I have a confession to make: I’ve been avoiding this drama. The reason? I don’t think a lot of the slice of…
2521 was the least hyped drama coming out in 2022. No one expected to watch it but I’m happy it gained a following & the hyped it has now.
HD(KTR’s acting)is one of the best part of the drama in my opinion. I’m not a huge fan of sports drama either but I thoroughly enjoy the fencing aspect.
There are some posts here on reddit about how certain scenes could have been translated better in English; https://www.reddit.com/r/KDRAMA/comments/tihdh7/twentyfive_twentyone_episode_12/i1iajrb/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3
Thanks.
Netflix transitions always bugs me because certain statements makes it seem uncharacteristic of YJ. YJ already knows HD is amazing but he continuously wants to see her be cool, which is diff than ‘I want to see you grow up to be a great person.’ 😒.
And that confrontation scene with the ex-bf, I knew something was off. The whole conversation felt off, but I suppose it was the Netflix translation. Thank fully this Reddit thread makes the conversation clearer.
I think they were trying to set an example with Seungwan's mom because realistically, most asian moms would NOT…
SW mom also told her she needs to be flexible because SW is young and giving up highschool from Tae Yang isnt a big deal (since she can go get her ged at a diff school & take the entrance exam) but when she gets into the real world it won’t be the same.
But yes I love that they are portraying parenting in different families. Because realistic this wouldn’t fly but I think it’s very important to show viewers that this is what supportive parents should do.
“Heedo conveyed her true feelings to Yijin, but he kept pushing her away. Yijin heard an unexpected story from ChanMi while contemplating his relationship with Heedo. Meanwhile, Heedo and Yurim will play their last team match in poor condition.”

Im wondering what the conflict will be? Will it affect YJ’s career & hurt HD? HD & YJ has been so good at communicating & understanding each other so….🧐. Also, seems like HD & Yurim are stuck in a rut.
I'm probably the only one but SW looks so isolated most of the time. I know she has a lot on her mind because…
The thing is Yurim & HD are fencing most of the time. They don’t know what’s going on during classes. JW didn’t say anything because he knows it’s going g to back fire SW that’s why he told her everything that is fine. That’s why he cried at the rooftop.

Lol even JW knew what’s up. Oh that boy.

Present HD with MC & HD’s mom.
HD’s mom. Yurim mom. SW’s mom.
YJ’s mom.
Even the mention of JW’s mom on the phone.
