I went in with my expectations extremely low - I watched the kdrama years ago and as a teen I enjoyed it, but now this story and all its tropes are exactly what I've had enough of in Asian dramas. I watched the first episode anyway and surprisingly I'm hooked. The female lead really sold it, she's so talented for someone so young. Also the second male lead was so charming, really like him already (also helps that he wasn't introduced wearing an all white tux whist he plays the violin and cries like in the kdrama) - I do remember I always wanted the leads to be together in the kdrama even though he was so toxic almost all the time - so hopefully I'll feel the same way in this version. It's never going to be my all time favourite drama, but I feel like it's gonna be a fun watch.

This has been my most anticipated series for over a year and the first episode is even better than I hoped! I am so in love with this drama! How is it this good!? I love that we got right into everything.

Ok I'm in! Got to admit halfway through the first episode I was losing interest but after episode 2 I'm completely hooked. PJY is playing such a sweet character here!

Win was fantastic in The Stranded (and even Bangkok Buddies). I guess he got unlucky with MGYG by getting a stiff…
You are right - New really doesn’t get the best out of his actors as a director- im enjoying wins love interest from MGYG in Bad Buddy too- he has some funny lines that he delivers really well - so I think I misjudged them because of the bland characters and bad direction they had to work with. Im excited to see what they do with wins character in this.

It honestly took me a while to get into this, part of that is due to the format of spending a whole episode to introduce each character but the third episode all about Songpon (Khaotung/Kob) I really enjoyed. From the trailer I'd thought his first love was Pipu, but i was clearly wrong, but im excited to see those characters become friends instead. I wasn't a fan of Wins (Pipu) acting in My Gear Your Gown, but I'm liking him in this so for. I enjoyed Nanons/Sans episode it's just my brain doesn't like watching 2 shows with the same actor at the same time so it'll take a few more episodes to get used to it. I'm really excited to see Jayas episode - her characters the most interesting to me, but really I want to see the plot start moving forward my, I think I'll be obsessed when that starts happening and the leads all start interacting.

I always said that after watching the kdrama the next and last version I would watch would be the 2005 jdrama Hana Yori Dango, but as a huge gmmtv fan through osmosis I've now become excited for this version but I still haven't watch the jdrama!
On Marc Natarit Worakornlertsith Dec 10, 2021
I didn't really ever like him in MGYG - I found both of the leads quite unlikeable and I thought they lacked charisma, (whereas the second couple were fantastic) but I'm loving his little moments in Bad Buddy, he has some great one liners and I feel like he makes the most of his screen time - I've completely changed my mind on him and I'll be intrigued to see him in his new leading role.
On A Time Called You Dec 9, 2021
I've wanted to watch the original since it was airing but have never got to it - I bet the kdrama version will come out before I even get to it. Jeon Yo Bin and Ahn Hyo Seop in in the lead roles though - I sense so much chemistry
On 55:15 Never Too Late Dec 6, 2021
Yay! Happy they uploaded at least the first 2 on YouTube! Hope the rest will also be available on YouTube and they're not just on Disney+

I know I'm probably getting my hopes up for nothing, but the possibility of Pa and Ink is so amazing. Pa really likes her and Ink was feeding her cake...also because they're second billed it's making me hopeful there's a tiny chance they're the second couple...why do I do this and then disappoint myself!?

I really thought the earliest this would air was January. But it's only 2 weeks away. This looks fantastic and so incredibly different from anything gmmtvs done before. GMMTV has really changed things up this year, whether it be making melo lakorns or BLs with so much substance like 1000 stars or Bad Buddy and dramas with incredible action. I think a lot of people were thinking gmmtvs dramas wouldn't be able to keep up with the other great dramas Thailand's producing, but they're a great example of a channel that seems to me maturing with its audience, which is so exciting to see! I hope they keep it up.

I finally have a day off work and I'm catching up. I'm on episode 4 and I am so invested and obsessed. I was most excited for Nanon because for a long time he was the lead in my favourite thai drama. And although I've seen Ohm in a couple things (MIR was my first Thai drama back in 2016) I'd always liked him but never considered myself a "fan" but I'm loving him in this. I feel I actually need to give He's Coming to Me a go now!

Title In Time with You Spoiler
I'm on episode 11 and I've pretty much given up hope the leads will end up together. I've seen fan videos so I feel like they must, but with the way this dramas going I just don't have faith it will happen and if it does it won't be believable. She clearly loves Ding Li Wei so so much. Also I'm so bored of her and Ding Li Weis scenes, they don't make each other happy so theyre in their constant cycle of fighting but they're so in love with each other they don't care that they're both unhappy. I just really want to watch Li Da Ren start anew in Singapore and have him fall in love with someone that won't make him miserable because a jerk with tattoos, who dresses like a Bond villain tells her that "he's changed"
On In Time with You Nov 25, 2021
Oh my goodness! The stress and anger I feel whenever Ding Li Wei is on screen! Also Li Da Ren deserves the world and watching him be in pain for so many episodes is so depressing. But I am still enjoying this - their chemistry is just sooo good! And they have to end up together! I just wish the drama could get to that bit quicker!
On In Time with You Nov 22, 2021
Wow! The chemistry between the lead's is just insane! I wasn't sure of if I'd continue with this drama, but episode 3 just got me and now I'm obsessed.

Seo Ye Ji and Lee Sang Yeob- are 2 actors I love so much! They have such different energy though - really interested to see how they'll mesh on screen.

I’m so glad I watched this! In particular I loved Haitai. Honestly it started to slow down a little towards the end and focus on things I didn’t care about so much, but the constant laughs kept me interested. At the end I really didn’t care who Na Jung ended up with, I preferred seeing all the friendships between the characters rather than the romantic relationships. Could’ve been a few episodes shorter, felt like unnecessary romantic drama was added to bring it to 21 episodes rather than the usual kdrama 16. Still really enjoyed this experience!

This is my first Reply series! It was randomly selected for me, kinda glad this is the one I'm starting with as the others generally seem to be more loved and so if I do enjoy this I can be even more excited for those. And I'm loving the first 2 episodes. It feels so different from any other drama, also I find myself smiling throughout these episodes, which is a nice break from all the tears of my last drama!
On It's Okay to Not Be Okay Nov 9, 2021
I have this terrible habit of when I love a drama too much I stop watching it because I don’t want to leave the characters and story and never have I done that more than with this gorgeous drama! I started this drama at the beginning of July 2020 and I’ve only just finished it in November 2021 - I would watch an episode every few months! And after 16 months I was still not ready to say goodbye to these beautiful characters, but I’ve finished the drama now. It’s going to be so weird not seeing it on my watchlist anymore. Anyway if this isn’t obvious this is my favourite drama, it’s kicking Coffee Prince out of its top spot!
