Dunno I find the first episode kind of unbearable. The script was so scattered. I love Math but despite the still I find no charm with this drama. How the heck did Soo Jung and Do Hyun chose this lackluster script.
I'm so happy this is getting a blockbuster reception from K-viewers. Apparently, clips from internet are reaching higher views than ever and forums were bombed with positive comments. They say this is a game changer for TVING platform. I hope int fans will notice this drama too.
Han Sunhwa's Namaste got me y'all 🤣 she is doing too good in this role.
I swear she will be like the male version of Jung Ki for me (Laughter in Waikiki). I can't take her seriously anymore no matter what role she'll be getting on the future. I will just remember the chaotic Sun Hwa.
i'm all caught up on the released episodes. This drama is perfect. I hope its going to retain all its strong points…
I don't believe in mdl ratings anymore. And yes, this was absolutely great. So sad, it doesn't receive the attention it deserves. For a webdrama, the production looks expensive. And the actresses were just chef's kiss.
This scene is just fire! The delivery, the intonation, the facial expressions, everything! https://twitter.com/loverdramas/status/1456577237055016962?s=20
I think the leads are miscasted here. Or to say the chosen actors was not fit in the laid description by the drama. Where Yi Kang supposedly at the same age with her co-rangers jn the station (as referenced from ep 2), she look very young compared to them. Where Hyun Jo supposedly very much younger than Yi Kang (as referenced from ep 4), he looked the same age as Yi Kang. Maybe they should've casted an older actress for Yi Kang's character to fit the description, or the other way around, casted a younger actor for Hyun Jo if they want to push the sunbae-hoobae relationship. But until now, 3rd week of the premiere, the sunbae-hoobae relationship was just found nowhere. Always implied but not found.
I believe the script was more than great, but if this only directed by other director, I believe it could've set its tone better, could've elevate the story more, could've create more atmospheric drama. The directing was wishy-washy. There are times that transition of scenes feel so weird and displaced.
For this reason, I'm disappointed with the result of this drama. But that wouldn't stop me from watching it. As a viewer, I always give more value to story and acting than everything else.
