Like the previous comment stated, he is not her biological brother. They are more like step-siblings that grew…
Hmmm I didn't realize that the FL was the daughter of the first wife of Mr. Gu. I thought her mom was just friends with Mrs. Gu. She's definitely not Mr.Gu's child though.
The interactions are so genuine...a very realistic mix of sweet, awkward, and funny. I also looooovveee how mature the main cp is. No annoying characters or unnecessary drama that dragged on. 40 episodes of satisfaction.
I have to say...web dramas are usually super lame/low quality but I would say this one is pretty average in full drama standards...aka definitely above average for web
So she thinks she isn’t pregnant because she got her period but then grandfather’s doctor seemed to indicate…
watch a few more episodes and it'll be clear...it doesn't make complete sense to me (the only way I think it would work is if she got pregnant right after her period)
Is Ai Qing / Appledog from Part 2 the same person (just a different actor) as from Part 1? I think it will we…
I would say you see more of her personal side (she interacts with her older sister) so she may seem a bit less mature, but she's definitely not immature I have to admit this was also my concern before starting this drama and I can't say that I'm used to having a different face attached to Ai Qing but the actress is pretty decent
mmm its definitely a bit boring (there were a decent amount of scenes I skipped just like how I did for GGS1 except there weren't as many funny parts; p.s. not comparing the story but the directing/producing) but overall, a very mediocre drama with high production quality also, the content definitely could've fit into 24 episodes, although I would say that the pacing was really homogenous, which is good
I'm not writing a full review bc idk what to say...it was a quite mediocre drama with a lot of revenge, backstabbing, failures, and successes as one would expect with a business drama (especially as it is on a tech startup). My favorite CP was the ...third?... one with Johnny and Tu Bing. Speaking of Johnny, he really reminds me of Johnny Huang so much (looks and vibes). Watch if you have a full day to spare. Oh also, I am aware that I usually am not able to enjoy non-subbed dramas as much bc my Chinese is limited, but even with that into account, there just wasn't enough for me to love other than the 3rd CP.
Hesitant to watch because I'm not sure if I can get used to seeing a non-mature Appledog (I really liked how the actress portrayed Appledog in GGS1)...any comments on this?
Nah its different in go go squid tang didn’t play the matches but here tong( main female lead ) is an esports…
oh I mean like the movie set like the base for the team has similar features as KK's home base. also some of the tournament sets look similar too (although a lot of tournament sets look the same)
