It may be...It gets better since it is also making fun of C-drama cliches in new episodes, it is funny and romantic…
Yes, I'm starting to like it now. After the failed confession, somehow the story become better to me. The first 2 eps a bit rough, so that's why I said I'm not vibing with this drama yet. But now I do.
You know, is it me or is Miles just everywhere. I just saw him in Rising with the Wind and Only for Love, now…
I remember someone said that he's easy to contact and to hire. Not too expensive as well. So everyone wanted him in their production. That's why he's everywhere.
Though I wish he step up his game and get out of this "comfort zone" role. I'm sure his management wanted the best for him, but he's been in this role for too many times already.
As someone who read the novel in Chinese for the past 2 days, I have to say that the adaptation really covers the spirit of the novel. What makes me started to really like this story is when Tang Xin confessed, and it failed, then she cried overnight, but after that she went on with her life like usual. That really got me. Like, that's what people do in real life if they ever get broken hearted. They will weep and cry, but the next day you still need to get up and work. And that's precisely what she did. That resonated with me the most.
EP9 is also the same. I love that it's time for him to chase her now. He only realized what she meant to him after he lost her. I mean, everyone can see that he treated her differently. Her being able to get in and out of his office easily, and him being indulgent to her behaviour in a way, should be the green light to him and to everyone who saw their interaction.
I'm happy that he's working hard to win her favour. He had done something wrong to her, and he's there to make amends. She's getting soft, because he's still the person she loved for years, but she's also firm and not giving him the chance to make it up to her so easily. I'm starting to love their dynamics.
I got tired of seeing Wei Zheming in the same role over and over again. I know it works for him, but I'm getting tired of it. But this role seems a little bit different, and I'm glad to see some kind of changes in his role.
AND MY BABY ASSISTANT GAO! YOU ARE THE BEST! YOU ARE THE CUTEST!
Wow. I am noticing Miles so much in this one. Maybe closer shots? So he has liked her all along. He shows it in…
It's like he likes her all along, but don't really notice it. To him, unsuitable is because he had somewhat pursued her best friend before. Like the secretary said, the most complex relationship is between the friend and the best friend's husband/boyfriend or exes.
I'm watching this for my beautiful baby, Fan Jinwei. I love him since King's Avatar.
The story though, I'm still on the fence about it. It's decent enough for me to spend my time watching it but I'm not sure whether it will be good enough.
Anyone still watching the extra? It's actually quite fun.
Shu Yi's face when Shi Yan rejected her most fave wedding decoration is gold. It's like she can't believe Shi Yan can reject her lol Shu Yi: Shi Yan, you no longer love me don't you? Me rolling on the floor laughing
The wedding scene is overly short but still very fun and in my opinion, very beautiful. At least, Shu Yi's taste for her wedding decoration still on point.
While I know my people got frustrated by this show, and I'm also part of those people, but I still do love it a lot. I think it's still very fun, except for the unnecessary scenes of Yi Yang and having too many couples.
Nope haha. I'm very harsh with my rating. The highest I ever rated is 2015 drama, Lang Ya Ban (Nirvana in Fire),…
Yeah it's a very serious crime-solving one. Almost the same tone as the one in 2018 I think? The one with the dead girlfriend. The vibe is quite dark but it's a fun one. It might not be the best, but I do love it. I guess I love the serious tone in my crime-solving drama lol

Well, it could be though lol Romance can be anything haha To me, there's underlying romance because you can see the care that they have for each other. If not for this kind of vibe, I don't think Under the Skin could also get that much heat during its airing. Weibo at that time basically just crashed because of how people talked about the two male leads.
Because the only constant character in Dr Qin is Lin Tao. The others always change

There's romance, it's just not spoken loudly haha. The care they have for each other is very obvious, but it's not the type that would make you go all soft because of the romantic gesture.
When I saw your 6 rating I thought your going to say that the movie was shtty 💀Btw I'm currently watching the…
Nope haha. I'm very harsh with my rating. The highest I ever rated is 2015 drama, Lang Ya Ban (Nirvana in Fire), which is 9. 6 is still quite high in my book. But considering everything in the drama production and value, the score 6 is really good.
2016 version was really good. Like there's underlying romance. You can feel it though it's not said explicitly. The newest version, the one with Zhang Yao, was the worst one. It's more like a romantic drama than case-solving drama. Usually, there's at least interesting look of forensic, since the original novel author is also a professional forensic in China.
There's no one with 0 romance sadly. But most of the time, it's just there but not explored. We know they like each other, but it was not really a big part of the story. Other than the one with Zhang Yao, other version of Dr Qin has good case-solving structure, and it's quite decent as well.

When I first watched it, my first comment to my friend be like: Why he looks like a child pretending to be CEO lol They wanted to dress him up but clearly he's not able to do his part lol
Still, I agree that Wang Hedi looks very handsome though. I love him with the glasses.

My rating is 6/10 for this drama lol I'm gonna be generous because I do love it quite a lot and it's a fun experience to me watching it. It did help me to not feel stressed haha

I also don't know why the writer choose it to be that way lol But all the fluff and the kisses make up for the bad experiences I have for the break up episodes that don't matter lol
Why is the FL acting like a brat? Like she asks for flowers, she asks for rides, he gave her a bracelet she kept…
To be honest, she acted like that when she first approached him. She was just playing around with him, and he followed along with her act. Remember, he always said that she's a journalist who liked to act. Her act is to be cute around him. I mean, being cute around your boyfriend is not a sin. And he did promise that he will do everything she wanted and more, if she's willing to move into his house. So she just asked him to do things he had promised, it's not a bad thing. Lovers can be lovey dovey all they wanted.
I don't know what sub you're reading, but remember she hurt her hands and can't do it herself and that's why she asked for his help.
why you disappointed about the first time their met?
They never explained it. It felt so jarring that they left it like that. Shi Yan also said that the scene where Shuyi got rained on in the first episode and he offering her to take her back was not the first time he saw her, but it never got explained. They wasted so many times for the break-up and Yi Yang, I think they have to cut short many things.
😱.... where did Shi Yan and Shu Yi's wedding scenes go? Sigh.... now the ratings dropped to 7.9...Gosh, Thank…

They robbed us of the wedding scenes! And give us the wedding scene of Tang Yi and Guan Xiangchen instead. Like whyyyyyyy But Shiyue's toast so funny lmao She blurted out all the well-wishes and like Shu Yi said, they had nothing else to say after hahahaha
