I thought Wei Zheming's character was a cameo but he seems to have a prominent role judging from the poster and Xuan Yi's character was from another novel from the author. I am wondering if they made changes in the plot and kind of merged the stories. Anyway it looks interesting.

Epi 25 belonged to Leo. He was just too good. All those emotions and the change of expressions...the helplessness, the tears, the rage...he just nailed it all. Superb.

Epi 24. This epi was so intense. Oh man, what can I say, I totally felt Sun's pain and frustration in this epi. The whole rescue mission seemed next to impossible from the start.

Epis 22 and 23 are a testament of A'Sun's unwavering love for Changge. He went all out in the duel with Sher. As much as I love Changge and fully understand her convictions, it's also a bit frustrating how she doesn't yet fully understand A'Sun. Yeah, we do see some glimpses of her growing feelings for the first time, she is still far from being on the same page as him. Changge, open your eyes girl, that man is putting everything on the line for you. I loved the first hug though. This drama gives us sooo little of A'Sun and Changge but I love their every little scene. Leo's acting is so on point.

I am growing fond of that little boy with Leyan. But I already realize that he is also going to make me cry buckets later.

Wu Lei is seriously an outstanding actor. He screen presence is magnetic. He has won my heart.

Yes, I already feel the same way based on what I've seen of his LBY in the trailers and bts. He is easily one of the finest young actors of c-ent.

Actually I always thought Leo was very handsome and I wanted to watch TLB when it first aired but somehow it didn't happen at that time. Now when I am finally watching it, with all the hype surrounding LLTG and for Leo as well, I just can't wait to watch it.

Well I haven't started this one so I can't compare but I am enjoying the acting and the chemistry there as well.

Ashile Sun is my everything at least for now. He is just jaw dropping in that armor and the tribal outfits. His aura and screen presence is on a different level.

I don't know if it's weird but I loved the fight between ASun and Changge at the beginning of epi 21. It was so full of intensity and the chemistry between Reba and Leo was overflowing. Very well enacted by the two of them.

Where can I find my own Ashile Sun? This character sets the bar really high.

I am so eager to watch this for Leo. Too bad I don't have time to watch two dramas at the same time. I am currently watching TLB and once I am done I'll start with this one. Meanwhile I am keeping up with the episode clips and BTS. I don't even care if they are full of spoilers. Leo has me mesmerized.

Yes that indeed looked silly. Expecially when they did it with Ashile Sun in epi 13 or 14, and I thought 'what a waste of Ashile Sun's armor'. At least Changge had some actual fights scene in that battle. Then again it happened with the emperor in epi 20.
