Sometime great resource are needed to be hit.

Okay when i watched this i have mixed emotion about it because sometimes it needs more privilege and luck to get noticed.

You can clearly see the difference between a high-budget and a regular short drama from this one. High-budget, high-quality scripts usually have a complete storyline, professional film editing, meticulous costumes and props, and clean cinematography. This drama embodies these characteristics, so its popularity is understandable.

I watched the first version and i quite like FL characterization of Rong Yu from Zhong Yujin (she was newbie but her characterization is the best from Tainai adaptation) but her supporting casts are not stellar compared to Li Keyi's version. I dropped Zhang Shan version and tried to watch Li Keyi version and yes i quite like the Ou Gang way for the grandpa. I was barely know about Zhang Tingyi back then but Wang Peiyan was quite well-known. However, Li Keyi's fit with the role isn't great, so aside from scenes created by cinematic language (wartime) and storytelling (the ship returning home and the chess game), some parts feel slightly jarring. The good thing is that it's a short drama, so the shots aren't too long, making it somewhat acceptable.

Still watchable and I love grandpa and Wang Peiyan character in here.

Too much talking

I watched Yunmiao 2 with higher expectation and the result was not bad but still average and didn't catch the first charm.

There is more lean of dialogue than in the first season. The visual storytelling is noticeably less engaging than in the first season. The lack of detail and the feeling that solving the mystery relies solely on the FL's words lead to a lack of audience participation and the satisfying sense of plot twists and reversals. The costumes and props are still well-maintained.

I quite like ML is not her romantic interest but he is willing to become her servant.

Still prefer the first version.

Amazing without romance

I watched this since i don't mood of romance drama. Yunmiao was refreshing theme from Chinese short drama.

I always have beef about Wang Xiaoyi intonation (If she fixed it it would she would be perfect) but her acting perfectly captures the detached and aloof a cultivator, giving her a touch of ethereal beauty that I really like.

This is first time i found Wang Xiaoyi perfect combo (not in romance) and its Xue Binhong. I liked their boss-employee dynamic duo in here making this drama more watchable.

A very novel theme, a grand worldview, and impressive character design in this short series.

Recommended to watch.

Hidden identity with wrong diagnosis.

I watched all of Peng Daidai and Wang Nan and this is their best one. Although it's an old trop about hidden identity with wrong diagnosis, it was still decent to watch.

No drugging, No kidnapping, no shielding, and the couple stands united against outsiders. Wang Nan's crying scenes are absolutely amazing. There's a scene where he's eating while listening to the FL talk about the fifty things she wants to do before she dies.

The cons in this drama is ML assistant, he is more antagonist than the actual villain. He always interrupted ML goodwill and make misunderstanding more bigger.

Overall, the plot has many misunderstandings and plot holes, but they're resolved within a few episodes. The pretense of poverty and misdiagnosis aren't explained until the very last episode, and there's no unnecessary verbal sparring—it's all very satisfying to watch! The interactions between ML and FL are sweet, plentiful, and natural.

Recommended to watch.

I feel this drama was too rushed.

I watched this in 2024 and actually it was not that memorable and FL was relentlessly bullied and manipulated by SML.

Because of its shorter length and more content, the romantic subplot isn't as nuanced. This version doesn't clearly show the ML's redemption of the FL nor does it convey the feeling that he is actual FL benefactor. The chemistry between the leads is not strong.

Great CP but the plot is too flat.

Initially planned to put this on hold after seeing the synopsis but i watched this on Christmas day.

The dual rebirth between FL dan ML premise is quite sweet in the early stages, and both are intelligent and witty. The plot is flat, not giving the ML and FL much room to develop. FL is only relying entirely on emotion. The revenge plot is almost a minor subplot; the main storyline is a revenge romance with a mutual pursuit of the ML.

Feng Mingchao and Chen Luxi have a great chemistry. Their natural harmony and chemistry are strong, and their acting is adequate.

Maybe if you are out of drama, you can watch.

For Plot wise it was the best of Tainai Series.

Finally i have mood to writing review about Tainai series and personal take it was their best in terms of plot.

Li Keyi in this drama was really useful and not like spectator like Tainai 3. She was the one who helps Wu Tianhao character in this drama while almost of the brothers didn't believe him. Wang Daotie part are just comedic relief but his backstory wasn't well-written. And Zeng Hui character wasn't necessary in here.

I liked the Wu Tianhao plot it was too deep even the plot is feel so generic about real son was being thrown while fake son are using the family money with help of his real parents(the maid and butler).

Love how Li Keyi is back to institute to help spaceship project that real grandma was worked for. It feels patriotic and meaningful. Even the usual verbal sparring wasn't necessary.

For me it was the best part of Tainai series. Highly recommended.

Hope in the season 4 they wont use Wang Peiyan character as a joke anymore.

Finally i have mood to writing review about Tainai and the greatest things in this drama are supporting casts especially the brothers (the grandpa's also included in this) so it was expected to getting popular.

Personally Li Keyi as Rong Yun was average because if the supporting cast was from unknown actors the result is absolutely different.

The earlier episodes had some flaws; for example, the woman was pregnant, and a DNA test could have been done directly, but they dragged it out for several episodes. The later plot was good even they added so many F4 reference, Yuyin scene in Good Girl, etc but maybe the jokes didn't make me laugh or i was too tensed when i watch this.

Chen Tianxiang in here was so refreshing and his role was an significant role quite like his tandem with Wu Tianhao. Personally Meng Na character was unnecessary in this story and her acting is her comfort zone. One of the cons of this drama is they are over the line with Wang Pei Yan slapstick joke and his character was like the idiom frog in a coconut shell by scriptwriter.

Still decent watch and personally Tinghuadao are milking this series and making Tainai 4 with Cai Xinyang as Li Keyi's love interest.

Recommended to watch for stellar supporting casts.

Simple Plot for CP driven fans.

The plot is simple; the highlight is the sweet romance between Lu Huanyu and Zhang Jinyi. Their chemistry are overflowing with sweetness and plenty of kissing scenes

FL is also well-developed; she's incredibly strong-willed, a master of witty banter, and never backs down. Liked how ML teaches FL business, helping her to obtain the group's inheritance rights.

The villain in this drama is the typical villain of a short drama stubborn with narcistic attitude. Old style acting method.

Decent to watch if you are not into plot-driven drama and want the sweetness of CP.

Perfect Suspense drama for Duanju

I watched this two years ago and always rewatching and still amazed as first time watch. This drama giving Thai Movie somehow.

This is Jiang Shiqi first non-commercial drama and she is not into usual lovestruck FL instead she perfectly nailed as blind girl who get her sight again. Guo Ting Ting is incredible in this drama i almost not recognizing her looks.

Wang Daotie is perfect antagonist role in this drama. Not forgetting the child actor especially FL son who nailed the traumatized child. The Suspense feeling was perfect especially in the middle part until the end of drama.

The Ending was satisfying for me. Even Until now, I still rewatching this drama.

The Glory Knock off version

The plot is actually very interesting and reminded me of K-Drama The Glory especially the hairdryer scene. But it was getting dragged and boring in the middle on this drama. Teng Zewen performance is average but her hatred was not quite shown well just like Song Hye Kyo's character. Sun Junhe's role is somewhat bland, even a little less impressive than the SML. This knock-off The Glory duanju character lack the resolve to seek revenge and can't bring themselves to do it. The dubbing are actually make this drama more bland than it should. It's better to see The Glory instead of this.

The Great Grandma reference is letdown for me.

I already watched Yunmiao 5 and want to make review about this drama.

My biggest pet peeve this drama its similarly same to Tainai at the first and it feels lack of originality previous Yunmiao series.

Xue Binhong's fake eunuch setting and appearance add some comedic style to the drama, the plot is smooth, the pace is a bit slow at the beginning, but the pace is good after the obsession appears.

There's still a lot of verbal sparring, and the pacing hasn't improved significantly. The first story was decent, with some unexpected twists. The plot is driven purely by dialogue, making it difficult for the audience to connect with the story.

It really lacks the mysterious surprise of the first time. After the Empress's death and the appearance of the fourth princess's obsession, it enters the familiar rhythm of solving cases and helping to resolve obsessions. The character design and plot of the little girl Yun Xi acting are outstanding.

This is how i see the best Yunmiao series 1>4>3>2>5

Uncomplete drama

I watched this around January 2024 and didn't know the title and actors back then.

Plot is about FL who transmigrated into lovesick FL who betrayed by SML--high rising actor. SML and SFL went to dating show to promote their CP. While FL want to join dating agency to expose SML bad behavior and clean her name. FL motto is "Since I'm here, I'll go crazy," didn't care about scrutiny from viewers. ML just want to join dating show for last minute for FL and her chaotic action. Personally, I think this is the best adaptation. The theme is novel, the characters are perfect, FL is incredibly intelligent and strong, never suffers a loss, has a beautiful spirit, and is fair to everyone. I feel FL is real Shi Xuejing.

Wen Yuan didn't have any screen time than SML and there is less romantic moment since this drama focusing on FL antics.

The ending was quite abrupt, leaving viewers wanting more. Looking forward to season two (which is never happened again).

Not very satisfying but still good for silly laugh

Watched this last year but i just make review now.

FL is an empress. In her previous life, she believed the SML was her savior and doted on him exclusively. However, she was ultimately killed by him. Before dying, she discovered that the one who loved her and saved her was the ML. FL dies and is reborn on the day of the imperial concubine selection. ML and the SML participate. SML lead initially believes he will win, but FL has regained her senses and begins a sweet and affectionate relationship with ML, ignoring the SML. 3ML who loved the ML in his previous life but was tricked by the SML and became an accomplice in harming FL. However, 3ML is decisive and ultimately helps the ML resolve the conspiracy of the SML and his father, successfully saving the FL in this life.

Actually The plot is lacking, but it still made me laugh. No chemistry between Wang Xiao Yi and Shen Haonan in the entire drama.

If you look for romance turn away, but if you look for silly laugh this place is maybe for you.

Nothing Special

I watched this last year and honestly it was so hard to watch because it was boring.

The premise is that two unlucky people must be together to change their luck. To be honest, the production quality is rather average, but I haven't seen Lu Huanyu and Zhang Jinyi in a long time, so I kept watching with a promising start but a disappointing ending.

If you're not into Lu Huanyu and Zhang Jinyi, you can skip this one.
