I've only seen stills but I have a strong feeling Hwang Da Seul has done it yet again. I love my queen. If iQiyi keeps it up with these BLs maybe I won't cancel my subscription once KinnPorsche ends!
Nooo! Season 2 is about a love triangle. I can't deal with love triangles in dramas, I don't want one in my favourite dating show. Why can't we just watch 2 people fall in love adorably like season 1!?
Honestly the initial trailer didn't make it look like anything that special to me, but the second trailers got me hooked - this shot up my list of most anticipated dramas
This isn't anywhere near my favourite series, but there are are some aspects of it I really love! Firstly the character of Thorn! In my opinion Suar is the best actor in the series and he's made me fall in love with Thorn and now he's made his character arc extremely believable. Secondly Fluke - anytime she's on screen I can't help but smile and her little speech in episode 9 made me cry, she's a really different character to what I've seen in so many Thai series and I love her! Also my messy side loves the drama of Dome and Vees relationship, it's not morally great but it feeds the drama queen in me. And I love the colour grading and cinematography, they've given it such a distinctive style. But all that being said everything else is just not that special in my opinion and some aspects are just plain bad - so I understand why so many people don't like this, but I'm excited to see the conclusion of this series!
It's weird because I'm enjoying it. There are really cute scenes. The cast has great chemistry. I'm really liking Zee in this and I was not a fan during Why R U. Also love the 2 sides to Kuea, NuNew is doing a fantastic job. I'm also loving the crumbs of the third couple - their dynamic is everything, the production quality is new level BUT all that being said I don't really understand the core story - It's like the first episode (that set up the entire series) was a different show with different characters. And now im left confused because I don't understand their motives! I'm really enjoying this series but I'm very lost - it's all down to a poor script. Oh well I'll just have to ignore the rational side of my brain and continue to just have fun!
I'm actually really enjoying this! I'm so ready for Kuea to start being his full real self around lian. I love both sides of his character, but I want him to stand up for himself more and give Lian the chance to know the real him. Also I'm really enjoying seeing more sides to Lian, he was so straight faced in episode 1 but since then every episode he seems to be having more fun, smiling and teasing. Im not a big fan of the second couple I love nat and I think Diao is adorable and his friendship with Kuea is wonderful, but I don't love his weird relationship with Yi, but I'm intrigued by their past that Yi mentioned this episode. I find the third couple far more fun than the second. They have brilliant chemistry and it'll be fun to see Sin get in the way of Nuea going after Kuea and clearly Sin has no idea about his own feelings towards Nuea because of how innocent he is, I think their dynamic could potentially be really cute.
I think this drama started off a little slow, I know it needed to because it was setting things up, but I think each episode it improves immensely. I'm really hoping this continues and the episodes get better and better each week because I'm really starting to get into it after the most recent episode.
How has it been 2 years since he had more than a guest role in a drama!? For a couple of years there he was the second male lead in everything, so I thought back then that by now he'd have his male lead role, but he disappeared. Really hope he comes back soon, he's in my top 3 favourite dramaland actors!
I'm actually really enjoying this! Like most people I'm not a fan of the second couple, he was introduced as more of a joke character and quite unlikable so I really don't care about his love life. BUT I'm loving the 2 leads chemistry, it's brilliant. I do wish sometimes they would get to have their scenes go on without the second male lead interrupting or the camera focusing on him instead of them, but I get that the series needs some sort of "drama." I think this is how I like my short Korean BLs! I like for them to have a really really simple plot so that the short episodes let the characters have the focus rather than some crazy rushed plot point. Anyway I'm really enjoying this, especially the chemistry!
Can't he do another comedy? I love him so much as an actor and he picks brilliant projects, but I'm so emotionally drained by all of them and he's my dramaland bias so I have to watch all his dramas!
