But about Li Lun, I feel like as long as he was all powerful, he probably thought if the time comes, he'll stop ZYC from taking LL's life. But after restoring the sword, he knew he'd depleted his power and a fight with LL was imminent, so he asked ZYC to spare LL's life.

Yes I'm glad people supported your comment. Maybe others reacted badly because they don't know the real issues. I was one of those who defended him before this, because I thought it's the usual nonsense people like Xiao Zhan get on people's bad side for. And there's always some flaws in every person. Artists aren't saints. But I had no idea it was a serious issue like abusive and toxic behavior.

In any case, as I said, I don't want to get you guys in trouble. Just wanted to let you know as a casual GJM fan (ex-fan now lol) how clueless we are about the real issues. Specially since his English Wikipedia page also only mentions the plagiarism allegations and nothing about his mistreatment and favoritism towards actors. So I always dismissed the negativity around him as such.

So I don't see why a discussion about the director's issues would be a problem.
Some might say it can bring the drama down, which is a silly excuse imo, because the drama doesn't only belong to GJM. And a couple of votes isn't more important than real humans.
Still, it's up to you. I'm not an expert on this matter. I can see Neo's fans don't like trouble. But I was a fan of this director and had no idea about these issues.

Yes I agree, she wasn't given many opportunities to show/prove her qualities. And as I said, that last sacrifice should've been hers. I've posted about this in feeds. They wrote her last scenes very poorly.

Thanks for sharing. DY had many issues. For me, MC being overshadowed by SML wasn't one of them. In fact, that drama was partially ruined by the amount of focus on YDJ's cliche love affair, when we could've gotten a lot more of the history and characters we were anticipating.

Was GJM even expecting him to be overshadowed? Because I used to dislike the guy and was still blown away by his portrayal of ZY.
