The problem wit exam seems to be his mental state rather preparation level. He knew that he had to give the tests when he decided to give up the seat and was pretty confident he will br fine. I thought those were the final school exams. Teh was still in last days of schools. So, he had to take the final exam anyway even if he already got admission. It doesn't seem likely , he would completely ignore those exams as that would be a part of record. So, he must be preparing for them?
Correct me if I am wrong, Teh needs the Chinese language points for the admission. SO, even if he screws up the Chinese test, it doesn't mean his chances for admission are totally gone!
