I am 26 now, but yeah, I was 25 when I posted the previous comment. Is his girlfriend who I think it is? His co-star in The Romance of Hua Rong? They had the best chemistry I have ever seen.
I really liked this one. If there was something I did not like, even more than the "evil" actress, was the male lead’s sister. She was so childish and selfish and its not like she had much character growth. The female lead simply fed her a bone so she stopped barking at her. And that lack of character growth is confirmed when she releases that audio later on.
For me, the way she was paired with "that person" was for the writers convenience. I do not think they were a good match. Being friends? Sure. But I dont think she has the maturity to be in a romantic relationship.
Oh well, other than that, this was a pretty good drama. You will get diabetes from watching it tho, so be warned. XD
I'm sorry, but I still think the male lead was really bad despite him not being a serial killer. I understand…
Dont get me wrong. I did not think he was a good person or that his childhood excuses him of anything. He is bad. Just not as bad as being a serial killer. Most of the characters in this drama were not likable. The female lead in real life would already be dead. There are so many red flags and she keeps insisting in playing his psychiatrist/mom or something. I am worried younger people will take this drama seriously and in a similar situation try to "help" the person that is stalking them instead of protecting themselves. This is a drama, but in real life someone behaving like the male lead would have already broke into your house, raped you and if youre lucky he wont kill you and then kill himself so you both can be together in death.
So yeah, I also gave this drama a pretty low rating because it is not well written and tries to pass serious things like stalking as if its not a big deal. I am 26 so I can distinguish from drama and reality but a 16 year old might believe this is how things happen in real life and that could be dangerous.
Although I agree this was a total mess and the female lead took dumb to a whole other level, I think you might have missed some things, maybe as you were skipping through it. The male lead was not as bad as you made it seem. In his past life he was not the serial killer, his father was and they made him seem like a crazy guy who imagined the whole thing and was actually committing the murders himself. The only time he actually killed someone was so the female lead could have the heart transplant. So yeah, he was messed up, cant blame him with the kind of childhood he had, but he was not a serial killer.
This is a huge mess. I am not even sure why I kept watching, I guess something about it was interesting enough.
But both the plot and characters are dramatic in a very soap opera way. The way they acted was like they were playing the characters of a family drama and they knew it. The way the female lead was too good to the point of dumb and the back and forth between the 2 male leads, everything made me cringe. The original plot idea also seemed to be lost near the end, which from what I read is not surprising since the writer was changed. The ending made no sense. The whole thing felt very sloppy.
I am giving this a 6 and I am already being generous. The only reason I am not giving it a rating below 5 is because I watched it until the end so I cannot say I completely hated it.
I decided to just use loaded words.Light, Fluffy, Regular, and Sweet.Foolish moments, no angst, predictable. Everyone…
The thing with Miss Truth is that she is in love with each of them at some point. At first I wanted her to be with the second male lead, then some things were revealed that made me dislike him, but then some of his actions made me have second thoughts. Same thing with the male lead. But I guess that makes them more realistic, they are not white nor black, they are grey characters.
The romance is good, although not the best since she has a change of heart and does not like the same person the entire time, but it is entertaining to watch. Not perfect, as you will be able to tell from the comment I left in that drama’s page, but a pretty good watch.
100% agree, above all to the Thai/Chinese couple that basically were treated like the main couple and they were…
Ikr? In that sense kdramas tend to be better. It is very rare for a korean drama to barely show the main leads in favor of the second couple, unless it is one of those dramas that have a lot of main characters like the family dramas that are over 100 episodes. But in a short drama, you really need to prioritize the people who the story is supposed to be about.

Yeah, I am really anticipating that one. But only 10 episodes are subbed so far so I will wait until she uploads episode 30 or something and then start watching. If I end up liking it a lot, having to wait will be a torture.

Yeah. It is definitely one of those light dramas. But even between light dramas I have found better....I have also found worse. So I still recommend this one. I think I went in with high expectations because I had just finished watching 2 dramas with similar plots.
It was not bad but I felt I slowly started to lose interest in it around the second half.
The cases were not as interesting as other dramas I have watched, like Under The Power, and the chemistry and overall relationship between the leads, although not bad, it was not amazing either. I sometimes felt like the second couple had more development in the romance department even when he spent a huge chunk of the drama without really knowing her. The ending was also underwhelming, and again, the main leads seemed to take a back seat compared to the second couple.
So, not a bad drama if you are looking for something light, but the plot is average.
2 kisses and one insinuated sex scene, no other ski ship or teases lol
Yeah. But a lot of times spending so much time apart makes it easy for them to behave as if they are not married. So they will go out to drink with people of the opposite gender and a lot of times end up cheating on their partner. Youre right, distance is the main factor. And with distance comes other dangers. It is rare to find a celebrity couple that has been married for a long time. Most celebrities marry 2 or 3 times in their life.
