Nah, I like it! I think I'm doing a pretty good job, judging from my response rate so far. Look! I've gotten three incoherent responses from you alone! Thanks! :)
If you have nothing nice to say and personally attacking users, then just stop please. It's childish and giving…
Nah. People who make assertions on the Internet are the ones obligated to back them up. Millions of lies get told every day online because people like you say "everyone just knooooooows...." like that's evidence.
I already dealt with Asian celebs "admitting" to and apologizing for things they didn't do just to get beyond the "scandal." This happens all the time in Asian entertainment industry because people like you have to have their blood one way or the other.
When I have an issue controlling my emotions - negative or positive, I tend to go to my therapist. Maybe you should…
Hi Riri! You be sure and let me know, OK?! Did you make sure MC and the other people posting multiple comments below including personal attacks on actors and celebrities, some of whom are not even in this show, that this thread is for "discussing a show" and nothing else? If not, would you do that please? Thanks!

Oh gosh, you must be one of Mimi's Cats. Nice to meet you. Are you leaping to her defense on your own or did the mama cat herself send you?
It's interesting, what you say about attacking people "personally." I say that because I've read quite a few comments from the MC herself below in which she trashes specific celebrities based on nothing but nasty Internet gossip, providing no evidence whatsoever of how she "knows" the things she says.
I have also read her comments here and on other pages where she rips other users to shreds for daring to disagree with her. You could almost say she "attacks" them. It's as if she has "nothing nice to say."
Now I know you must not have noticed these things, or I'm sure you would have chastised her for them, just as you have me. Right?
Anyway, what she has been doing is childish and giving crazy vibes. Would you ask her to just stop please? To let it go? Thanks! :)
Do you not have a job or friends, family? To be so chronically online & keep other people’s names in YOUR mouth?…
You found me out, Princess. I have no job, friends, or family. I live under a bridge, i'm illegally tapped into a power line under here, and I use a stolen dish to get Internet service. I'm an alcoholic and give BJs to pushers for drugs.
Whose mouth would the names be in other than mine? Yours?
I don't think this is a "masterpiece" (that's a word that gets used on MDL with the frequency of the word "the"),…
I don't watch straight dramas. lol Seriously. I do watch quite a few straight-themed feature films. If you're interested in those, I can suggest a few.
I don't see anything bad about the budget. It seems pretty good so far. I think the mdeical and technical jargon…
Glad you like my list! Thanks for letting me know.
I AM watching Hidamari Ga Kikoeru as it airs, as are you, and enjoying it a great deal. If I had to rate it here at the halfway mark, I'd give it at least a 9/10. My favorite aspect is how different the halves of the MC are, and yet their chemistry and mutual affection is written all over the screen. The actor playing Taichi in particular, is doing a sensational job. So natural.
One of my favorite underdog BLs. This was my fourth, if not fifth or sixth, watch.
Low production values. Low budget. Amateurish acting much of the time, though there are lots of charming and touching moments as well. Poor direction.
But a GREAT BIG HEART and nice chemistry between both couples. There are many small moments that feel authentic and portray situations closeted young gay people find themselves in very well.
I find the character Lun particularly appealing. He looks great in a little blue Speedo too.
Hell, I don't care what anyone thinks: I'm giving it an 8.5/10.

None of my faves attempt what this show, Manner of Death, or Triage have and for me, that's why they work. They're smaller, quieter shows with NO sci-fi or other high-concept elements.
I respect your opinion, it's completely a personal choice. It's a work of fiction after all. There are rarely high…
Well, there were NO other cars, so he could drive 5mph if he wanted, which is what I might have done. :)
I thought the first time he got sucked back in time, as far as Bible's acting and the special effects went, was done impressively. But then, as I said, he did it all over again...lol. Enjoy!
"There are rarely high budget thai bls. I agree the previous 2 dramas did suffer from budget issues but they put forward a good one with what they could do. " Yeah, but that's why I always drop these shows: I hate thinking repeatedly "but they put forward a good one with what they could do...." If I'm constantly making excuses/rationalizing what I'm seeing, I'm not having fun.
Sammon the writer you are!!! Triage & Manner of Death the underrated gems. It's a bummer the series isn't released…
If you're interested, please read my comment two below regarding why this doesn't work for me and why I dropped it. As I wrote, I thought of "Triage" and "Manner of Death," both of which I dropped for nearly identical reasons. They're just not in my wheel house.
This type of show doesn't work for me because the gay romance/sex element plays second fiddle to whatever high-concept gimmick is being employed, which here is the brief time-travel thing. And because there is never enough production budget or expertise to make the surroundings and the gimmick feel first-rate, the love story suffers too.
At first I was impressed by the time-travel FX, but then we cut to the hospital where we were presented with two doctors far too young to be doing what they're doing, comical little screw-ups in the medical jargon and procedures, and a general lack of enough extras and technical advice to make the environment ring true. So it comes off as a sophomore, student film production and I start asking myself why go to all the trouble and expense of attempting a big-budget scenario when it just drags the love story down? Why not just present a first-rate gay love-story with the story as the central element? Get rid of the unconvincing, fake hospital stuff and focus on what we're here for.
I have big-budget, feature films when I want sci-fi concepts and big-budget FX and production. or even just a first-rate gay love story. But I'm here for a good BL and this is not that. It's an attempt to tell a big-budget story on a BL budget and ends up somewhere in the middle, failing at both. Incidentally, I was kind of hoping the elevator was a time machine.
In Thai productions like this, more often than not we get amateur-hour acting from characters such as the corporate dad and wife, the ER nurse, and the suicidal woman, all of which drag things down as well.
And inevitably, there are just silly oversights and bad writing such as...after experiencing what the Bible character did in the freeway tunnel and then reversing in time to before...why the hell would he get back IN the same car and proceed into the tunnel at a high rate of speed so the same thing could happen all over again? Were it me, I would have turned around and gone home or taken another route to campus. lol
So...dropping at 40 minutes. This is going to be another Thai NO for me. Meanwhile, those of you who like this, please enjoy your watch. I will be dropping back in now and then to see what the Mimicat Clique-Cult is up to in comments. :)
Hoo, boy...it has been a very long time since I've stumbled on to the same BL page as the Mimicat Clique Cult and all its venom. In truth, I had blissfully forgotten all about it, as I've not slipped upon its slime since the KinnPorsche page insanity.
If I find this show watchable, I'm going to have to strap myself in for a wild ride. I just looked up "toxic" in the MDL dictionary and the first definition was "Mimicat Clique Cult."
This is going to be entertaining! I may keep hate-watching even if I dislike the show, simply to visit the page and yell at people. :D

Maybe upgrade your reading and thinking skills.
I am the managing director of a major hospital in New York City. I think I know what I'm talking about.
Whose reaction did I say was a "mistake?" I'm pretty sure I never used that word nor implied it. What are you talking about?

Weird.
You should have followed your instinct not to write it.

As I said above, just think of this weirdneess as the Thai version of the Kpop crazy in Korea. It's a blood sport.
