I'm having so much expectations for this drama. And btw why is almost all dramas are shifting from 16 episodes…
eh I disagree. i am enjoying the 12 episodes format way more since like you said they are dragging less and it fit more. maybe its because i am used to jdramas (they are usually 10 to 12 episodes), but i am loving this change the most
honestly I am VERY curious both who tried to kill Tori and why? it couldn't be the 3 friends since they genuinely seemed shocked then who are other suspects? honestly just the professor is left but why would he want to kill tori anyway? just for a mystery? still seems weird. there is also a chance it was a suicide attempt and then he forgot but again why? there is also a weird feeling that Hisame feels more guilty about the incident that the others but why? mikage even said that Hisame wants to be killed by Tori. can't wait for answers.
ok now its WAAY too obvious. So Nishino was the one who fought it out with Ugumori but it was an accident and she is obviously very sorry and not capable of murder so she is not who killed Kujo and at the end Sagara went to ask Hamaoka about who gave him info about Nishino needing help which is obviously Hoshizaki because he was bored. Like just say it, its obvious why do I have to wait a whole week T_T even the preview is just clips from past episodes I guess so that there wouldn't be any spoilers. anyway I bet my entire savings and my kidney to Hoshizaki being the villain XD he literally didn't utter a word the entire episode and overall not once did he speak about Ugumori's death and show any sadness also in the video at the end he was the only one who moved and he looked straight at the camera so yeah.
its getting updated ( the hardsubs are on episode 3 currently) just give them time.you can watch the raws meanwhile…
there is actually! ML gets hit in the head and 2nd ML faints after seeing him like that with blood but its mostly because he was reminded of when the ML got cut in his neck before by someone years ago (that past case is not fully explained yet)

they are really good friends and I love their relationship but there is also this tension almost as if one of them feels guilty toward the other but we don't know why yet
the ending was so rushed.... they left out A LOT of details and explanations to be able to finish it within the…
things like Mikio's two videos before and after his experiment in making nezu kill him failed and him saying that he surprised himself in that he was happy when nezu didn't shoot him which show us he actually did consider Nezu a friend some time along the way. but also and more importantly the whole teacher situation.... they literally didn't explain here AT ALL why she hated them and especially Nezu I guess because they didn't have time for a long monologue. she basically got bullied a lot by them and when she was pregnant Nezu caused her to miscarry by a prank he pulled (if I remember correctly he put a frog in her desk which she is so afraid of). so yeah I was disappointed they removed all that and the whole teacher situation seemed weird in the drama.
the ending was so rushed.... they left out A LOT of details and explanations to be able to finish it within the 24 minutes. as someone who read the manga the changes honestly disappointed me since they are details I considered important for the characters
I already know Shin Jae Ha is gonna turn out to be a morally questionable character if not the main antagonist
I mean idk? We already have 2 main h character who are psychos including the MC so we don’t need more and from the poster he seems to be more of the suffering sibling type with him crying and everything. Maybe Jae Ha wanted to break out of the villain archtype and try something else. I guess he could be an antagonist to our protagonist since the protagonist is evil so maybe his brother try to stop him
with the new episode, its basically confirmed its not sagara although I never doubted him. from the preview of episode 9, looks like another student told hamaoka to come and honestly at this point its either Hoshizaki or Nishino for sure. I can't wait for next episode T_T
I think an important thing to note is this was made after shin kurosagi (the sequel manga) ended while the original jdrama was made before shin kurosagi was released so the ending in the og jdrama made more sense with that context.
this basically eliminate a few students as suspect of the murderer since that person would be still in prison probably but well I never suspected any of the ones who did the 3 years later interview. At least we know for sure now
