Does anyone know why Teh keeps creepily sniffing things like the food and the paper?
its not creepy, he has always hated the smell of coconut, but finds it intoxicating when it is on Aeh's hair or his writing. This is also him trying to figure out what is going on.
Tbh, I watched many BL series and a lot of them were high quality (like Until we meet again) but I think this…
That was beautifully said. It's like everyone here in the comment section is trying and trying to describe how they are feeling watching this series, but still can't put it in words completely.
Just saw the subbed trailer, I can't bear it.. Teh doesn't want to step out of his comfort zone, Aew wants to move forward; Oh, the angst! Please, step up Teh.
Well, I think so. That means thailand captures the interests of their viewers that is why most bl dramas from…
Well, you can just think of it as a story of love rather than focusing on gender. Back in the day, a lot of my straight friends watched "Brokeback Mountain" and enjoyed it.
Yeah, that was part of what made me feel that there are two interviews in different timelines being shown simultaneously, but I guess it didn't really mean anything.
When Aew said, "But I think you are jealous", he didn't only mean the bedroom sharing thing but also the invitation…
Right, its done so realistically, it's no one's fault but still people end up getting hurt. As someone wrote below, the juxtaposition of characters is so amazing. Aew insecure about his future but so in touch with his inner self, and Teh just the opposite.
You know what, I just realized this earlier and I am surprised why no one has mentioned this, I figured i should…
When Aew said, "But I think you are jealous", he didn't only mean the bedroom sharing thing but also the invitation to the restaurant and his study date with Bas. The feeling has been too persistent and enduring for Teh, to be regarded as a temporary lust. No one writes pages after pages of "RIval" and then even more pages of "Intimate" for someone with transient feelings. What you are writing applies more towards Aew's feelings for Bas. Its true, Teh hasn't been able to put a finger on it yet, but a part of it is also because of that would imply he is gay. On the beach, when Aew says "Secret!", Teh visibly relaxes.
Alright, no one is going to die. Please, this series is so raw and realistic; if someone dies that will just defeat the point. I will stick to to the theory that Teh caves in under pressure and breaks up with Aew, realizes how he has hurt Aew and then gives up his uni seat as an atonement for his behavior. Someone said the makers have confirmed there will be more stuff after episode 5. I think that would be when they grow up a little more and can be reunited.
Does anyone also think that one of the reasons why Teh was always asking if Aew wants to study in episode 3 is…
Maybe he thinks it is the only thing he is good at, like this is is the way he can keep Aew with him, but actually wants more. In the boat scene, he says to Aew, "You can tell me about everything, not just studies."
I've already said this once so I'll just copy and paste it:People seem to be taking the whole thing in the gazebo…
"Tbh if it were my siblings I'd step in too if I think they're not getting what they deserve in a relationship." It would be fine if you behaved that way, but then you are not an ally of a gay person. You can't have it both ways. And if you really intervened in a sibling's relationship in a similar situation, you will more likely cause more harm than any good. It's not like Karl is cheating on him or abusing Vlad or anything like that which requires intervention of a third party. It might make you feel better that you stoop up for your sibling, but that's all.
".. he appeared to have forgotten about what she said.. " She has no standing in this relationship. It is for both of them two figure out how to go about it. Karl doesn't need to consider her opinions while developing his relationship with Vlad.
Can I just say, Hoon was the first person to accept Aew in the family, when he ruffled Aew's hair to comfort him in the beginning of the first episode!
I believe that everybody is entitled to their own story. It seems like everyone wants to write Karl's story, but…
Right, Karl is entitled to his own journey. When you give an ultimatum to someone like that, they are more likely go back into their shell no matter how much they care, only to regret it one day in future. The problem with the sister is, intentionally or unintentionally, she is projecting herself as an ally, which makes you let your guard down and then comes the attack. No one can force a self-realization on someone. It just doesn't work that way.
I still get Vlad, because in spite of the confidence he exudes, he is just a teenager insecure in love with a bad relationship history. His argument with Karl and his walking out is still a part of the process in a relationship. But I find it strange even in real life for someone to insist that you must come out, after being in a relationship for what, two days!!
