Yes, i am currently watching that too although I get anxiety when watching the drama. 😅 they tackle the 1st problem (the fabric) in 3 episodes, I am always on my toes the whole time. 😅 that's why i took a break. Hehehe. Will resume once I have a freer time. 😆 for now, i have a long list on my weekly episode updated dramas :)

My guess is that it was DY. It's winter, and DH only comes on summer. My theory is that in the opening of the episode she said that she regretted the confession. Because telling Do Young that she likes Do Ha, made DY go to America instead of the other twin, thus the switch and "the accident" may have occured that time too - DY's death. She believed it was because of her confession that led to DY's death because in that confession, DY switched with DH in going to america in his stead.
