What does age have to do with it? All actors have antis. Just look around on weibo, twt and other drama discussion sites. For example, Wang Yibo is now 25. He has had haters from the time he signed up for TU. He was around just 20 at that time. Sudden rise of popularity can also result in these things. Fans of other actors may start to see Arthur and Jingyi as a competition for their own faves, or it could be just a drama vs drama thing. No one can deny that L&P has been well received but we have seen trolls on this page as well.
I don't understand c-ent industry really. It looks like Youku is waiting for TLP to be aired so I don't know what…
I saw a melon a few days ago which said BFTB is ready to air on Dec. Today saw another melon about TTEOTM airing on 2023. No new updates on LOA yet. Now I am starting to think Youku is holding back both LOA and TTEOTM for 2023.
for me ep.19 was the saddest one.. not the ep.21 or 22you know it's like in the life - you cry in the night before…
True. The happiest or saddest moments in life precedes the actual events. That's what happened here. Nothing's ever gonna be the same. The drama did really well in depicting this moment.
On episode 16 right now. I really like the series. I really like the characters. But there is something I can say:…
They aren't intentionally treating him bad. Most of the time it's the circumstances that went against Gao's favour. LX has poor social skills and isn't diplomatic at all and that's his character flaw. But you'll see that he actually likes Gao and considers him as a friend. It's just not obvious yet. Other people were in his position too but they quickly moved on and didn't hold a grudge.
I don't know about anyone else but epi 19 made me tear up. Yes, it was a happy episode and I did laugh and smile while watching it but it was still bittersweet coz we know things won't remain the same and it's the last time they are all like this together. Honestly I even felt a little sad for Gao when XLN turned him down. I actually felt sad for both of them. But at that point it didn't seem like Gao was jealous at all, in fact he seemed quite understanding of XLN's feelings and didn't appear to show any resentment for LX. After their dinner, their convo felt like Gao had finally understood LX and LX as well had also come to genuinely see Gao as a friend and not just a teammate. LX even said he can't say nice things but he wishes him well and with wait for him to be their business partner. That whole part was so sincere. But I guess jealousy is a real monster. They seemed genuine friends at that point with mutual respect which is why the betrayal is gonna hurt so much later.
Anyway, seeing the whole group come together, even Han Jiakang and Ren Di's bandmate was beautiful with a hint of sadness for the future. This is easily one of the best episodes in the drama.
Even if the actors are not high traffic, CFY has always been popular among the bl adaptation fanbases and Evernight also did quite well back in the day. So he's actually quite well known.
That dancer dude, Fu Yizhou seems to be a good guy. I can understand why LX may not want keep contact but besides ZY and Ren Di, he actually seems to understand and respect LX for who he is.
But I see one BTS clip when she, hou Ning, and Li Xun eat together in someone's house (I think maybe li Xun's…
I don't know how far you've watched or how much you know about the novel so I don't want to give spoilers...but she won't cause major problems based on everything I've read.
Ok why do people call Xu Lina the SFL lol? She hardly qualifies as one. Other than the fact that she is romantically interested in LX, she is basically a supporting character. Even Fang Shumiao has a more prominent role than her, so it's more appropriate to call either FSM or Ren Di as the second fl. I doubt she would have much to do in the drama in the second part. Also, is she stupid or what? Even when LX declared that whatever he did during the competition was for love, she still screams ILU. It was so funny.
Wish they change the drama cover photo, I don't think it captures the essence of the story. Reminds me of those…
Oh don't remind of the jdrama baby blue and pink theme. There was an article once probably on MDL, which said no matter the genre, everything is blue and pink in jdramaland. They even changed kdrama posters' background to that theme. Makes no sense.
Having said that, I didn't realize this was blue and pink as well. Thankfully it's not as glaring. It only captures the story up until their graduation, where everything is still good. It captures the happy moments of their youth.
Cant help myself to comment LOL. Seems like there were quite a few of us who had the same idea not to proceed…
Ok I haven't seen the latest epis, I am only on epi 14 but ya'll need to hang in there. LX and ZY will get through this. It's painful but temporary. We knew they'd go through several hardships. Don't give pants any wrong ideas lol.
