Episode 30. I enjoy having an episode with just the leads sorting things out. It was cute to see the multiple kids at the end. I have no idea who belonged to who! But they were cute. 🥰 I think way too much time in this last episode was spent on the bodyguard concubine and the scholar story though. Except, excuse me, she was the ML's concubine. Which means they were married. Doesn't that bother the FL or the scholar dude at all? They would have been better off maybe explaining the whole marriage/divorce thing in a bit better detail rather then the bodyguard concubine and the scholar dude running off together to another city cause his parents wouldn't approve storyline. 😏 They never really developed a good storyline for those two in the rest of the 29 episodes of the series so waiting till the last episode to try and develop them into a couple seems a bit forced. Well, ok, he saw her eating chicken on a roof top and fell for her? Seriously? 🤣 That and the evil sister were the only real sour notes in this story to me.

Sorry, but the evil deranged sister needs to die. 💀 If not, the ML and FL will have to spend the rest of their lives, and their children and grandchildren too, watching their backs for evil bitch to come stab them in the back. And she will probably do her best to try and get together with other villains to do damage to the FL and her family. Cause she thinks the world owes her and and everyone is against her. 😏 But no...we have the FL forgiving her for no reason at all. Except the FL is a doormat? Someone who is a perpetual victim? 🙄I really wish bad people would get what's coming to them! 🤬 Did they take away her whip? 😮💨Ask the servants that she's been whipping and abusing since she got married into that family how they feel? Are they all ok with the 'let's hug it out' resolution? Ask all of the town folk that she ran over and abused and whipped how they feel about it? 😤If you give someone like that another chance they will come back worse then after, kind of like an infestation of cockroaches! 🪳

The ML is an adorable idiot, except when he's a badass fighter! But don't tell anyone! 🤫 There are three FLs/fiancés. His 3 fiancés are: #1 tough bitch, #2 lying beauty, and #3 quiet doormat. #1 tough bitch hates the ML, mostly cause she thinks he deserted them when they were attacked by the cartoon villain. Both she and #3 quiet doormat were knocked unconscious by the cartoon villain. #2 lying beauty was conscious and knows that the ML saved them but for some unknown reason doesn't tell the other two ladies when they wake up. I guess she wants him for herself and doesn't want to share? Oh, and the ML gave the 3 some sort of magic lotus seeds that heals them and helps them gain their next level of cultivation. But the two ladies don't know that, only #2 lying beauty knows.
And since the ML took care of the first cartoon villain now there is a new one, a prince no less. Lets see what happens next...but I refuse to pay express for the next 2 episodes. Come on WeTV, quit nickel and diming us to death! Just show us the episodes!!!

Episode 1. Breaking the 4th wall: I'm doomed.🤣 Pretty bad CGI but so far damn fun! Ridiculously pretty guys with their wigs and makeup and costumes. He moved! With a frog croaking sound affect? 🤣 It is delightful having 3 FLs and not one of them is a toddler! I will stick around for this alone! First impression, this looks gorgeous. Hair, makeup,, accessories, costumes, well done. I don't know who the stylist is but wow this is well done! Acting not bad. Very tongue-in-cheek with humor popping up everywhere. Definitely watching more!
OMG, we have a toddler Ning wishnik with really really bad bangs. 👶🍼🚼Tell me, does that creature have a large role in this series? I would hate to have to drop this one like I've had to drop others cause the first 3 episodes are really interesting. 🤞 I had started watching this last year but for some reason dropped it immediately. I think it's cause I'm really shallow and I hate the wigs the guys all have.😂
