It's too early to say but so far it's pretty light and fluffy. The angst will come later I think.

Episode 1 was fun. I liked the scruffy look of the ML and the fight scenes and wirework were fun! And his cleaned up look as prince isn't too bad either! 😍
Not sure about the FL yet. The character seems to be trying hard to imitate the FL from Les Belles but without the charm, if that makes sense? 😉 Trying to imitate the same look and mannerisms but falling short. The FL's character in Les Belles was over-the-top arrogant and self-centered and all but she was also cute as hell and funny.
Moving onto episode 2.

Episode 1. The little actor playing the ML as a little boy is just awesome! I can't believe how much he looks like the ML too. Is he a relative? Great casting 🥰

I'm really enjoying the beginnings, especially since the storyline so far is pretty upbeat without a lot of angsty stuff. Since it's a Liu Yu Ning drama I'm expecting lots of deaths and tears and heartbreak to come! Let's hope he finally pulls off a happy ending. 🤞🚫😭💔
And kudos to my favorite character actor Wang Cheng Si. I love seeing him in a larger role. He's just so darn fun! 😂
