Agreed! Her styling for the drama is on point - regardless how expensive her entire wardrobe is! My favorurite example is the 2 piece she wore to the networking party - it was well fitted, but the style just seemed so outdated and too interview formal for a cocktail party (thanks, grandma!)

I read his character is questionable in the novel so it seems they're trying to stay true to the source material. However, they spent a lot of time developing his character before the jump, why ruin it now?!

Maybe he feels like nothing happened between him and JJ in the past 2 years because he has never outright pursed her. He's probably terrified of being rejected so he was okay with their status quo. I don't know the content leading up to he scene, but he was probably at his breaking point when he felt like she's actually slipping away.

However, I don't know what part of JJ's actions given him the idea that she sinti him. She's always been friendly, but she's never lead him on.

Nah. It's the same in kdramas - heating is too loud and may ruin the sound quality of the scene. The studios are also huge so it's impossible to heat up the entire space. They may have space heaters in between takes but it's nowhwere near them during a scene, thats for sure

Although I've never really seen their breaths when they're talking in LiS, it means it wasn't that cold on set. I guess Shanghai never gets thaaaaaat cold.

YEP! DS's smile before, during and after he said yes was just too adorable. DS is about to experience his first love <3

I swooned during all of DM and DS scenes - the way he looks at her...BE STILL MY HEART! I love the flashback of everyone doubting him and then DM's voiceover where she said he's her music box. When she said the music was wonderful, I WAS LIKE YES YOU ARE WONDERFUL, DS! Even though the letter was not directed to him, I think he needed that encouragement. It was such a beautiful scene. Loveeeee themmm!!!

I died during all the bromance scenes. The text where DS almost sent - "Sweet dreams. LOL" DEAD.

I think SFL is the one who is pregnant! Maybe YS finds the pregnancy test and thought JJ is pregnant.

oh noooooooo!!! Honestly, I've been super spoiled by BL's chemistry with all her male leads. Especially after explosive chemistry with Xu Kai and Leo...I don't know how I'm going to get through it if the chemistry isn't there :'(

I only watched the first 20 minutes of episode 1 (can't watch to watch more after work), and I also love the set up!

Leon's foundation is two shades too light (in time for halloween?), but I'm loving how he's soo straitlaced and smart and how him and BL already bud heads. I love this trope soo much.

His first meeting with BL killed me when he kicked her out. I rewatched it three times and laughed out loud all three times.
