I find it unbelievable that this is from the writer of Misaeng/Arang. I would expect this lazy, cringey script from a rookie writer. I totally expected dodgy acting (Im Joo Hwan predictably being the only saving grace so far) but I didn't expect the script to be this bad.
So Ah, a psychiatrist? What a joke. She has about as much credibility as a doctor as NJH does playing a god.
Nigeru Wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu is a great drama - it's very well written with a great supporting cast but for some reason it's my least favourite Gakki pairing and out of the two, my heart lies with Zenkai Girl. It's absolutely adorable and one of my personal favourite jdrama rom-coms imo - it blends rom-com shenanigans with family drama very well and both leads are wonderful.
A guy is interrogated for murder and they are talking about gastronomic food mmh + he shows up in the middle of…
yeah that scene descended into farcical territory for me. it was too ridiculous. she did tell him to get out at one point but i have no idea why anyone let him spout a load of crap without forcibly removing him from the interrogation room.
it's kind of scary how much i love dong man/ae ra already. the final scene between them in episode 2 was gold! their banter and chemistry is everything.
Damn '88 Kwang Ho id dead.. how.. unexpected.. I really wanted to see N act in this kind of a role, but I…
I think there is alot still to reveal about his character and we will see more of him in flashbacks. I was excited about two Park Kwang Ho's meeting so I feel you! It was a good twist but I'm disappointed at the same time.
YES KAORI YOU DID IT. Sort of. I mean, wouldn't it have been better if she'd actually spoken to Ryo-chan and broken it off with him face to face? Did that happen off screen or did that not happen at all... idgi. What I really wanted was for her to confront him and tell him to stop treating her like shit and end it for good. Anyway, what's important is that she actually FINALLY made that step. Not like I've been waiting weeks for that to happen or anything lol.
I feel kind of conflicted bc although I do like Hayasaka-san (he's so sweet and sincere) I'm not sure where this is going? I don't think he's endgame, and I'm not entirely sure if the writer wants us to root for Rinko/Key... I'm like 80% sure they do lol.
At the end of the day, Key's a hypocrite. He was evidently frustrated that Rinko won't confess to Hayasaka until she's sure of his feelings, but then he so obviously likes her (the way he teases her, all the staring and his disappointed face when she gets flustered after asking her if she likes Hayasaka) but he doesn't do anything either. He did the exact same thing before too (when she worked up the courage to ask him how he feels about her after they slept together and he shot her down. He was so cutting I wanted to kill him lol). WHY IS HE LIKE THIS???
I liked that he was the one to force Kaori to turn her back on Ryo-chan for good, but it irks me that he sort of has this sense of superiority over these 'hapless women' that are ruled by their emotions and keeps having to lecture them on how indecisive they are. You rarely see him vulnerable. He's so coldly rational that he's hard to connect to imo. I hope the last few episodes can rectify that and get me to feel for him a little. He's soooo frustrating.
I don't like either of those characters either but your hatred of women is just too much. I've seen your comments everywhere on this site and 99% of them is you trashing female characters and using disgusting language.
There is a psychopath in this show, and it sure ain't Hee Ji.
I kind of enjoyed the first two episodes, but this week's episodes missed the mark with mysterious/creepy atmosphere imo and now it's just farcical. No idea how they're going to drag this out for 20 episodes when they've revealed/hinted at so much already.
If you're talking about tv ratings, Go So Young is the only real 'star' in this, and she hasn't been on tv for years, and KBS barely promoted it. I also think it's in the wrong timeslot - the content is more weekend drama fare.
