Quite significant change from other version

I watched this drama because of Peng Yao and glad they make this version undergone significant changes. The dialogue is humorous, and the entire cast feels real. It can be viewed as a brand new drama. The interaction between the four characters—brother and sister, older sister and younger brother—is strong, not just between individual couples or siblings.

This version also has stronger chemistry between the older brother and younger sisters. Actually the younger brother and older sister were quite weak in this drama but it doesn't make them. These kisses are more leaned into pure and innocent, with some explicit content but no explicit scenes.

The mother, who has maintained a quiet and elegant facade for thirty years, finally gains confidence after the sisters enter the family and decides to stop being mistreated. Together with the sisters, all three couples divorce on the same day. The mother is genuinely divorced, the younger sister is faking it, and the older sister is genuinely divorced, but the younger brother thinks it's fake because the older sister saw that the younger brother only wanted to have fun.

The sisters are adopted, but their parents treat them well and leave their inheritance to them, but other relatives covet it. The fake divorce was just to get the older brother to help them get the real will. The ending is quite innovative. the four of them hold a second wedding, with the younger brother dressed as a woman and the older sister as a man. None of them can hold their liquor, and the mother has to help them move back to their room, almost repeating the mistake of going into the wrong bridal chamber at the beginning.

Plot wise is worth to watch.

Plot was better but the dual couple presence were too weak.

I watched this version on the time of the released because of Zhang Xuan only and it was him who make me stayed (and Cha Yi Chen). Plot wise it was more better than Wang Nian Jiang Cheng one but for the chemistry i feel this version lacks and i feel the Zhang Xuan character way colder than other version which is better but for the couple dynamic there is none can appeal in my eyes.

As usual they make Younger sister so annoying, i cannot stand her character like they make spoiler brat and the housewife persona was not really good. The father in this version slightly better than first one. For the chemistry, both of the leads lack chemistry and sparks. I don't have a problem with the Younger brother but he lacks something on the character. He may look young but lack of playful character which this version was quite boring. I feel bad for Cha Yichen since only her tried to build up the plot but Younger brother in this version really lacks.

I wont rewatch this version.

They got the mystery fantasy romance right

I watched this on the day this drama was released because of Wang Haozhen but ended up praising Zhai Yiying on this drama because she makes the character alive despite many flaws from scriptwriter and i quite like their dynamic in here. I remember most of recent Wang Haozhen those days were mediocre and this is one of my exceptions. If the scriptwriter could polished this premises more.....

This kind of genre scam is common. But the final product was a false alarm. It's rare to find a drama that isn't just a fake CEO romance. The theme is unique, the setting is special, the plot is novel, and the story development is consistently captivating, making it hard to stop watching. There's redemption, touching moments, humor, and sweet interactions between ML and FL. The casting of leads are quite fitting. The story begins with ML being a descendant of Nuwa, who is unexpectedly bound by a blood pact with the FL and controlled, which is quite interesting. However, the subsequent plot developments are all predictable. The villainous is particularly stereotypical traditional one dimensional character. The misunderstanding is not tragic, ML and FL trust each other enough. Wang Haozhen's character switches between a domineering CEO and a clingy puppy at will, which is kind of cute.

Kissing scenes are just right—not forced, and the atmosphere is perfect. The only problem is that the premise might be a bit complex, and the foreshadowing wasn't handled perfectly at the end. For example, it was mentioned at the beginning that the FL would be in danger after breaking the seal 10 times, and the ML's abilities would improve after each intimate moment, which seemed like important foreshadowing, but the writers seemed to have forgotten about it later. FL's dual personality and memory loss also felt poorly resolved.. I feel the scriptwriter still needs to minimize the plot hole to make more refined mystery fantasy romance drama

I still recommend this because its rare to found decent mystery fantasy romance drama in duanju.

The children are like chicken.

Okay if you want logical oriented drama you can skip this drama. It's quite common fermula back on duanju when ML and FL got one-night stand and suddenly they got twins, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets and this drama got Sextuplets: which is big record back then. I remember some ridiculous ancient drama when FL got 99 children on one shot and my eyes bulged out (I only remember the male lead was Wang Yuwei). I still quite like Zhang Jinyi and Zhao Zhendong combo despite almost no romantic moment between them

For simple summary, FL children wants to meet their father for secure their money for living while FL tried to hinder the children to meet with ML. The scene when ML found out about his child reminds me of classic Melayu children song "Anak Ayam" which is quite funny for me. FL tried to prevent ML bring their child with obvious lie and ML blackmails her since he thinks FL is gold digger woman.

Personally if you don't mind ridiculous plot, this drama was quite decent for the year this drama was release but if you look on recent time, it was quite tacky.

I am impressive with leads healing power

Okay i watched this because of Wang Nan. Yuan Yuhan's acting is good. Both of leads have great acting skills, delivering excellent micro-expressions and various physical reactions. However, the drama is also incredibly mindless and melodramatic.

For the summary, ML and FL were sweet couple but FL is raped by her stepmother's son. Her father stabs the stepmother's son and goes to jail. Then, FL pretends to be with SML and dumps ML and ML got accident.ML has two car accidents, attempted suicide twice, and suffered numerous injuries, yet he survives. FL attempted suicide once by jumping off a building, her father died, she experienced a mental breakdown, recovered, and was able to continue working. FL jumped from the 21st floor and didn't die. Instead, she tormented ML to the point of being heartbroken. Then, FL received a new job offer and went to work. When she was discussing business, she ran into the ML again. This time, there was another car accident and suicide attempt. After that, the two of them finally talked things out.

After that, the two of them finally talked things out. All the hardships they faced were given to them by the other. ML and FL cried their hearts out, their emotions raging, and they finally reached each other's side despite their physical limitations. If you enjoy classic Korean dramas about terminal illnesses or want to vent your emotions and have a good cry, you should definitely check this out. I just watch this drama on my manic era so i just enjoy to see both the leads cried their heart.

Chaotic Comedy with Platonic Couple

I watched this on the day of the released. So it's kind of blind item box and i enjoy this drama while i was not knowing the leads when i watch this. It's like finding hidden gem and i am kind of miss this kind of feeling. The 10 episodes are quite violence for some people so viewer discretion is advised.

A new script for duanjus, the plot is rich, the pacing is tight, the progression is natural, the scenes are relatable, and there are frequent laughs. Almost every episode has a climax. The interactions between the ML and FL are natural, fun, warm, and sweet. The mutual redemption of these two "bitter people" is more like comrades-in-arms sharing hardships than lovers.

For the summary, FL is sent to a mental hospital by her wicked mother-in-law, where she meets ML, who has been framed by his stepmother and younger brother. The two work together to escape and seek revenge. During this process, they face numerous crises, and ultimately ML reclaims the Li Group. Their relationship also gradually warms up and the process is quite natural. The plus in here FL was quite romantic allergy person and she cannot be romantic for a second (Hello, other comrades) while ML was hopeless romantic person. Their dynamic relationship perfect for this chaotic comedy. There is few kisses scene but the actual strong point is not romance and i feel the relationship is more into platonic.

Overall atmosphere leans towards warmth and humor rather than revenge. FL's mother-in-law, though hateful, has a pitiable side; her later realization and lifelong remorse are a fitting punishment. ML's brother, though bad, is also innocently foolish—a truly tragic figure. The only dissatisfaction is that FLs mother's storyline wasn't fully developed before the ending. The cons is the episode is quite too few for the interesting premises they need to add 10 episode more.

Zhang Rui En and Zhang Yan Qing performances are incredibly natural; ML doesn't come across as stiff or pretentious, and FL's carefree and eccentric personality is truly exceptional. It's hard to find a better replacement. ML and FL are both handsome and beautiful, the dialogue is in their own voices, the filters are pleasing, and the overall viewing experience is excellent.

Okay Secret Love story.

I watched this drama years ago. Personally i quite hardly liked campus drama, but this drama was quite decent even not the level that make me obsessed like usual CP ship drama. The plot is smooth, the pacing is tight, the filters are natural, the costumes and props are fitting, the background music is OK, the dialogue is original, and the cinematography is delicate. The actors' acting skills and looks are both on point, the characters are well-developed, and the contrasts are striking. FL is a gentle and reserved academic high-achiever, with a delicate and sensitive mind, hiding a secret crush that has continued since high school.

FL records her feelings ML in her diary. Seemingly timid, she will do her best to get closer to him and attend the same university. When faced with favoritism, she will reveal undisguised joy and shyness. ML appears to be a carefree and unrestrained "one-night stand" god, but in reality, he is devoted and deeply affectionate. Seemingly indifferent to everything, he secretly pays attention to FL. No angst included in this drama. The supporting characters are also excellent, such as the considerate best friend.

Recommended to watch if you like secret love story.

The drama is about ML journey to get FL

I watched this version on January 2026 and it was far better than Ma Xin Yu version. The revenge plot is toned down and resolved quickly, which is a matter of personal preference. I quite had scrutiny against Shao Wei acting since he was quite too stiff and lack of emotions but he slowly learns. For Sun Lu Lu, her script was quite interesting but her drama can be hit and miss for me since she tends to show one persona in different characters but her strength is she could build up the chemistry.

The plot is a very conventional canary taking revenge + his love for her. What's good is ML saw early on FL was extremely proud and had high self-esteem, and couldn't possibly be a canary; he was thoughtful and intelligent. FL consistently focused on her career, and taking revenge as a canary was just a side job after work

This version resolves the revenge quickly, focusing on the ML's self-persuasion and his attempts in the later episodes to support the FL in combating her long-term repression and psychological issues, which are actually difficult to resolve immediately. Compare to other version, ML's parents were just ordinary parents with normal concerns and interventions, not excessive, and their values and emotions were normal. For the villains, yeah they deserved the ending. No overmelodramatic supporting characters.

I prefer the honesty from the actor while showing their abs even it was not excessive good like Shao Wei previous drama. The chemistry between Sun Lu Lu and Shao Wei were so natural, it was very comfortable when i saw them kissing each other. The two characters in the drama each have their own thoughts or feelings, but they can't help but feel physically attracted to each other. The two actors' images and performances are already convincing, and coupled with a reasonable and necessary plot, it is indeed a conventional yet noteworthy short drama that serves as a satisfactory product for satisfying emotional needs and desires.

Recommended to watch.

innocent yet alluring uncle loli drama

I watched this last year because of Gong Fang Ni and i quite picky about uncle and little girl love story drama this one was not greasy at all. This one has the most obvious age gap and a lot of ambiguous and tumultuous relationships. Both the lead delivers their acting well and Chen Zhen Yang didn't use body double for abs (which is quite rare for him) and the kisses still look okay from Chen Zhen Yang level but the chemistry still not on maximum level.

In the first half, FL is a bit insecure because she has a crush on the male lead, so there are often misunderstandings and quite a few crying scenes. ML is always flirting with FL, and after the seal is broken, he frantically helps her find inspiration (see episode 43 for details). In one episode, FL's abs drawing is publicly displayed by ML. We comic book lovers are really shocked, it feels like fujoshi's fetish has been caught red-handed.

Their relationship became even sweeter, with frequent intimate scenes, and the intimate scenes were filmed quite beautifully but they need to adjust the background to make the atmosphere more intense. But at the same time the plot was become flat after they got together. To add the conflict they make traditional SFL to make another misunderstand between the lead and the couple solved it together.

If you want to watch innocent yet alluring uncle and little girl drama, you could watch this.

Feels like watching common Idol Drama

I watched this after Wang Nan and Chen Minghao version. Although i quite like Zeng Hui-Han Yutong as actor and CP, but compare to previous drama i mentioned, I feel like watching idol dramas since Tinghuadao loves to minimize melodramatic effect to appeal general public. If you follow the CP drama, you will know their recent drama was generic; male chases female with strong FL and flirty ML, nothing innovative comes with this CP.

FL's character is a significant improvement; she's much stronger and less prone to abuse. Her ability to fight back and save herself in dangerous situations is much better than in the previous version. However, this change also reduces the dramatic tension making this drama lack of depth. Virginity parts were removed which is good choice.

Zhao Tingyi's acting is really good, with strong explosive power and rich emotional expression. I hope he can collaborate with Han Yutong in proper romance drama (I know the drama starts both of them but i think his character was questionable one on there).

Overall, the cast is strong, and the costumes, makeup, and filters are all good. It fails to make me amazed because the script is mediocre lack of emotion depth.

Only for hardcore fans.

Illogical plot and scriptwriter loves bad guys.

I watching this drama because of Song Yujia compared to her previous drama, this drama was quite letdown in term of plot. I don't mind with soul swapping theme but the problem of this drama lies with the character logic. The chemistry between Xong Yujia and Ling Xuan was really good but the plot and character hold the problem.

ML character has major plot holes. He's clearly had a long-standing crush on the FL, yet he treats her coldly after marriage. He was initially moved by her kindness, but he easily believes the slanderous accusations leveled against her by his wicked mother-in-law and others. How the scriptwriter comes with idea ML betrays FL father to protect FL family?

FL also has questionable part. Before marriage, she had absolutely no feelings for the ML. It was an arranged marriage, and she suffered for several years. How could she possibly fall in love with him in the end? There is no backstory about FL was infuriated with ML and suddenly she in love with ML.

Female villain caused so much trouble, only to be kicked out of the mansion in the end? And FL even had to give her money out of blue? FL mother-in-law didn't get any punishment either. This screenwriter really loves villains! The plot is also full of holes. FLs father is just a minister, not a prince, not a general, not even a prime minister. Why emperor want to kill FL father? I guess the screenwriter couldn't come up with a plausible reason.

Only watchable for hardcore fans.

The best version for that year

I watched Wang Xiao Yi version first two years ago on the same day on 2024. Both drama are watchable and still decent to watch but this drama give more point because FL character was so stunning when she reborn, less verbal sparring-more action and plot was on right track. Although Min Jie isn't particularly stunning at first glance, his acting is quite decent; the tear he shed during the kiss when they confirmed their feelings was just right. The chemistry between them was underrated. It was my secret CP back then. This is my favorite version of the story.

This version is really well done for that year. The cool and domineering FL is incredibly powerful. True revenge isn't about killing him outright, but about slowly tormenting him. It's satisfying to see her take revenge on the scumbag. The romance between ML and FL is so sweet; FL always takes the initiative.

Decent watch for the classic drama

Light romance between CEO ML X Pilot FL

I watched this because of Ione of Liu Xiaoxu's rare sweet dramas, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. ML and FL are strong; FL is confident and generous, and ML is lively and cute. Not familiar with Tang Lijun but, she successfully bring the strong character without being pretentious.

The main role of the SML and SFL is to create trouble, but their methods are not clever, and their characters are somewhat stereotypical (stupid and annoying). Although the plot is formulaic and the villains are obviously just tools, its strength lies in the pure and sweet romance between the male and female leads, with no angst and natural, endearing interactions.

It's suitable for those who enjoy lighthearted, sweet romances, are interested in pilot/captain themes, and can accept familiar tropes.

Chaotic drama about Short Drama.

I watched this by chance without looking female Lead and i only know Liu Sansi but for his drama i ever watch he was actually average but i still enjoy his choice of script. The chemistry between the leads was satisfying to watch.

It was better than i expected and Zhang Ruoxi acting as dual personality was quite entertaining. The kissing scenes are great, Plus, SFL (the original FL) also comes to her senses later on. FL only has money on her mind, completing her mission to seduce ML and infuriate the original FL. ML plays along with FL the meat, and the original FL stimulated into a dark transformation, causing the paper doll to awaken! Then the two awakened paper dolls subvert the FL's expectations, and the ML is taken back to the real world by the FL.

Personally the ending was anticlimax but it was decent drama to watch.

Decent drama that felt into declining on later half

I watched this because of Chen Si and it was decent but not make you gasped since the first half drama was okay and it was declining on the latter half.

The pairing of Chen Si and Liu Xiyu; they have nice chemistry, I love watching. This script is quite novel. ML is reborn into his uncle's body to save FL, who was driven to her death by his own obsession in her previous life. Mature and repentant, he becomes a guiding lover, no longer like in his past life, determined to break her wings.

The interactions between the two in the first half are somewhat ambiguous yet restrained, and quite enjoyable. I quite happy at Chen Si recent role since he choose to leave his CEO persona. Personally i am not fond of Liu Xiyu acting but she can make nice chemistry with her few MLs.

The second half has a strange pacing and doesn't quite make sense. After the truth is revealed, the FL seems to suffer without cause. Perhaps the screenwriter didn't quite figure out how to portray the FL's inner turmoil and eventual acceptance, focusing mainly on "You lied to me, I'm leaving,"

I was really looking forward to the love triangle between the three of them but there is almost none of this and the ending felt a bit unsettling.

Still decent watch.
