agree that sometimes leader needs to make hard decisions but gotta say i like the way Ji Xing approached/handled/resolved the problems that occurred in today's episodes. she chose to work together with her team especially giving the guy, who made the error, a chance to fix the issue.
the scene with Han Ting's sister/older cousin confronting HT in his office - i am a little confused by the office politics, can anyone briefly tell me what is going on, what is the sister upset about?
sigh...can't for once these dramas not have female characters like Zeng Di? she likes HT, fine...she is pissed, fine...she wants to pursue HT, fine...but at least make her someone who is fair...

Just wondering...i get Grandma's intentions for arranging the inheritance the way she did but couldn't the goals still have been achieved if she had given the hotel ownership to both MCH and YZM? I mean if MCH also owns the hotel, then it can't be sold off or given to Zhang?
