I actually really liked season 2. However it did have a different feel from the first season. But you get to see…
but to me oi feel like he was in it a lot? I know people were saying that but he was in it more than I thought he would be. Especially during the later half of the season

i hope the second couple either gets a spin-off, or a show of their own
hopefully a spinoff because i want their characters explored rather than a whle new show and characters

I’m a little concerned cause this show definitely doesn’t have any censorship which means they can focus on romance. Yet, there’s a big cast and already a lot of intricacies to character relationships and connections. I understand for the censor shows why they focused more on the plot rather than romance, however, since this show is not censored I hope they can focus a bit more on the romance. Overall, I like it though the dubbing is off

Just rewatched the first season and idk if this is an unpopular opinion but I really wish that they hadn't brought…
it’s not unpopular and I 1000% agree.

didnt watch season 2 because of the reviews but now that lee dohyun is a main in season 3, im gonna watch it lmao
I actually really liked season 2. However it did have a different feel from the first season. But you get to see a lot of dynamics in terms of the survivors and the plot was good. I also think Minsi does great in her role as the main. I hope you didn’t decide to not watch it since she was the main, cause imo she’s the glue of the whole story and group. She bridges everyone together.

My currently watching list has been dry for a long long time... finally two dramas for me are dropping in 3 days..…
what’s the other drama if you don’t mind me asking?
On Meet You at the Blossom Jul 16, 2024
I’m confused. Someone answer. But it says it’s a Chinese and Taiwanese production, however it says a Thai drama with Thai on the poster. It’s obviously a Chinese show in terms of language and stuff, but is it FOR China as in censorship, or is it for Taiwanese and Thai watchers?

I had an emotional roller coaster with Ming, Hated him, felt sorry about him, then liked him a bit. I loved Joe…
I loved joe too. He’s just a good guy and he genuine has no hate in his heart😭
On My Stand-In: Uncut Jul 16, 2024
I’m taking points off because once again a show fails to highlight the villain AND properly punish them. There’s absolutely no way Tony got off scotch free…. Also they missed the mark on giving us a REAL second couple with the secretary and the brother smh. This show was very entertaining but wild and unexpected lol.

Also, it’s weird how there was never a special episode seeing how popular this show is. I could really use a special episode😭

if you’re wondering rather you’ll get over this show, you won’t. To this day I get emotional and tear up whenever I think of this show. And Sunshower by Ayumu Imazu (the opening song) is one of my all time favorite songs. It just provokes so much emotion and nostalgia and makes me so sentimental. I love everything about this show

How does this drama have a 9.1 rating but the first 2 pages of reviews are super low 😮
yeah I’m confused too. I think the haters are coming out lol cause when the show ended it was all positive reviews. Also I’d say look at comments instead of reviews

After watching Season 1, got curious on the 2nd season and decided to check this out. I felt that season 2 yielded…
I’m confused, is this fictional or documentary?

this must be the first asian series where a guy is using his unborn kid as a leverage in family drama 😆
fr! And it’s the way he never stopped. He kept using the kid for emotional blackmail even to Joe

What do you guys think will joe get back into his old body?
I don’t think so, his old body is burned into ashes. I think he’s gonna maybe be reborned but idk
This is my favorite Ruroni Kenshin movie. I have not watched the Netflix ones, however, this is gonna be pretty hard to beat. From the direction to the acting to the production and to the fight choreography- everything was PERFECT!

The casting is so perfect and all the characters really contribute and hold their own. Saito is literally so freaking fine and his aura is so strong. Sano is a crazy brute and so headstrong. And even Shishio is a crazy anarchist who just wants to see the world burn. My only issues in terms of casting is that Misao and Kaoru look too similar lmao. However, their characters are definitely different. Where Misao is kind of tomboyish and headstrong, Kaoru is more effeminate and strict. Literally all the characters and their dynamics were interesting like the courtesan and Shishio (the way he used her in the end was kind of brilliant and I give them their props), or the elder and Aoshi. Like these were amazing dynamics

My favorite fight scene was between Aoshi and Kenshin. It just flowed so well and was so satisfying to watch. The fight at the end was really good too. Sano is such a brute lmao. He was beat up more then Kenshin and was able to stand upright until the end. Shishio’s fire tactics were also so cool that I had to look up how he does it and it’s literally so freaking awesome. Also, Kenshin’s master was really cool cause I love how he fights. I feel like Kenshin is the only one who solely uses his sword, whereas his mentor uses his whole body as well as his sword to fight. There are other characters who use their bodies too but the master’s was the most satisfying.

The plot was also satisfying. I love seeing people’s origins and returning back to their roots. And the fight, rest/strengthen, fight sequence. Every movie franchise needs that like Star Wars, Kill Bill, and Kung Fu Panda lol. It’s so satisfying

And also the acting was just superb. Misao BODIED her performance and so did some of the henchmen for Shishio. Like the little kid, his sinister playfulness and then agony and confusion at the end was *chefs kiss*. And Hoji was annoying but the actor played the character so well.

Overall this movie is a 10/10 in my book. I still wanted more romance between Miss Kaoru and Kenshin, but this movie is still perfect
