Up to episode 12 now and wow this show is really good! The cast is terrific and the suspense really has me on the edge of my seat! The story is intriguing, not your usual revenge drama. Right now I keep wondering who is going to betray who? Who lives and who dies? 🤔
I don't know the answers but I'm sticking around!😘

I forgot about her in Well Dominated Love! I watched that one for Zhao Zhi Wei 😉and forgot she was the female lead. She was good!
I haven't watched Stand by Me (or at least that version of it). I've added it to my watch list.
And just for grins, I recommend this Stand By Me. Which has nothing to do with this story or any of the actors we are talking about, but it's just really good fun! 😂

Yes, she has such a sweet smile. I have only seen her playing these sweet roles before so I was surprised to see here play the role of Lu Dan Xin in this series. I like the character alot!

She was also Shen Li's mother in the Legend of Shen Li! She was so good in that, even though it was a short role with not a lot of air time, she simply ate that character up!🥰

Episode 7, I was really surprised, I thought the ML had actually killed that guy. Hmm, he's maybe a lighter shade of grey than I thought?

I think they will both accomplish their revenge plots but will end up on a path of mutual destruction where neither survives. Or at least that is the vibe I am getting. I can see that final scene in my minds eye...🥺

Full disclosure, I absolutely love Wang Zhen Er! 🥰The character of the FL seems to have been tailor made for her! This series is very dark so don't expect any light and fluffy. Also, don't expect any romance. The first episode is intriguing and a good intro to the FLs.
