I wouldn't be myself if I didn't recommend the music program Our Song (season one) to you. Waiting every week for each new episode and then watching those episodes on YT for a whole week were the best moments of my life (sounds like I'm exaggerating, but I hate Christmas and thanks to this show this whole period was beautiful for me). Xiao Zhan just became wildly popular thanks to The Untamed, but he didn't realize it. From episode to episode you can see how he is getting used to his popularity and on top of that he is learning a lot. This program brought him several friendships that are still very important to him today. In addition, Our Song is really funny. I highly recommend it!

I have read the discussion going on in the topic and I think that the chances of both of them starring in the same production are high. Things are going badly in c-ent and many people recognize this. Actors and actresses are trying to get out of the limbo that is idol drama. XZ is independent, so he is slowly succeeding. Older actresses like Yang Mi and Yang Zi are also finally gaining independence and choosing slightly more serious productions. If Zhau Lusi also decides at some point that she should change her repertoire and become a more serious actress, by all means they can meet on the same set as partners. It may not be in a year or two, but the chances are there. I think you can count on the fingers of one hand the actors/actresses that XZ would never want to perform with in his life for any money in the world, and I don't think ZL is one of them.

I saw some scenes on a Chinese fim channel today. it was a program about pending premieres and what is currently popular. It was without subtitles, so I don't know what they were saying. What puzzles me is why, if a supposedly actor-dancer is hired, stunts are performed by a substitute? If you hire an actor-dancer then the viewer has a right to expect to see that actor dance and not someone more streamlined. Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire danced themselves and that's why their films were so great. If your dancer can't do a figure then either change the choreography or the actor. What the director did is just cheap.

I'm stuck on episode 27, and the problem is not just TLP but the whole c-ent. I write texts for a platform owned by Tencent and authors are instructed not to be too ambitious, not to write too hard. So they produce shallow, boring books focused (in FL's case) solely on romance and then the same dramas are produced. It hurts. A TLP drama with such visuals, with such good actors should have the depth to make it a classic for decades. But when I see all of SY's potential as a character, what should be shown and what is missing, it just hurts. The BTS clips show how much this character was given by XZ and in the drama half of it was cut out in editing anyway. He and Ren Min really performed brilliantly, especially with their voices, but in China there has to be a voiceover, so half of the emotion was cut out. I don't know if there will ever be a day when producers really start to appreciate the treasures they have.

Listen, I have a huge request. I have stopped watching TLP for some reasons. I'm tempted to come back once all the episodes are up, but I'd like to know two pieces of information beforehand. Namely in which episode and why SY will go through these bloody trials. Will he do it for ZY or for the kingdom, or for any other reason like a sense of betrayal, guilt, etc.? I'm halfway through the first episode and sharing my observations. If you are a fan of this series or any of the actors, this comment may not be pleasant for you. You read at your own risk.
For starters, the music is good. It really adds to the atmosphere of the scenes. It's not perfect, but pretty good. The other good thing is LYN. I've heard a lot of criticism about his acting, but in this drama he plays nice. I have the impression that his character is a completely normal guy, so realistic, who for his duties assumes the mask of an emotionless official. Third - Dilireba looks nice.
Only so many good things, the rest is not so good. And while I'm at Dilireba, please don't explain to me how a woman who was in water for several minutes and even diving, is dry in literally a second and does idiotic acrobatics, defying the laws of any physics, skipping about five ships. Literally, this scene makes no sense. Visually it's terrible. And someone really should point out to actor GJ that when his character is trying not to drown, he should be doing some kind of swimming or floating motion.
Another "why is this episode so stupid". When you do a "save the cat" scene, let your ML save the cat with his own hands, and don't tell the servant to get in trouble on his behalf, because that completely misses the spirit of this scene, which was supposed to show ML's nobility and selflessness. If someone does not know what I am talking about, I explain - sending a servant to give a woman with children an umbrella. In this scene, ML didn't come off as noble, just an asshole who uses his servants.
Visually embarrassing, plot bland, error on error rushes error.

The final episode suggests a closure to the story. It was a good ending. So I don't think a second season is planned. Theoretically, there is a place where they could come out, but I don't think they will because it's been 5 years. If there is any news about it, I don't know, but I don't follow such topics.

The contract was signed, if I'm not mistaken, for 10 years. Sometimes it's hard to get good information due to language differences, but 10 years is the standard. He is very resourceful, he knows how business works and he learned how show business works, although it wasn't easy because XZ was raised with strong morals and show business is a quagmire. He paid a very high price for his honesty. Therefore, when you claim that XZ uses dishonest marketing methods, his fans will not carry you on their hands.

I think we see differently what is behind the concept of "love". My definition of love is wanting to get to know someone, unconditionally supporting that person's happiness, regardless of whether you get something in return. If you don't know basic information about someone, is it love for that person or just the image of that person you have in your head?

Do you know what Xiao Zhan's path looked like to where he is now? Have you ever heard of the "red sea"? (I don't mean geographically). Have you heard of 227 and really delved into it?

As I said before, Xiao Zhan's agency that he signed with in 2015 or 16 never cared about him. It was so bad that in May 2019, Xiao Zhan filed a lawsuit against Wajijwa in an attempt to get free, and Wjjw threatened a company that wanted to hire XZ as its ambassador.
