Not traditional affair drama.

I was on Song Yujia marathon movie and found this drama quite interesting.

Song Yujia's quite suitable for this kind of intelligent, strong and decisive character, and her voice is pleasant. Wang Yanxin is a righteous-looking scumbag… his affectionate parts are quite convincing. Zhang Tianjing 's cunning and forceful approach also seems quite fitting.

Plot follows the traditional scumbag drama formula. ML is greedy and entangled with his mistress. FL faked her and their children death and went abroad, dealing ML with heavy blow. SML chased after MLto the funeral and beat him up, while the SFL aka mistress was also disfigured and bankrupted by ML. SML then went abroad and, through trickery and coercion, married SML. ML, living a life of debauchery, tried to disrupt their wedding but failed, ending up with a severe stomach ailment and vomiting blood. The ending was satisfying.

My pet peeve is FL only using mole to change her looks, they inspired by K-drama Tempation of Wife and thinking a little mole could change FL looks.

Ordinary Revenge drama

Typical ordinary revenge plot, the story's ingenious plot structure is like a nested maze. Lack of romance and its fine since Hu Dong Qing and Liu Xiao Xu didn't have any chemistry. The kiss was too dry. Their acting is excellent, but the tension just doesn't appear in scene.

While the opening is indeed generic, some scenes are meticulously designed. For example, the fact that the FL was raised by her father's killer is itself a part of her childhood scheme. Furthermore, the fact that her adoptive father uses drugs to control her is far more sophisticated than using her mother's ashes, her sick grandmother, or her vegetative grandmother like usual Chinese short drama.

The plot is relatively simple, the pace is fast, and overall it's just average. I watched it because of Liu Xiao Xu.

Devil Beside You 2.0

I watched this since the plot reminds me for Devil Beside You.

BTS clips are far less engaging than the main series. The plot is rich and the pacing is tight and smooth-elevated version from Devil Beside You. The relationship between the ML and FL is portrayed very delicately. Unrequited love is a chaotic battle, and coupled with the obstacles of their social status, the tug-of-war between the FL and ML is very captivating.

The costumes, props, and sets are excellent, the picture quality is good, the filters are natural making for a very enjoyable viewing experience

Recommended to watch.

Tasteless republican drama.

I want to watch Huang Yunyun with Shen Haonan. The visuals and styling are quite decent to see.

FL is a former princess who witnessed ML leading troops to annihilate her family when she was young. She is now betrothed to the ML by the Presidential Palace to be his wife. ML is at odds with the Presidential Palace and initially harbors hostility towards the FL.

FL supposed negotiation condition with the Presidential Palace was to help her marry into the Governor's Mansion. She was supposed to pass intelligence to the Presidential Palace, but she didn't actually do that; she was busy fighting the 2FL &3FL, and the Presidential Palace remained silent . Despite being a period drama, the main plot revolves around female rivalry and domestic infighting, which is both clichéd and boring. Did FL forget killing ML will cause national turnoil? From beginning to end, she did nothing but win herself over and didn't do anything about reveng.

ML knows that the FL misunderstood him as a child for slaughtering her family, he didn't take precautions or explain.

There is no chemistry between Huang Yunyun and Shen Haonan. Purely shallow drama, with zero romance. If you like the actors and are looking for something to watch, you can check out this.

Nice plot but FL lack the charm

I watched this two years ago and was captivated by Yu Peishan acting despite he is being scumbag. FL in here lack charms and her acting is average. Didn't leave me any impression.

In her previous life, the FL was disliked by her husband, the ML, and was even killed by his mistress.
Reborn, she decides to distance herself from him and live her own life. She no longer prioritizes his preferences and needs, but instead earns his affection and admiration. SML, knowing she's married, also falls for her. FL divorces the ML and i quite like the ending.

Won't rewatch again.

Melodramatic drama that i enjoy.

I watch this last year and decided to rewatch to take this opportunity to share my personal opinions.

This drama combines elements of arranged marriage, terminal illness, and power struggles within a wealthy family, weaving a captivating love story from initial suspicion to growing concern, to initial attraction, and finally, a love that runs deep.

FL effort to being traditional wife is not well-received by ML. In ML's memory, she is dull, lifeless, and resembles a woman from the old era. Later, FL hands him divorce papers, and the previously dull woman suddenly comes alive.

ML seems to realize there's a reason for FL departure, but he will respect her choice and secretly investigate to try and win her back. He calmly cooperates with FL , while secretly doing what he believes is the most reckless and worthwhile thing: silently using his own bone marrow to save her. He felt incredibly happy that his blood could flow into the FL's. When they were together, their outward appearance seemed calm, but there was an underlying tension.

The actors are natural and uninhibited. What impressed me most was the tender kiss between the FL and the ML in bed after the FL learned that ML had donated bone marrow to her.

Wished for Guo Yuxin and Wang Kaimu second collaboration and worth to watch.

Assertive alpha female X Manipulative green tea male

I was trying to remember other version of Wang Nan- Lu Lulu drama and it was Shen Haonan-Wen Moyan version which MDL didn't have the page.

Plot is about FL and her scumbag husband was to get married. On their wedding day, the husband's personality completely changes drastically and he disappears. FL single-handedly supports the company. Four years later, she reports her husband's death, finally forcing him to reappear. She finally gets her wish and divorces the seemingly perfect but ultimately rotten marriage (The scene was so iconic)

FL best friend, celebrates the occasion at a karaoke bar by having her brother-ML, who secretly loves the female lead, pretend to be a male model to advance his career.

To appease FL grandmother, FL has a one-night stand with the ML, and initially falls for him. However, due to his attentiveness and gentleness, she gradually develops feelings for him. The two signed a sugar daddy/sugar baby agreement.

Lu Lulu herself has a very strong and assertive aura, perfectly suited for this domineering female CEO role. The emotional scenes are also very heart-wrenching; she's independent on the outside but soft on the inside. Wang Nan is quite good as Green Tea Male lead and it feels better than Shen Haonan one.

Recommended to watch.

wont rewatch this drama again.

This is a old formula: the junior sister is treated differently by the entire sect, and the FL is tortured to death before being reborn and seeking revenge. 20 minutes are pure frustration, In the middle of drama attempts to make the second senior brother reflect (but using a flashback mirror to make him realize his mistakes makes it hard to rate), then a sect competition is inserted in the middle, and the last few episodes focus on the master's reflection.

Personally, I don't like the FL's character, but it's clear the screenwriter fault and wont rewatch again.

For Trypophobia people, please stay away from this drama.

Warning if you have trypophobia skip this drama, ML's burn sticker, though small, is really triggering.

A decent drama; worth watching for the leads' good looks. The whole drama revolves around resolving the FL's family's problems first, then the ML's. It feels like a hodgepodge of tropes from many short dramas. While the plot has many dramatic moments, overall it felt rather bland and didn't really grab my attention. The ending also destroyed the drama.

Both the ML and FL are quite smart and don't do anything stupid; despite these scenes, they don't suffer much. FL's family is completely evil family actually FL decision for leaving her family is smart.

There were also many scenes I didn't particularly like, so I probably won't watch it a second time.

Compilation of Old Tropes

This drama is a compilation of old tropes by Min Jie and Chai Chai. Both of them have great banter but they need to learn kissing lesson hahaha. The entire story revolves around four people: the FL mistakes the SML for her benefactor, and the SML mistakes the SFL for his benefactor.

SFL constantly tries to get the SML to divorce the Fl. SFL doesn't love the FL but enjoys humiliating her.

FL actually doesn't suffer because it's all talk and no action, but the verbal sparring is relatively comfortable to watch. ML and SFL, who haven't mistaken each other, are actually the SML and FL third parties,

Actually it was decent drama, but if you are plot-driven or morally right person you wont like it.

This drama shows All He Jianqi really lacks.

I watched when i was still not found of He Jianqi acting and this is one drama i didn't like it

The story is simple: FL deeply loves the ML and forces him to marry her, which he then does. After marriage, the ML constantly wavers between loving and not loving her. He torments the FL,FL wants to leave and fakes her death.ML realizes his feelings and ultimately chases after FL in a dramatic way.

I don't like both of the leads characterization both are bad guys and i never justified their action. He Jianqi acting skill kinda obviously lack since it was his earliest time. Zhai Xingran acting in here is quite potential, she need to be polished to make her acting better.

Wont recommend this drama.

What a corny drama to start my journey.

I watch this on first month discover Chinese Short Drama and felt the plot was brainless at the time and my statement never changes.

FL married ML was for love, but unexpectedly, she was first sent to prison, then had her leg crippled. A fire resulted FL being accused of death. However, a month later, at a high-class banquet, "Anna," who has a similar face to FL, actively approaches ML, and a revenge plan unfolds.

For simple review ; revenge plot isn't satisfying.

The kiss was OK since it's Meng Na and Ma Xiao Yu. However, considering the filming timeline, it feels a bit awkward to watch.
