Realistic tearjerker drama.
This drama is really tearjerker ,I am stoic person so i rarely cried but when i watched this my tears are overflowing. The topic on this drama is relating to Rape and how victim faced it after rape. For short drama view, this one is too extreme yet realistic. The bullying on this drama is too brutal like The Glory (2024) and full of violence. I warned you again to back out if you have violence and rape trauma. I love how this drama not glorified the rape into romance. Chai Hui Xin nailed on this performance, her crying scene was too heartbreaking even when Female lead suffered partial deafness is on point. The ending was sad but satisfying (when the perpetrator realized he never seen his child again). Zhang Beixi also nailed on his performance and i like how he backout from force kissing when he saw Female lead tremble and trying to know what really happened when he is not there with her. The romance on this drama is barely zero so don't hope too much for sweet scene. I would recommend to people with strong heart and not having any mental issues.Was this review helpful to you?
The sole problem is male lead.
I am fans of Baiyan and its my first time i don't really like her male lead. The chemistry is only one side and i feel Baiyan tried too hard while this male lead is completely like wood and have dead fish eye all the time. The plot is common about hidden identity male lead is actually rich, full of misunderstanding. Not worth to rewatch.Was this review helpful to you?

Lighter reborn drama
I rewatched again to make the review since i watch Yu Peishan version first and this version is quite lighter and comedic compared to Yu Peishan one (Sun Yue and his comedic antic). Its about Female Lead who had died for operation table with broken heart since her husband said he didn't care about her life (He is actually cared but its too late). Han Yutong can match with Sun Yue's antic even without kisses. The supporting cast are quite okay especially Male Lead sister. When ABO plot turn mess
I personally like ABO stories with same or different gender and it was first Chinese short drama about ABO. The cast is quite promising since Bai Yan and Liu Qing are real CP. There was many kisses and bold scene but it didn't save the plot mess. Too much plot hole and ABO is just pretense to make boring plot more intriguing. Yuyin is one of chemistry catalyst.
I am glad i can finish few Yuyin drama without getting angry >_< (her last year dramas is make me boiled for bad ending)She can match with anyone but her with Shen Hao Nan is one of her best partner with Bai Fang Wen. Shen Hao Nan only matched with few actresses and Yuyin is one of that miracle. The Plot is quite new about how Female lead was going to jailed for 5 years to Self defense from her bad father and break up with male lead due this and forced of his family. It like reverse version of how male lead always try to getting female lead and its fun for me. Female lead got son without Male lead knowing and try to hide his son from him. The cat mouse play is fun and the ending is too abrupted since he finally know he got son and just like nothing happened at all. Hope there is other season and i would like both to cooperate again in next drama.

Revenge arc with perfect ending
Wen Moyan is one of my fav. She nails on revenge drama more than sweet drama. Her banter with Ye Haoran is ok and there is no forced happy ending which i liked. Female antagonist (Gou Jinjin) reminds me on Cheon Seojin character on Penthouse sans her iconic expression. Wang Daotie character is too small on this and i feel it needs to developed more. The minus on this drama sudden show on few characters that haven't not introduced properly. I still rewatch and recommend this drama to other people.Was this review helpful to you?

Upgraded version of Addicted 2.0
The story is same to Lee Byung Hun and Lee Miyeon Addicted (2002). I watched that first and it doesn't give me impression despite "fresh" plot.I watched it without try to remember previous film plot and the result was better than previous one in term of everything. It was like 2.0. The color palatte on this drama is pleasing and the shoot is unlike another common short drama. Ma Xiao Yu proved me he can act beside psychotic CEO or Mafia. Zhao Xixi acting is natural and has classy vibe. Hwang Bo is living my dream (sleeping while getting paid). The chemistry between Ma Xiao Yu and Zhao Xixi was fine. The kisses was real and hot. Zhao Xixi and Huang Bo are quite strong since they had co-starred on few short dramas before. Even Ma Xiao Yu and Huang Bo are quite like siblings vibe. I amazed with Mother acting. (Thumbs up to cast manager).
This short drama is morally grey since some people don't like the idea getting romantically involved with your spouse younger sibling and how Haoxun forced himself to become Haonan since he helplessly fall in love with Chuxia since college. Chuxia really loved Haonan. How Mother feels about both son and her internal conflict about family issue. I don't believe on soul swapped since they didnt put "Fantasy" on this drama.
For the ending, it depends on your perspective and i quite like they don't explain anything si(i think Chuxia knew Haoxun was pretending but she just shut up)

OK,this is my limit.
I never understand why Ni Wu-Pei Huanyu got so many adaptation (16 version, i give up following the story) since there is unnecessary tug-and-war and misunderstanding with Open Ending. (If you like kind of sour story i just suggest to watch Dong Yi-Fu Yushu version instead). Personally i hope in Zeng Hui-Han Yutong version has angst with Open Ending (I want to have their film have Sad Ending since all of their collabs have Happy Ending) but i don't feel they follow the novel and just like their previous drama (for reference watch Tuning Hearts [2025]) Male Lead chase Female Lead with past misunderstanding. Their acting are on their comfort zone there is no complain just they kind bored of same plot formula on this CP.Only recommended this, if you are true CP fans.

What a decent advertisement!
I watched this because the duration is about 15 minutes and quite interest with Huang Jinzhou/ Xiao Tai acts. For Yang Peng Cheng, i always have 50:50 since his acting is kind of hit and miss for me.The timing was too perfect for short focused minded and the first scene is obvious advertisement for sheet mask. Picking two names actor are quite nice idea for fans and they have kind of BL spark even it was not too obvious. They can make another season since the pair was quite interesting with refreshing plot like this.
I wont tell the plot that much and it was nice to seeing Xiaotai in his woman costume!
Recommended if you have short time to wait.

Yeah they named the drama right "Cheesy Plot"
I watched this since they are not less than 2 hours and i dare to say it's don't like because it feels they are using formula plot (kidnapping). I like both of actors acting and i put respect to Lin Rui Xue (+Zhang Bei Xi) for act so professional for playing an intimate scene.There is many steamy kissing scene but unfortunately the chemistry wasn't exist it only full with lust and i don't think ML ever love FL so did FL. Nothing memorable in this drama.

Another case of Male lead lacks of comedic skill and add the scumbag point
Zhao Caizi play the same character as her drama with Wen Yu. When the first drama problem is ML lack of comedic skill, in here the problem on this drama are more, ML also have same problem as Wen Yu but adds he was more scumbag and his character trait are unlikeable. The chemistry between Zhao Caixi and Li Hao is zeroOn side note, I enjoyed the FL Sister in Law acting and her fashion are so lovely. I like the second couple story even they are not are shown. It was to make me sane from ML lack of character development.
If you are Zhao Caizi fans you better watch her same theme drama with Wen Yu instead.

Everything is flat
Ok I watch this because of Zuo Ming. I like the beginning of the scene even there is no intimate scene it feels so aesthetic pleasure to see the shot. Wang Xiaoyi and Zuo Ming unfortunately didn't convince me as couple even as dynamic duo it was below of my standard. The ending is meh and everything is so flat even the conflict are too plain for my liking.Plot wise is generic about FL who was ML secretary hears ML was engaged and want to stop work with him. ML didn't realize he was in love with her.
Deserve to watch only once.

Not fans of the plot but the kisses was too hot
I watched it because of Tian Tian Yi and Jin Jia Yu as always play this kind of scumbag male lead. For the plot, i don't like it because there is missing point about ML father mistress and ML father backstory. FL was not naive, she is full schemer but ML was actually trapped in his own plan.The Plot is about FL who are adopted by ML as her niece since her face remind him of her mother mistress and want her to dissapear. FL knew ML was disguised with her so she provoked him more by being naughty student and flirt with other men.
The beginning of kiss was steamy, Jin Jia Yu knows how to kiss without viewer getting disguised. Tian Tian Yi balance the wilderness of Jin Jia Yu and there is chemistry between them. This is one of my reason to watch this.
Maybe if you like pseudo uncle-niece romantic relationship, you might enjoy this.

I watched it because of Bai Yan, her acting as damsel in distress female character are fine. I don't know what's on writer's mind when they make everyone understand mute character without miscommunication. Jin Jia Yu are perfect choice for scumbag male lead character, he delivered the character well. I don't like Male Lead characterization and i was close to drop this drama and decide to watch it with 2.5 x fast.Avoid it if you are want to be sane person.

Love The Couple but there is something missing on plot.
I was happy to see Wen Moyan collaborating again with Ye Haoran since both of them has chemistry and the plot is about what Ye Haoran was excellent; Younger Brother Role.The Plot is about rebirth when FL was being caged by ML due his yandere love to FL. In Second life, FL didn't want to involve with ML again while ML want to treat FL better so she wont run away for him.
For the plot, you only see couple cat mouse war while FL was two timing at the same time and ML was willing to be mistress and ask her to break up with her boyfriend for a week. There is many kisses and intimate scene and i feel both are enjoying this.
There is cons with Male Lead attitude and he never get character development even with the ending like that. At least FL are quite consistent to her ultimate goal until the end.
Recommended to watch if you are fans of both actor.
