This is my first time watching Kim Bum, and every new episode I find myself thinking again "This little fox stole the show" he embodied the wounded and damaged little brother perfectly! No doubt about (*/▽\*)

His wife seemed to want a life of luxury from the get go, her first real interaction with her lover - Seo Do Gyun…
Also, I was kinda hoping they would have switched it up a bit - Like have us thinking from the start that Seo Do Gyun had something to do with it, but turns out he's just clueless as hell and the wife played him too... Plot turned out very "Gone Girl'esk".

His wife seemed to want a life of luxury from the get go, her first real interaction with her lover - Seo Do Gyun - She asked him "You believed that? Do I look like I could be from this rich neighborhood?" And enjoyed the fact that he didn't doubt it for a second, and him telling her she belongs there.

I wanna see just why in the hell she would end up faking her daughters MURDER - Did they really cut of her finger? Who's finger is it? I mean come on DNA? - And then her own suicide, and they try and destroy him with those fake claims of using "illegal materials in the playground" and having him painted as a culprit for a child's death? THE HELL WOMAN? Divorce him maybe? I am confusion right now (¯ . ¯;)

And how hard is it to fire a Sulky faced personal assistant and a secretary that was willing to throw you under…
Both the personal assistant and secretary seem to have a direct connection to the chairman himself, so I don't think firing one or the other would be easy for him especially since he found out about them being suspicious as hell, After he *believed* his child was murdered and wife committed suicide, and he was investigated for a suspicion of using illegal materials... People would probably think he'd gone insane from losing his family or he's corrupt and trying to hide it...

Title Ossan's Love: In the Sky Spoiler
This season was pretty good as a stand alone or an AU, though...
The relationship build up seemed solid and meaningful, mainly for Haruta and Naruse, literally for 8 out of 8 episodes. Haruta, Hina and Shino did have history together but throughout the episodes it seemed like their plot lines weren't really going anywhere (from the perspective of their relationship with Haruta), until you thought it was going somewhere for Shino in ep. 6 but that also came to a screeching halt. But still those scenes between Naruse and Shino were too freaking adorable for me not to 'kuu' at the screen, especially that last one. I also think poor Kurosawa deserved a happy ending, but it came out of nowhere...

Thank you for the answers. I wonder why they don't use honorifics towards each other despite not being that close.…
Might be because even though they aren't close enough to be friends yet and call each other by their first names, they've still been acquaintances for a while, since they're both around the same age and joined the company at the same time...

After watching episode 7, I was a bit curious. I know KDJ was one of the officials before but no she is a mere…
If it was a simple search and rescue I believe they would depending on their knowledge of the person and their background (they would have obviously checked that she's telling the truth about her military background first and not just take her word for it). But in the situation they were in, where they just found out there might be another dangerous target on the loose, plus the location - The DMZ - I don't think any military captain/commander would risk taking a civilian with them, the consequences if something happened to her would be basically the equivalent of their head on a plate. Also, they didn't hand her a gun which is more believable than taking her with them.

I'm hoping all the team members comes together to kick ass from here to space, and end it with a scene of them eating and chatting in Yong Dong Jin's moms' restaurant.
Shawarma would be a good meal to share, Lol!

Plus I think he probably did a lot of their "dirty work" for them and when he needed their help they just turned their backs on him...

It's odd, it's like the writers didn't leave any room for us the viewers to think, question or make assumptions about who the female lead will end up with, her ex-husband obviously.

Their just spoon feeding us from the first episode. Her relationship with her husband seems so superficial, it's like they have no memories together, and their backstory has no substance. The writers just forgot to write or literally took out any chemistry or romance between the female lead and her current husband, and it's clearly the writing because both actors are unmistakably good at what they do.

It's so beyond disappointing, because neither ending nor the lead up to it are going to be compelling or surprising. Had real high hopes because I absolutely adore Yoo In Na.

Okay listen, as I'm sure you've realized this discussion has become beyond pointless by this point yeah? I'm not sure, why you even wanna keep talking about any of this exactly? I really don't understand what type of answer are you expecting from me at this point? But here you go:

- In Supernatural some of the seasons do have one of the boys romantically involved with a supernatural character even though it isn't the main focus. I have NEVER said the characters have to be smart ALL the time and never mess up.
- I have no problem with characters putting themselves in danger to save each other, I do have a problem with characters who put themselves in danger for no reason.
- You are welcome to accept and forgive as many clichés as you want, doesn't mean that I have to start magically liking these clichés just because you say so, and I am not willing to accept and start praising a writers lazy writing.
- I never said the female lead wasn't smart, if you remember, you claimed the female lead never willingly put herself in danger and I disagreed and pointed out some of the times It seemed to me that she did. Again I never said she can't make mistakes, but the writers can't be trying to make me believe she's so smart and then have her do the stupidest things in the next scene.

This is MY OPINION. You don't have to agree with me. I'm not trying to convince you of anything. Can we PLEASE MOVE ON.

Your comments are perfectly understandable. English is my 3rd language and I also sometimes have a hard time getting my thoughts across.

The problem here isn't that I don't understand your point of view, it's once again, that I happen to disagree with it:
- I think the female lead though brave in searching for her parents, does put herself constantly in dangerous situations, I'm not gonna list every single thing but off the top of my head; Running after a mentally unstable man into the woods on her own, going into a house of a suspicious man on her own, provoking a supernatural being who clearly dislikes her, going up to the second floor of her bosses house after being told not to, going up to a roof when she's being chased by ghost children... There are more if you just look for them. They attempted to portray the female lead as a strong, smart and capable woman and they somewhat failed in my opinion. They should have gone with a sweet and innocent lead and that would have been way more believable (like they did with Goblin).
- I also wholeheartedly disagree with the assumption that just because a show has supernatural elements and a human counterpart, then we most suspend disbelief and have the human character constantly be saved by it's supernatural partner. Supernatural is an obvious example, even when the brothers are only human they can pretty much save themselves, more than that even some of the human side characters are just as badass as the supernatural ones. Also in some of the shows you yourself mentioned, even though there are elements of a "damsel in distress", some of the human characters are pretty capable on there own (I haven't watched Teen Wolf or Hotel del Luna so I wouldn't presume to comment on those).

Me and You just happen to have two very different perspectives and that's totally OK. I can love the parts you dislike, and dislike the parts you love, and that too is totally FINE. People don't have to agree on everything, and you don't need to try and argue your point of view to the ground, you have to let it go at some point. I replied again with my perspective because you seemed to want to read it, but I'm clearly trying to disengage with this situation. Have a nice day.

Darling everything you wrote is from your own perspective and understanding, that's how - you - see things. Again all the situations you mentioned are up for debate and I certainly don't have the time nor the energy to get into any of it with you.

I will address that last paragraph you wrote though, it's NOT your place to tell people what they should or shouldn't be watching. Please, next time strive to be more open-minded, try and appreciate those who hold different perspectives and ideas to your own, and above all else respect those who share them. All you telling me or anyone else "you shouldn't be watching this drama" does is alienate a part of the audience who might love the show you love but for different reasons. Writing it the way you did to me seems highly disrespectful, and I do hope in the future you refrain from saying that to anyone else. Good day :)

Willingly or unwillingly that is up for debate. I will repeat it for your benefit also my friend, to each his own.

From my point of view, If an adult woman does something or acts in a way that ends up getting her constantly in danger is she not willing then? If she does so knowing full well she is going to be saved are these not the actions of a damsel in distress as per the original post? As for Hotel del Luna that is a show I dropped after 3 episodes because the male lead was made to be too much of a damsel in distress for my taste.

I don't personally think the acting is over the top, especially if you've ever seen first hand how a parent reacts…
Ohh I see, sorry I totally missed you initial point! You might be right about that, I haven't noticed it but I'm actually curious and gonna watch to see if I can spot it. I did notice the makeup though, and yeah I agree, maybe too much.
