Nah that's kinda scummy tho. He can be normal, but he had to be flirty. I watched the video and that's not the behaviour of someone with a wife and kid. Like, the fans know he needs to promote, but to be flirty with his co-star just no no. Even his co-star looks so uncomfortable.

Oh you didn't know about it? Before Wu Qian and her kid got photographed by the paparazzi, he is promoting a drama with his co-star. And he acts like he truly likes that person, and being flirty. At that time, he's already married with Wu Qian, even had a kid with her. It's so scummy.

But she's now out of that relationship and we, the fans, are happy about it.

By this point, I almost gave up. I think the episode is stuck and not moving anywhere. I'm tired of the misunderstanding. The drunken confession that goes nowhere. Shu Yi wanted to explain but ended up not explaining anything.

And one of the biggest flaw to the drama that I see in EP30: Too many couples.
We should focus on Shu Yi and Shi Yan, since their love story is stagnant at this point. And yet, they're moving nowhere. The other side couples got so much screentime. Why do we even get 5 minutes of ranch time that goes nowhere? Just for Shi Yan talking to Bi Ruoshan? The friend who actually helped in ruining the relationship in the first place?

I love Yu Yao, but really, it's just too much by this point. I'm not even sure what this drama is about anymore. It feels like they got together in this episode just for Qin Shiyue make that report to Shi Yan.

Too little interaction between the leads. The whole point of this story should be about the two of them, and yet they don't appear most of the time together. I guess I'll wait whether the drama is going to air another episode tomorrow. Looking at the preview, it seems like they're going to be back together in EP31. If they're still not, I think I'm gonna be raging mad.

Lmaoooo I'm a fan of Luo Yunxi and Wu Qian pairing since My Sunshine. I was so in love with them I follow all their projects after that without fail. And when we change to their adult version I almost cried lol

Bai Lu was never rumoured with Luo Yunxi I think? If yes, then I miss the supertopic in Weibo.

Lol I watch it after I go back from work and basically for stress relief. So I follow dramas daily for this purpose. It's easier to keep up with the story because I have no time to binge-watch with my work schedule.

Having expectation actually not that bad. But when you have too high of expectation and demanding things to be the same as you wanted, that's too much to me. I mean, where in the world you can get whatever you wanted? Lowering expectation is also a thing.

I don't understand why people have to bring other drama's name into another thread. Like, the XX drama is so much better than this drama! You can comment there, express your feelings. Why the need of talking about that in this drama, as it doesn't even related to the topic?

They didn't say anything basically confirmed it. Dating co-stars kinda her thing? I was debating with my friend about Luo Yunxi, but they were never caught. Who knows tho. She did date Xu Kai back then, I'm sure there's a news about it in weibo. I'm just too lazy to dig it.

I don't really get the people who wanted career woman to be "mature."
I've been career woman all my life, for the past 20 years, and I'm still labelled as childish person. I can be petty at work and take small revenge when I don't like things my colleague done, or just being crazy and flirty in general if I wanted to. Like, not all career woman had to be sharp, be on the edge, looking like they're holier than thou, etc. That's why to me, Shu Yi was okay. At work, she did her job properly. It was only in front of Shi Yan she did something crazy. It's not that bad to me though. I mean, who wouldn't act like that in front of her boyfriend, or potential husband?

I watched all his drama, and I found the inconsistency in his acting. It's not about the timeline, but it's mostly about the people he's with during the filming. Legend of Anle, I watched that and I have to power through it because I do like Dilireba quite a lot, and my mom loves the palace or historical drama, so I watched it with her. But his acting in that drama is unstable. There are times when he's truly good, but there are times when I can barely look at him and not feeling embarrassed. That doesn't mean he's THAT bad, but in terms of consistency in acting, he's not consistent. Word of Honour is the time when he can truly act out his acting capability, maybe because he didn't need to worry about having to build the chemistry with his female co-star. Here though, he is able to express himself fully. It should be due to the good team and also good actors he's with, so he can be more relaxed and that reflected to this acting as well. At least, in my opinion.

From her past record, Bai Lu had the tendency to date her co-star. During this filming, I think she's already in a relationship with Zhang Linghe (I mean, it's basically confirmed by this point, as early during her drama with Luo Yunxi). So I guess she just wanted to avoid the possibility of getting into another scandal. Or so I think.

If I read the chinese correctly, it should be her deleting him from her contact, not blocking. If blocking you can unblock. Deleting means she completely gave up on him. Because adding friends back means you need their consent as well in Weixin.

Really drama? They still didn't get back together at this point? I feel like this is such a wasted time for them though. How many episodes are we going with this?

The tree scene is actually a bit embarrassing. And what is it with Zheng Shuyi falling asleep again before answering Shi Yan's questions. I don't know anymore.

Though the part when they're together so short, I love it. I guess I just have to hold on until they ended this cold war.

Yeah lol The drama maximise the potential of the angst, but now though I'm just tired of this. I wanted them to get back together soon because they're cute when they're with each other.

The differences in the expectation I guess. For me, it's just okay, I don't really have any problems. But I guess for the people who are used with different type of drama, this might not be the most ideal.

I mean, even the K-dramas still use this kind of trope.

I really wish by this point they use the novel plot. I think this is a better explanation. When she's sick, he showed that he still care a lot for her, and in the end he realized that for whatever purpose she decided to get close to him, he's going to forgive her because he thought that he couldn't be without her. That's much more romantic that the tree scene. Like, whatever was that.
