight. Still can't find eng subs btw.

I'm so confused why does no one question the FL that she just brought back a fiance? Like the brother was like aight gonna set up a fake room for you no questions asked. I would've grilled my sibling before I would do anything like that. Even Gu Zhe is more surprised than curious.

Ep 16 he remembers things at once towards the end (some flashbacks that don't connect happen in ep 15 and earlier in ep 16)

I agree...on ep 15 now and he's still totally lost and everyone is very slowly finding out. I would've rather had a timeskip

yah he's more egotistic in this drama but it definitely makes some funny content

I'm never the biggest fan of partial fantasy dramas because there will always be things that don't line up but given that, this drama was executed pretty well and the actors were pretty good. Also love the kickass bestie.

Happy ending for everyone. Can't say it was 11/10 satisfying but everything wraps up and the FL does a little monologue at the end too. There was one major "fight," as expected, that resolved a couple episodes before the end. So I wouldn't say the ending was very rushed.
