I think that the original cast will be used, after scrolling through weibo I have seen all people say that they will not watch the second season if there is a cast change because the drama won't have the same feel and I honestly agree. There has been speculation to if Ding YuXi would appear in the second season, we are still not sure :(

He has said in the past that he wants to get married and have his own children in the future, but due to work he tends not to get into romantic relationships and he doesn't have time for it :(
I was honestly disappointed by The Legend of Jun Yan... I hope that his other dramas will have better scripts, he has so much potential! Also, as a fan of the 'The Eternal Love' drama series I can't wait to seem him acting with some of my favorite actors/actresses :)
I am currently watching this drama and despite enjoying it I do think that they are being very very repetitive with the romantic scenes between them... they mainly consist of the FL romantically falling into the MLs arms or the ML pushing her against a tree/wall 90% of the time. Despite saying this though, I love the song Lifetime in the OST, the instrumental version is so so pretty! Apart from the OST I have also began to warm up to their relationship and I think they are quite adorable together (I didn't like the ML in the beginning but i'm beginning to love his 'mature/cold' look. I will probably be watching some of his other dramas in the future aha).
This drama is a good romcom to pass the time but it is odd at times and I feel like they are trying to stuff a lot of information into a short drama (Which led to a lot of plot holes in the story unfortunately) and honestly the FLs decisions are annoying me so much.I honestly think that this drama would be much better if some parts of the plot were removed, this story should have only been a short romcom in my opinion. Also as someone has said before me, the script writing isn't great honestly :( But if you want to watch a cute romcom to pass the time you should give this a try :)

I suppose I agree but some of these dramas I have quite enjoyed despite them being low budget and fluffy dramas (But I am slightly biased because I love fluffy dramas). Despite them being new actors with very little skill I can still see that some of them have a lot of potential, the actors that you think are so good started like them in the past so maybe try and give them a chance and see these these new actors/actresses grow? I of course respect your opinion on this matter, I just wanted to share my opinion. Also, like you I am waiting for a high budget historical drama like Eternal Love and Ashes of Love but these dramas take longer to make so we will be waiting a while :(, but luckily there seems to be some potentially good historical dramas being released in 2021.
What does everyone think of the drama so far? This isn't my type of plot but honestly I keep coming back to the page because it seems like an interesting plot :)
OML! I've been waiting for another Romance drama with Yang Yang! I honestly can't wait, they also made Dilraba the FL! I honestly think this will be so good, can 2021 come faster xD
I want to see him have a main role in a Romance drama! I'm loving him in Lost Romance but the plot is going in the direction of heart-break for his character and i'm honestly so upset about it :((
