Right, I love this show for the more authentic queer characters that it portrays. They do feel like two college guys who have the hots for each other. It really elevates the series for me. Good to see the gay identity struggle brought back into BL.
Omg I just watched ep 2 and can I say I wasn't expecting this level of spiciness. I thought we were going to be getting high school GMMTV level of spiciness; unseasoned and bland. But, this show is cooking up a decent feast.

Finally, finished this BL and it was okay. It definitely could have been better. I'm a bit disappointed because I think Sea and Jimmy deserved a better story they are both very talented. Unfortunately, the 8.3/10 rating though is inflated when you compare to other BLs of the same standard.

Agreed, I'm so disappointed. The thing that annoys me the most is they took the most interesting premise of any BL I've seen, probably better and more interesting than UWMA but chose not to really explore it.
What confuses me so much is the listed director and screenwriters have made some fairly successful series. So what happened here? I'm speculating may be the budget had a hand in this show. The fact they needed to have this many sponsors in this show is very unusual to me. So maybe GMMTV didn't give them too much money for this show, or maybe GMMTV needs to meet a quota for their sponsors across numerous shows so they decided to choose one show which they didn't plan on being very good to place a high number in?? I'm really speculating here, but GMMTV is know for being business savy.

yeah I was lowkey disappointed when that happened, the guy isn't a great antagonist. He was introduced as some random kid with a bug mouth, now he kidnapping?? I hope this will end up tying well otherwise the plot will seem really random.
I've always felt Khaotung is one of GMMTVs best actors. He honestly has a lot of range. Like the difference between his characters from 2gether to Chonlatee to ATOTS to this and how naturally he falls into these roles, absolutely amazing.
