Yeah, the relationship between the characters is confusing because we jump right into the story. From what I gathered, the Wen family heads a huge corporation. Bao Ge must've been the son of a loyal hand, direct mentee of Father Wen, or in debt to the Wen family in some way. He's more like a biological brother to WBB, so he must've helped Sister Wen out immensely as she took over the business. But Bao Ge must engage in some illegal dealings/practices since his business runs more like a local mafia lol. But he's trying to whitewash the business and go clean.
There's some tension between Bao Ge and BIL. It's not clear if it's because of Sister Wen. She obviously wants WBB to associate more with BIL (the good guys) instead of BG (shady guys). WBB himself has talents that can be cultivated and used well on either side. So, they better find that gun lol. Because that could determine which older brother's path he'll follow (even though I sense he just wants to walk his own path). It'll be interesting to see how the mystery unfolds and how that would impact the characters relationships with one another.
