This drama has English subs when you view it using the iQiyi international mobile app, I can access it in the US

I compared the subs for this specific show and Netflix has better subs than iQiyi. There were some mistakes iQiyi made that were correct on Netflix.

The first couple episodes are really slow and admittedly the special effects are low budget BUT hang in there, this show gets better. It's a must see for Bailu and Xukai.

Many Cdramas are dubbed but some of them are dubbed by the actors themselves. I checked the cast lists on a couple Chinese sites and didn't see any voice actors listed so I believe the voices belong to the actors themselves

I wanted to like this so much. I'm also a fan of DL. SM and DL are fine but I couldn't get into it either. It has such high ratings so I guess it's just us :)
