And in his final moments, the only thing he cared about was whether his brother would think he did a good job, if his efforts were enough, and that he did not let him down. he only wished for making Lao Lu proud, someone who he saw as his real older brother, his only family.

i think I finally kinda get why JSY and TY's parents, along with their married couple friends, seem so "clueless" about their feelings for each other. For the longest time, JSY and TY have consistently presented themselves as just friends or "best bros," constantly telling everyone around them that there was nothing more between them. And over time, this narrative became so ingrained that the parents and FWR+JYA fully accepted it as fact, dismissing any romantic undertones. Now, even when more obvious signs of romantic feelings start to emerge, their friends and families are so convinced of the platonic nature of their relationship that they simply don't "see" it.
This is such a beautifully shot drama, making it perfect to watch and savor with a warm cup of coffee and for those moments when you can slow down, allowing you to fully appreciate the love story, the emotions, and the artistic scenes.

hmm not sure. maybe it's about two people reflecting on their past relationship and the circumstances that led to their painful breakup. And now that they are older, maybe it will show them understanding what happened back then and appreciating each other's differences, and healing from past hurt.

Really felt that. The FL delivered this line so powerfully; you could sense the weight of her sadness, heartache, and maybe regret; you could feel her sadness of realizing that she and the ML never found "that love." A painful truth.
i think this is maybe only time i've seen a ML move and fight as if he's stepped straight out of an anime. it's all so mesmerizing. love his powerful gaze.
