Tbh this author is something else how can she write stories omg that's why i felt so glad for pluto and mate i…
That was probably a smart decision. I wanted to bash my head against the wall when Kawee, Rak's brother, asked Rak if he could sleep in the same bed as her, adding, "don't worry about those sister/brother porn movies". And then Rak rejecting the Pheme guy and saying it would be fair if he r*ped her as revenge. And then Pam actually getting r*ped in one of the last chapters. What is even wrong with her. Her novels are just popular because the writers change literally everything about them.

Iโ€™ve watched more than 10 GLs now and this is my 2nd favorite, a solid 9/10, (TLP is a 9.5/10 but thatโ€™s just…
Agree with you on everything except the kisses, I thought they were intense especially in the intimate scene in episode 11. But, I do agree the last one we got was kinda meh? They were separated for a year and they just gave a peck on the lips. But everything's on point. We deserved so much more. It will still remain one of my favorites and Namtan/Film were amazing, I don't even have words to describe them.

Completely agree, I haven't seen all the episodes but "Mate" is definitely such a big an improvement from the book. The book is so bad. And "Us" is even worse in my opinion. Why is she so dirty and obsessed with sexual assault?

I just finished reading the novel today and can I honestly say... What the hell was even that? Between this and "Mate", I'm not even sure which one is the worst. I'm so glad GMMTV always changes the stories when they adapt the books because can you even imagine liking a story like that being portrayed on the screen? Please, everyone, stop buying Chao Planoy novels. She's honestly screwed up.

I loved the pilot, but this is a BIG change from the novel. First of all, they are not ex-girlfriends in the novel,…
OMG, I was just going to comment this! I just finished reading the novel today and I was so surprised with all the changes because they're not ex-girlfriends, they're former rivals/enemies which for me, makes their relationship a lot more interesting. Also, there are no supernatural elements in the novel as you said but we saw a walking mummy in the pilot and Becky mentioned the fact the series will be "sci-fi", which is kinda disappointing, to be honest. And I do agree the novel is a little bit boring and not as good as I thought it would be. Their relationship is also very long and drawn-out, I hope they change that. I'm also hopeful they won't screw up with those changes because it's a big risk and it might come back later to bite them in the ass.

What a good first episode! I'm curious how this series will turn out and if it will be as good as "Pluto". For now, I'm hooked, really hooked!

I'll always love Pluto but I'll forever be bitter by the ending. I always wonder why they always manage to screw up the ending in all GL's. Everything always ends up being rushed and unsatisfactory. The only good endings we had until now was "Blank" and "The Loyal Pin" (for me, of course). All of the others deserved so much more. Pluto was a masterpiece from the start right until episode 11 but the final episode just did not make sense. I feel like we needed more from Ai-oon, especially after the way she left May. And was it just me or did the wedding not make sense? There was nobody there at all. And don't even start with May's father sudden change of personality. It was creepy and the edition/song choice used in the scene was also strange. The writers really have to understand that in life, you don't always get along with your parents or get a real closure to your relationship with them, especially one as tumultuous as May and her father. Neverthless, I'll always feel grateful for having this series and the work Namtan/Film put into this which if you watch the BTS, it was way way too much. They really gave it their all. I just hope they get a new project in the future because I'll miss them so, so, so much.

I must confess, I did not like the final episode. The first two parts were good (the first part completely broke my heart and it felt like someone had stabbed me) but after the second part, it seems like they forgot what they wanted to do for the rest of the episode. The story about May's father was unnecessary and it took so much time. I regret that we did not see Ai-oon's proposal or even their marriage. It just felt rushed and without a sense of direction. Neverthless, Pluto will always remain one of my favorite GL's ever in terms of acting, storyline, music, direction, everything. Pluto forever! You will never be forgotten.

I have to make this note because this has been on my mind lately. The GL industry has to learn some things when it comes to writing and real life situations: some people don't change. Some people are just bad people. There are lots of people out there who had bad parents who will never apologize to them or have a good relationship with them. Not everybody's going to have a change of heart and suddenly start acting like a different person. Ending the episode with May's father having a redemption arc after the way he treated her (including assaulting her) and suddenly becoming a gardener because she told him the case "made him blind" was unrealistic and dumb.

Honestly, I have nothing against Engfa or Charlotte or anybody else on this series but ever since the beginning, this series never really clicked with me like the other GL's coming out and I don't know why. I feel like there's something missing all the time, although I really can't pinpoint or describe what exactly. It seemed promising at first because it was different from the rest of the stories but it just ended up being disappointing and I really don't know why, I guess the story and the pacing never really worked out for me.

I still maintain this is the best GL, hands down. But I must admit, this episode did disappoint me. Namtan and Film were once again brilliant with an also brilliant perfomance. They were amazing, there's just no words for them. I understand they were trying to show Oom's side but I couldn't really sympathize with her. Why should Ai-oon leave May just because she's hurt and still has feelings for May when she was the one who wanted them to meet each other? It makes no sense. I understand she felt pain seeing them together but making Ai-oon choose between her and May was sick, twisted and cruel. She showed her true colors and did this as revenge because she couldn't accept the fact May never loved her. Honestly, it gets kinda repetitive in those series when the characters have to "choose" between the person they love and family, either it's their mom or their sister. May did not deserve what happened in this episode. And with this, my greatest fear will turn into reality: they will get back in the final episode like nothing happened and I bet it will happen really fast. And it won't be satisfactory because to be honest, Ai-oon at this point does not deserve May.

That scene with Gen's mom and the monkey recording Aoey telling Gen to eat her will always be one of the funniest…
Also, I'm SO disappointed they didn't use the "6 out of 10" story in the series. Definitely the best part of the novel, right there along with the bird which in this case works as the monkey. The rest of the book is just trash. ๐Ÿ˜‚

For me, this is one of the best GL's ever made and I will be so sad when it's over. Of course, I know there will be other GL's coming out but "Pluto" really touched my heart and I'm scared nothing will ever compare to it. Also, can we please talk about episode 10, 4/4? I will never get over it. The scene between Ai-oon and May was a masterpiece. Namtan and Film did such an amazing job and they're such amazing actresses. I'm amazed by their talent and the way they were able to portray their character's emotions in such a realistic way. I hope they get a lot of recognition for all the work they put into this. I'm so glad Ai-oon and May finally had that conversation and they realized they both made mistakes and they both need to forgive each other in order to move on and grow together. That scene was raw, real and full of emotion. You could see May was trying her hardest to be the bravest one between them but in the end when she broke down, I also broke down with her. I was in tears! And when Ai-oon kept saying "I love you May" while being completely in tears because she felt so guilty she did something to hurt May, it was gut-wrenching. Please give Namtan and Film all the awards! That scene will live on my memory forever and for me, it will go down in the history of GL's as one of the most beautiful scenes ever. I just hope Namtan and Film stay together for a long time and continue to give us such beautiful things like "Pluto". Best GL ever!

I'm really, really glad they changed so many things from the novel. Yes, this episode solved a lot of issues that take their own time in the novel but I think it was for the best. Nobody wanted to see Gen tell Aoey she needs to date Great/find a boyfriend or get out of her life, I think all of us are done with that game of them making each other jealous and I'm glad the writers chose not to go in that direction. Besides, Gen in the book is really horrible, she kisses everyone in the drunk scene and then, to make her mom believe she's actually dating the doctor, she gives him a tongue kiss in front of her and Aoey. I'm so, so glad we didn't have to see that. The worst part of the episode was probably the non-consensual scene, which I must admit, surprised me. It was actually way too triggering, I think they should have put some kind of warning the beginning of the episode. They did change that too, I think. I'm pretty sure Aoey in the book was actually raped but not in the show. So many great changes. I'm surprised by this series. They managed to turn a trash book with a trash story into a beautiful love story.
