Perfect Marriage Revenge was an incredibly well done drama, but while the main ideas of the plots are mildly similar, there isn't much to compare otherwise. They are both equally entertaining and Park Min Young will forever be my favourite actress.

She also needed to be ultra thin to be able to play the role of someone in the last stages of dying of gastric cancer. Someone of average weight would NOT fit the part. People are insensitive keyboard warriors that feel brave due to being behind a screen.

Yes. In the past she was a princess. In the current she is the daughter of the congresswoman. In the past the congresswoman was her maid.

In the scene where the FL and ML are on the phone and he sneaks up behind her and she turns around quickly and catches him... the look on his face gave me the WORST case of cute aggression. I wanted to squeeze him until his eyes popped out because of the adorable surprised look on his stinkin cute face. I'm a grown-ass woman and I squeeeeeeeee'd like a pre-teen.

They technically only have a couple options for a SFL... naughty or nice. In this one the writers went with "naughty", and generally the options for the ways the SFL's misbehave have all been done before too. There are just as many dramas out there with the "nice" SFL, which is often where we get a cute second couple (ie: The Story of Park's Marriage Contract and the lady's maid SFL). They will write a jealous SFL until the end of time because it's an audience pleaser and adds angst to the story.

Also, on a side note... Gu Won is a total golden retriever when he's in a relationship. One giant adorable affectionate puppy.

I second this! After watching the travesty that was Sung Hoon's wardrobe in Perfect Marriage Revenge this drama is like breath of fresh air in the wardrobe department.

Every scene that Jin Ga Young showed up in I couldn't help but say "Oh piss OFF already" or "This bitch again? Kick rocks!".... I'm sure my co-workers think I'm insane since I used my outside voice for these comments hahaha

I did NOT just watch the first 5 minutes of episode 9 on repeat like 14 times in a row. Nope. Not me. Nuh uh. >_>

May I Help You was absolutely adorable and both heartbreaking and heartwarming. I cried my eyes out many times during the show, and I'm not someone that cries easily.

Let Me Be Your Knight was ok, mostly just a fluffy filler drama. It was cute and funny, but it wasn't really a stand-out drama for me.

He was also super cute in May I Help You and Let Me Be Your Knight. I've heard good things about his role in Imitation too. Maybe he did enough romance for a bit and wants to avoid being typecast in the romance genre. I know in interviews he's talked about trying many different kinds of roles and genres to build his acting skills.

OMG her eyebrows. They're a cross between a Power Brow, a caterpillar, and Hitler's mustache.

I'm watching this right now and I'm totally struggling with the same thing. Her friends are all terrible to her, shoving their own opinions down her throat and trying to force their ideals onto her. She's so indecisive that she just follows along blindly, then they blame her for it and make fun of her for being simple. They're all terrible humans. The lack of communication with the ML is also super frustrating. She spends most of each episode monologing in her head about why he could be doing something, and in the end she asks her friends (they're always wrong) or takes a wild guess (which is usually wrong) instead of asking him directly.

The "advice" she constantly gets from her friends and colleagues is the worst trash I've ever heard. Frustration to the MAX listening to their garbage ideas.

I didn't know I was so WEAK for dimples. He pops a dimple and I turn into pudding.

I never skipped any of his scenes, but I sure did skip a TON of hers. Basically any scene with her monologing or shrieking or flailing or acting like a child. Which means probably a third of every episode hehehe

Oh man it was tough to do, but I really hate leaving things unfinished. The acting from back then was so cringe that I almost shriveled up and died every episode.

I watched this one because of Sung Hoon's role in Perfect Marriage Revenge. I made it through to the end, but I've become pampered with the new dramas that showcase excellent acting and mature adults. The FL in this screamed for some stupid reasons at least 5 times per episode, and grabbed her hair and flailed her head around yelling "wae wae wae!" more times than is necessary in such a short drama. I cringed HARD through all 7 episodes on Viki lol. The only redeeming thing about this was Sung Hoon's topless scenes and sweaty 6pack.
