If I can get through I Will Knock You, I can get through this. I like Tin and the kids he teaches, but the casual lack of parenting is sad. It literally takes a village to care for these kids. Not sure about the MC yet. I’m actually more interested in Pao & Kana. Barbie rules though and Tin is very cute.
Is this based on a novel or manga? If it is, is the show following the manga closely? Because, I’m not sure where they’re going with this, but I’m still interested. Yuma is kind of annoying, but his volatility may have a cause. I like that I have no idea what’s coming.
Here's how it looks:GMM Grammy is at the topUnderneath GMM Grammy is multiple separate companies including:GMM25:…
I don’t know why GMM Grammy doesn’t put their music on iTunes. Some of the songs are there but not most. And iTunes has Thai bands’ music so it’s not a licensing issue. It’s odd.
I dont get why everyone is hating on that age difference, it's acting and in thai bl there are many bl actor couples…
I agree. People seem more upset by an age gap than anything else for some reason. Everyone loved Vegas/Pete’s story in KP and that involved abduction and torture! As long as both characters are supposed to be of legal age and there’s no power imbalance, who cares? I mean personally I don’t want to see some guy who’s like decades older than his love interest in any romance, gay or straight, but that’s me. But this distress about the age gap of the actual actors confuses me.
Putting aside any possible issues with Mew as an actor and his past, what really matters is the age of the characters they’re playing. Mew is probably playing younger and the other guy might be playing older. In Moonlight Chicken Earth is playing 10 years older than his character and his love interest and certainly loads of actors play high school students when they’re in their 20’s. In Minato’s Laundry the actors played an 11 year age gap even though the actors were actually only 3 or 4 years apart. Unless we’re talking decades apart, we should see how old their characters are supposed to be.
Boom played in La Cuisine, if you happend to have seen that? He was the one friend opposing Lukchup getting close…
I don’t remember him being in that and it doesn’t show in his series credits which is weird. Was he one of the cooking students? It’s been a while since I watched it.
EP 5: The significance of the coconut scent! They’re so expressive with just their eyes. I was teary with my heart in my throat the whole time. They resolved it beautifully. Teh showed his remorse and love for Oh. It was the happy ending they both deserved because they really are each other’s true loves and they learned they have to fight to stay together. It would have been nice to see them handle Teh being an out gay actor in Thailand, but we can’t get everything. This series is so beautiful. The two seasons of this show are the best BL to ever come out of Thailand. Nothing comes even close for me. The depth of emotion the actors plumb, the writing, the direction and cinematography are unmatched.
EP 4: Jai is such a user. He’ll do anything for his play to succeed and Teh is a fool for falling for him. Jai used the professor and Teh. How sad that Teh would do this to Oh-aew for such a shitty guy. He hurt him the first season and now he hurts him again. Oh is right to break up with him. Teh isn’t choosing him over Jai. He’s staying with him because he was rejected by Jai. That’s a huge distinction. I love Oh’s friends. The love and support they give him is wonderful. And Q rocking the nail polish in every episode. This show is so well done. Everything works together so beautifully.
Man, Boom is handsome. I don’t think I’ve seen him in anything before. What the hell is it with the black gloves? Are his hands scarred or tattooed? So yeah, he’s the love interest for sure. Did they say if they did DNA testing or dental record matching on the body to confirm it’s Din? Could the guy with the milky eye and scar look any more like a villain? I guess he could carry a cat around, lol. Uh oh, here comes one of the masked dudes. Guess it’s the bad one who blew up the guys in the first episode. Why didn’t he just stomp on Ken’s bare feet with his big boots? Just this side of silly.
Another toxic mother and she’s particularly awful. Why can’t he cut ties with her? He owes her nothing. At some point it’s just masochistic. The player versus the “good” guy premise doesn’t work when King is so consistently lovely to him and attentive. It makes no sense why Uea continues to be a snot to him. And why would King like him anyway when he’s such a jerk to him all the time? It’s just a weak plot and poor writing. Unless Uea softens toward him, it will be hard to care about them as a couple. Also, I’m not loving Yim as Jade so far. I don’t know if he’s supposed to be funny, but he’s just weird and awkward to me. None of the characters are that well developed tbh. Though it is good that they’re showing them getting tested and talking about safe sex etc. That was all a good message.
GMMTV struck gold with this one. I expect to see some sort of University type series with Gemini and Forth when…
GMMTV should be smart enough to capitalize on their popularity and do another series with them as the MC. Like you said, it should be a university setting. I hope they don’t try to do another high school series with them. Let them move on.
