I'm guessing that Korean producers see the crap Thai BLs making a fortune and figure why bother with time, expense, thought, and effort to make something of quality that will go right over MDLer heads, when they can make junk like this with their eyes closed and score big.
Thus, now we have TOOKs (Turds Out Of Korea) to float alongside the torrent of TOOTs (Turds Out Of Thailand) flushed our way every month. Depressing.

Consider that it is entirely OK, and you don't have to feel guilty for enjoying a show featuring character behaviors you disapprove of. I've watched lots of murder mysteries and haven't killed anyone yet.

And it does appear that dear Angelo above is unable to differentiate actors from characters they play or worse, wants actors punished for playing unsavory characters. Comments like Angelo's are mainly performative, so we'll know how righteously superior they are to the scum like me who enjoy dark plots and bad behavior portrayed well on screen.

Acting/directing/pacing are off and tons of tropes/cliches, but the blue grading is pretty.
Plot has great potential. I dig flawed characters and bad behavior, but only when it's portrayed well, which this isn't.
